Unknowingly driving school bike purchased
Hello all, I bought a BMW G 310 R from the dealer about a week ago, first registration Dec. 2020, 12k kilometers for 3800€. Now I just registered the vehicle online and then Googleled the previous owner: Apparently a driving school operator, who on his website also indicates to use a G310 R for the A2 bill. (however Bj 2021) However, the motorcycle was not allowed on the driving school, but on it private. Now my two questions: Such a driving school mash ne is probably in a much worse condition, isn’t it? What rights do I have against the dealer, because I was denied the origin?

Strategy to come through HU with non-portable handlebars
Servus. I had beautiful and sinful stub handlebars installed by Rizoma at my 1000’s Katana right at the time of purchase from the dealer, in the assumption these would have ABE or at least a part report, as usual with Rizoma. Pustekuchen, there is nothing at all, not even a strength report. Not suitable for entry. In March I have to go to HU (Munich). Do I actually have to rebuild to the serial handlebar and then rebuild it? Eighth examiners on such a thing at all? The Rizoma stubs are the finest milling parts, so they don’t look crafted, and the Rizoma logo is very discreet, almost hidden. Bitte PLEASE saves you hints about how dangerous and irresponsible this is, no insurance cover etc., that doesn’t help me. Please write constructive answers to my specific question, or nothing at all. Permanent return to the serial handlebar is not an option.

Partial casket cover of burglary tracks
The radio was stolen. The door handle was removed and the locking cylinder tried to break out. The door itself was pressed under the handle including paint placers. Today something stupid happened to my sister. We are busy in the same company where the parking lots are next to each other. During parking my sister has now damaged my car. Now I am afraid that her insurance does not pay because we are registered with the same family name and even at the same address. I was actually only the driver because my car is registered to my girlfriend. However, I am not dangerous at the time of the accident. But I have heard now that the insurance can cause problems because the damage has happened with the sister. She has reported the damage in any case already with her insurance.
