Hello people. I’m sorry that I opened up a new topic again. I just didn’t find the right answer in the existing one. my colleague has a V40 T4 year 2001 with original subwoofer back right. I think he’s passive. my colleague doesn’t know electrics so well, I have a golf 3 myself, but know me well with electrics (professional electronics). we want to install a blue-point active subwoofer in the suitcase room. now the question: where can I pick up the sound signal for the subwoofer? simply with the original in the side wall? where do I get the remote signal for the subwoofer? current cable is clear to me, from battery in the interior to the rear. the original radio (volvo radio with cd and cassette) we want to keep on every case. as I said, I come from the VW Golf 3 world and therefore don’t know me so much. I hope that someone can explain it friendlyly.

ECUs defective by water? 7.000,-€?
Hello together, Since my Phaeton has been standing under a tree according to VW due to the clogged processes on the windshield the engine control unit failed. Price something with 1.600,-€ After the test drive you find now, that also the gear control unit besides mechatronics still has to be replaced. (here the dealer directly asked VW, therefore according to error protocol also came this statement) Cost without installation 2.600,- besides also a regulator on the turbo some adjustment motor and already I am incl. installation at 7,000,- Kulanz at bj. 2006 and 125 TKM (3l TDI) nit. Can this all be? Any tips what I can still do (gear control unit can probably not be repaired, I already have telephoned) Just so swallow and pay, or still other possibilities? Best Grusss Achim

Possible size external hard drive with RNA 810
The maximum size of the SD card for the 810 has already been clarified: 32GB How big can the external hard disk be, which can be connected via USB connection in the glove compartment? (It must definitely be one without external power connection, clear.) What size makes sense here? Among other things access time (1 TB needs longer than 80GB), another side a TB currently lies at 50 Euro, less with us significantly less. Moin Together one must have studied to animate the interior light to light at the Phaeton when opening the door? Switch (Fzg. with open door) in the roof unit is pressed/lights yellow. Does this actually stay on after ignition change? When I open the door does not go on anything. When I press the switch next to it it goes on…. 2.0 TDI 140 PS BJ. 2005 – Questions
Hello everyone, drive a SEAT Altea 2.0 TDI 140 HP BJ. 2005 The car has 93 tkm on the tacho and is so good except for a defective cooler and a defective starter freewheel. However, the reports about perishing oil pumps, broken engine suspensions, codified PD elements and torn cylinder head seals/cylinder heads worry me so far. Are there symptoms for errors? Start difficulties: Sometimes it comes a bit sluggish lately – i.e. it sometimes takes 1-2-3 seconds until it starts. In case of load changes on the AB, the rear man sees a distinct Russian flag. A loud bang when I drove out of the underground garage a few days ago – what could that have been? He has not seen the workshop for cost reasons longer time (except for the oil changes that I have done in turn). What can I do (if necessary) to get ahead of the tooth of time (and possibly expensive consequential damage)?

Hello I have a Volvo V50 D5 year 11/06 summun with approx. 20,000 km in the eye. would be my first Volvo as an alternative to the A4 and would like to have some advice or answer: 1. one reads the needs a lot of diesel, according to car picture 7.6 this is still true in the green area. am rather a speedy driver on the highway also about 200, if it is possible, therefore yes this motorization. but I don’t want to have a sip woodpecker, but what does it need at the speed is also clear. 2. did there afterwards the facelift if serious? 3. what is the resale value, or the demand, as I use in business it can be that I want to sell it again in then after 1 year with an additional 30,000 km 4. Hello to the Volvo community! I’m seriously considering my Bavarian Brummer (E39 540ia on LPG) for a current S40. The last years were nice but it makes me itch again to drive something new. With the BMW I had good experiences, only unfortunately I had before him an Alfa 156, which has seen the workshop more often than I my girlfriend. Actually, I am on the road in the 4F-area, but since at the end of the year a second car/cabrio is to be purchased, I come here to inform myself a little. C30 2.0 (petrol) switching accuracy
a question to the Px1 petrol drivers (1,8 u 2,0 Duratec HE) … do you also have that the switching accuracy / lightness (especially 1 & 2 gear) with the time (1 year & 13 TKM) decreases strongly? I find the circuit in the meantime very rough and difficult (in the left alley) and above all there is in the interspaces (between the gears) – and again a gear crash of the synchronous rings, simply if you stick with the shift stick a short time in the range between two gears. It can be switched still decently, but “premium” is definitely something else and I will not tolerate this so, am in January with the year-insp. and listen to me before to be done by not possibly again with “typically series, due to construction and completely normal”.
