Hello guys, maybe someone still has an idea what you can do in order to somehow get to a culant/guarantee acceptance. to the facts. Movano is commercially used = 1day failure without Fz, without car rental = 1 day no money earned! Movano bought 2004 > 2008 various problems (electric wrongly connected and and and and)03-04/2008 – Turbocharger defective + Turbo replaced – FOH determines MOTOR flatt ( FOH tries to get 15 days new engine) + engine changed after 3 weeks (c a. 10000 Euro all together without a rental car)10-11/2008 (about 30000km since new installation) – engine makes loud noises – FOH checks and says cause: noises from the pleu bearing + repair: crankshaft (after 14 days) renewed, operating materials OIL & frost protection replaced “guarantee takeover by OPEL”01/2009 – vehicle stops on the way – ADAC pulls Fz to the FOH – FOH makes the following TECH2 test, actuator test pressure valve electr., connection valve measured, control unit measured + repair: cable interruption fixed and additionally air filter insert renewed (164,40 Euro) 07/2009 (about 80000km since new installation) – car runs unround and rusted (about 30000km since new installation) – FOH finds errors after 2-3 days = cylinder head seal and cylinder head must be replaced + after approx.14 days car finished costs 4100 Euro oil change / belt change have always been made. After consultation customer service and service manager at FOH the following result! Opel does not assume any warranty or culpability in any respect, because there is no inspection scatter! Now to my question: When 10-11/2008 the crankshaft was installed, was surely the whole engine tested, more than during an inspection? Would you have seen if there was a problem with the cylinder head? At the tests/work 01/2009 someone could have noticed that there was a problem with the cylinder head? eug already 3 weeks on the farm also the customer is addressed: “You should join the inspection immediately.” Thank you for your answers! Greetings

3.0 TiD oil change at 10,000?
Hello to the Saab driver, I drive a Signum V6 CDTi (motor Isuzu 3.0) BJ 08/04, according to Opel oil change at 50,000km or after display (flex after load). I bought the car with 12,000km and had an oil change immediately, thought it can’t hurt me. Here in the forum I read that some already change the oil every 10,000km. How are your experiences with the engine? Greeting Sigi 8900

G Pur 280 CDI no longer starts… desperation.
Hello, I’m close to desperation… My G Pur doesn’t start anymore. The history. It’s a 2009 edition PUR. 280 CDI. It’s only recently started via the emergency start button. According to ORC, this is due to a relay. The relay is ordered, but not yet there. In addition, I checked all the fuses in the center console. It’s all right. So it actually only seems to lie on the said relay…ABER, now it doesn’t start anymore! Tank is full, and a readout with a borrowed diagnostic device, did not produce any results or error messages. It is normal when trying to start, that’s all unfortunately not happening…! Can I have activated any immobilizer when checking the fuses? Does anyone have any idea how to get the boy running again? Desperate greetings from the Siebengebirge Daniel

Explorer Race GT50 does not start anymore
Hey people, I’ve been getting my father’s scooter back in shape for 2 days. The scooter just went off at the traffic lights, without signs or anything else. It just went out as if you were turning the ignition key back. Since then, he doesn’t want to start to die. What we’ve already done or checked. Sparkling candle renewed (Zündfunke is there) Carburettor cleaned (Sprite also arrives) Air filter checked ASS membrane checked cylinder and piston I also renewed, the old was still ok but since we had ordered one some time ago anyway and since the scooter was now almost completely taken apart it can not be a disadvantage if it is renewed directly. in the Variobox everything is ok. No matter whether kicking or with the E-starter, he simply does not want to tackle. Starter turns everything on, there are also no abnormal sounds to hear. The scooter has now 6500km down and is in the original condition. I am now not the total noob and So far our problems have always gotten into the grip themselves. What can I check everything? Can it also be due to the CDI? I would be grateful if you could help me. of course I have googled already, it helped me unfortunately not

Ford demands worse oil than BMW ?!
Have found the following statement from Sterndocktor in the BMW Forum: “(…) The 0W-30 mobile 1 but is a special Ford oil with ACEA A1/B1/A5/B5 profile. May therefore be used in NO BMW engine (the 0W-30s with BMW release are however such with ACEA A3/B3 profile)! (…)” Does this mean that Ford is less demanding than BMW? Why? Is the engine “rustic”? 😉 Should I not be allowed to do something good for my Mondeo TDCI and indulge in a better oil? Or are in oils (5W-30) nac h the Ford specification contains specially tuned additives for the TDCI Common Rail engines that are not in other oils? Note also the case here in the forum with the “broken ST220”!

Mondi MK III Brake problems
Hello, a few days ago I was in the workshop with my Mondi MK III because when I was driving a smelling smell got into my nose….I think it smelled like plastic. But how quickly it turned out it was the rear disc brakes that were “ZU”…Ouch. The workshop master told me that this would be some kind of Mondi disease….would have more often such problems. Is this really a known problem of the MK III? Since my parking lot in front of the house slightly shut down i I always have to put on the handbrake…I think this won’t be so good…but what else can I do? Roll away from me otherwise. Greetings Christiane

Cold circuit
Servus! When my TT is cold, I get the gears very tired. It’s extreme with the 2 gears, because it doesn’t sound healthy at all. It crashes right in the gears. Do you have similar experiences with your TT’s?
