  • Problems since Service 2.0 V70 T6 Model 2008

  • Start/Stop – Behavior

    Hello, a question that came to my mind only after my test drive yesterday : I noticed that the start/stop automatic starts the switched off engine only when the foot presses down the accelerator pedal. Is that always so or is there a connection to the autohold function of the parking brake? For explanation: with my current vehicle with mechanical parking brake, the start stop automatic is controlled via the brake pedal. So when I leave the brake also the engine starts again. I like the brake pedal variant actually better, because it is a little faster. However, you have to leave the foot on the brake, what with the variant with the control by the gas pedal does not apply. But this actually only makes sense with Autohold.     Hello, the performance data for the Recharge T6 2023 don’t fit together from my point of view. Commonly, the hybrid adds the electrical and combustion power. Perhaps someone can clarify that. For the T8 the combustion and electrical power are indicated in the price list. 228 (310) & 107 (145) System power = 455 hp to configurator. Clear addition. T6 (186 (253) & 107 (145) System power = 350 hp to configurator. When added, 398 hp. Is the system power reduced to 350 hp by the control of the Recharge T6?

  • V70 bifuel — Natural gas supply switches off arbitrarily — ASSISTANCE

    Hello, my 3 year old V 70 bifuel has an unexplained problem for me. For a few weeks now, the natural gas is switched off and the engine is off during the ride. Then I can only drive in continuous fuel operation. The problem occurs completely arbitrarily. Times after 200 km of motorway drive. Times 5 min after the morning start. No matter, I can’t make out a rhytmus. Also sometimes I can switch to gas again during the ride, sometimes after the engine was off and sometimes only the next morning. At Volvo you changed a dirty gas filter and measured the gas pressure. Problem was solved. Now the error search started again. Maybe it is the evaporator for 1000,- Euro the spare part (schuck!!!) perhaps something else. The workshop does not know exactly. At Volvo intern there is allegedly no chat or some kind of historical error list. Can someone help me, who had already had the problem before and how it was fixed? Class, if one buys a gas car around the half way to drive super then few. And the information has expired on time.

    Hej allihoppa! This afternoon it was time. My new ‘alter’ was registered and picked up. It’s an 854 10V with 140hp. At the first test drive my heart melted away and the swelling body in my limb hardened (), when I threw on the engine and heard the tubes of this fantastic 5-ender. 213 000 km are standing on the clock and the engine runs silky soft, like a glare. All necessary services were made, no maintenance stowage. Very well maintained. Full leather, leather steering wheel, ZV with radio, seat heating, electric sliding roof, headlight washing system. NO climate, no el. window lifter…and proud of it The only flaws he has: stone blow in the WSS (not Pickerl-Relevant), stone blows on the hood, 2 small bumps and scratches in the driver’s door (there the previous owner once overlooked a flower boxer). Otherwise TOP and at a reasonable price bought! Thanks again to all who helped me with my greetings Ben.

  • Comparison trip C70 – urgent problem !!!

    Hello Elchgemeinde, I have the problem that because of a warranty dispute with my C70 which I bought last year from a dealer I need a “comparative vehicle” for the expert ( with similar high KM running performance Bj 2001 about 75tkm ) … Background : My C70 drives in and for itself great, but has extreme vibrations/vibrations in the steering wheel, the whole steering column swings unbearable. The SV has also confirmed this, it goes far beyond the “normal” torsion problems that are due to construction. However, it needs for the opinion an objective comparison. And our beautiful Cabrios unfortunately do not exist sooo often like a Golf Cabrio that every dealer has standing around somewhere… Therefore my polite question : Would someone be basically ready with me to make a comparison journey and the expert?   • 6 gear GT, crazy…

    The Geartronic of my S80 D5 AWD (MJ 2011, 120.000km) just makes me despair. The following symptoms occur: sporadic jerking when switching automatically from the 3rd to the 2nd gear. Sporadic intensive jerking when changing the drive stage from “Neutral” to “Drive”. The strange thing is that this jerking occurs only sporadicly and not permanently again. It comes to me especially when the engine and transmission are warm. The following works have already been done by the Volvo contractor: error memory read out (no errors) Complete transmission flushing. Current SW played out. Unfortunately no improvement. Now I have a date for calibration of the GT. Supposedly, this is a huge effort. Does anyone have experience with it? Did someone have the same symptoms on his 6 gear GT? Thank you for your help.
