Hello dear forum community, although I always found the idea of having a “flatrate for the car” (leasing), I have avoided the topic of private leasing completely so far, because I was advised not to do so from many sides. One of the reasons was that (allegedly) in the private sector dealers like to send invoices about subsequently discovered impairments on the vehicle, from which one can not protect itself. I have here already many Beitr I am still very unsure about the issue of leasing/financing, so I hope it’s okay that I create another topic. It would help me a lot if someone could tell me if I really have to be “feared” of such cases or if I can really see the system like a flat rate for the car? If so, what do I have to pay attention to? Briefly to my situation: As a replacement, I am currently looking for a car for the next few years. In fact, I had planned to buy a used diesel for about 650€ for this time. However, I find the idea of paying a fixed “carefree” amount per month for a new car also very interesting.

My radio whistles 😉
Hello all, I have the following problem: When giving gas, a small high sound becomes audible. The more gas the louder! He can also be heard in idle mode, but quite quiet. If the engine is out, you can’t hear it at all. That’s only occurred since I installed the Radio Roadstar CD-650 in my Opel Omega. What does it have to do with this high sound and how do I get it off. I have read on other pages what is caused by alternators, etc., and you could buy a kind of destroyer at Conrad for example. What’s that, helps that and where does it go? Then I have also read thrushes or other things like earth. Would I really be very happy about an answer, so it’s annoying! Do you know exactly what I need at Conrad for a part? Alternatively: since I’m not a hifi professional. I come from Cologne, does someone know a company that knows the problem and can repair it? Have called today at Opel Levi in Cologne, who said, but must be disturbed and can’t they?

Engine damage ?!?
Hi guys, I have a little question, just to cheer me up or not… I wanted to pick up something from my workplace today. The way was about 50 km. So I started and about 1 km before the descent my vehicle suddenly did not take any gas… I then drove off. At the traffic light I then noticed that he ran very rough and. As if the 4th cylinder didn’t ignite properly… then drove right after the traffic light to the yard of a Honda representative and asked the technician to look at my engine for a short time… after the start he went out immediately. After the 2nd start he ran, but again so restless and some metallic blow could be heard… I can’t tell where it came from… in the empty run he ran then about 10 seconds and then went out… but could not be started immediately… as soon as you had easily kicked on the gas, but he ran hard. then he didn’t run anything else, just as soon as you had taken away gas… he started a jerking again… the technician then said: Runtimes were put off or was put off in the car again.

Omega = scrap car?
I told a buddy’s father that I was going to get an Opel Omega and he was just laughing and saying, “I should think about why Opel doesn’t produce these cars anymore”; I said no idea and he said grinsend: “The Omega is a total scrap car because it’s always having some problems”. If he was a layman I wouldn’t have given much to it, but he’s a trained car mechanic. The fact that the Omega is no longer being built also makes me stumpy. Is he right? If I’ve been honest with you, I don’t have a lot of money to spend on a car, which only makes problems.

How fog lamps change lamps on the FN2 ?
People can please tell me if you can change the fog lamps with the FN2 without front apron or not? My friend said during the annual inspection he had to push the apron at least on the right side by about 20cm to replace the bulb, on the left one had to “only” remove the inner mudguard. Is that correct? Would the Nightbreaker Plus want to be put in but now I have left it for the time being. Is there no way to install the things without disassembly the apron? Would that be a pity about the brand-new Nightbreaker Plus. Lt. Manual should be possible on the right, if only this one screw would be removed below the apron, on the right one had to remove the inner mud. How does this really look on the right side? btw first TÜV one lack with Bravour exist

Automatic gearboxes
Hello together am totally new here, and it’s good that there is something like that. I bought a Mercede Benz 200 E from a grandpa (is not the first Benz) When I drove home on the highway much to me that automatic transmission does not take a kickdown or does. Anyway, I thought that I can give gas as I want it to turn on no gear back as it is usual with an automatic. Yesterday I also noticed that I drove at full throttle on the highway 180-210 km/h so after a time of 15 minutes to the gas station at once it squirted in the front of the engine room, what could that have been?

W123 200d – HYBRID!
There’s no such thing as a hybrid. It’s a S 400 with 15 KW “Better starter electric motor” and start stop automatic is a hybrid. The V6 itself delivers 200kw – 13.33 times the electric motor (15 Kw). Average consumption 7.9 liters (Prius has a 50kw electric motor!) The W123 has 40 KW in 1977 and a 2.3KW starter motor. If I count it for 31 years of development retardation then I can call it a hybrid. Its engine has a 17.39 times the power of the electric motor! Its only manco: No start stop system (1977 not yet ready for production). Average consumption also around the 8 liters, but not the same acceleration values *g* Where is the big revolution. Both vehicles have a similar ratio – to an electric motor!

Grinding ring
Moin, I’m back and with a new problem, since I’ve been having the problem for a long time with the errors of airbag resistance value too large and steering angle sensor defect, I now come to my question my grinding ring(part number: 6N0959654A) is over and a new part is relatively expensive, because I know that you can’t talk about the installation and building of such things here, my question is whether someone knows a cost-effective alternative, such as someone who has one over and possibly gives it off cheaply or someone who can repair this grinding ring for less than 200 €, I would be very grateful. Mfg

Injectors broken?
Moin, Moin, I hope everyone had a good slip, I mostly also, and for a good slide my VW Lupo 3L, built in 2003, handed over a surprise again, and indeed I have been reporting a problem for almost a week, because my Lupo spits a lot of white smoke, I had already had a motor damage on my e90, and this also had white smoke spits, but this was nothing compared to this lupo, I have now the days the car drove a little bit to see whether the cooling water or oil consumes nothing of the two is the case, and the smoke smells also strongly after diesel, so I came to the decision that it, most likely an injector, could be a defect, I have read out the car, there are no faults, have now not thought that there would be, Injector broken, but can’t hurt again, I have read out the injection quantities, can’t start with the only that the third Injector is only in the Minus area, if it had been enough and if this one had wanted to be repaired.
