  • Compact or middle class? Civic or Mondeo

    Hello, I’ve been looking for a new vehicle for a long time. Since I’m not in a hurry at the moment, I’m taking it easy and often reading along with you. I’ve arrived at two models, and I’m happy to be open for alternatives. Great for space in front and back, boot with 519L auc h more than sufficient. Luggage compartment is a little bit spartanic, i.e. no eyelets and hooks. You could use your own hand. Attachment load 800kg. Medium class: Ford Mondeo 5 door or tournament, BJ 2017, 203 or 240 hp, 2.0 EcoBoost with automatic, at least Platinum equipment + ST-Line on top. Various packages such as Winter I + II and Business I + Design III. Of course has electric seats through the ST-Line and also quite a lot of SA.   • Move motorcycle – Outside season and without valid HU

    Hoi BT, it’s been a long time! The following facts. My Cagiva has been with my parents for years. They have now quit the apartment and move out at the end of the month, i.e. the Töf has to leave. But now the following challenges. Primo: The motorcycle is registered as season registration mark 02-11. Zweio: The HU has expired since 2016. Ups. Terzio: I have no vehicle with trailer coupling, no motorcycle trailer and also 0 plan how to safely store a motorcycle without a viral YT video How do I get the motorcycle safely to another location – 10 km far away. KZK is not possible, because no HU. HU is not possible because vehicle is not registered. Or does someone have a bypass here? The motorcycle is technically in good condition and should the HU exist without any circumstances. Does anyone have an idea? Or fun to help me in the Rhein Neckar Kreis (Weinheim) next week? I just try again here again, hope it is better kept here. I made my A2 appearance last year and now it’s finally time that I want to get a suitable motorcycle with to new season. With a budget of approx. 4000€ The Yamaha MT-03 from 2007 (18,000km) or the KTM 390 Duke from 2013(10,000km). On paper, the KTM wins without a doubt, newer, less KM, ABS etc. But here the big BUT, I myself have practically no experience in motorcycles, I have driven only old 2-stroke Enduros up to now, but I have gained the impression that the Japanese are superior to most other brands in terms of reliability and longevity. And the sin d the values that are almost most important to me for my future motorcycle. I just can’t afford to buy something that I have to buy the workshop once every month or constantly expensive parts. Various test reports don’t really help me any further, which felt praise every machine in the sky, am not sure how reliable such a thing is, so I ask here. Do you have experience with one of both motorcycles or even with both? What do you think and what do you think? you would recommend.
