  • The first motorcycle/moped

Moin together, I would be interested in what you – after passing the test – started the motorcycle or mopped driving. On the picture you see exactly the machine with which I drove the first meters on the road in 1974. It was an MZ/ES 250 with about the 20hp. I had taken it from my father who bought the 1962. Unfortunately I did not have this beautiful motorcycle any more. The picture is from the Internet, but the machine I saw I’m not going to tell you that.

  • Seat Leon 1.4, 1.8DSG as FR or 118i(F20/F21) M optics

Hello all, I’m grumbled about the above models after. Since I like the Leon very well (unfortunately I couldn’t get a FR for the test drive) and there is plenty of 21.1 % on car scout on desired car it is quite cheap. Even the 1.8DSG remains under 25k at uncertain delivery time, the 140hp at rd 22k. On the other hand I find the 1 BMW as 3 doorr in M optics the absolute dream. But that costs only. 🙂 I like it also as 5 doorr Sport Line what annual car so into the Is it worth the enormous extra cost because it is a BMW and it lasts super long without problems, rattles etc. and makes fun or is it too much for the name? Has someone driven both and can define the differences briefly? Would even a (more expensive) annual car BMW prefer the new Leon ex factory? I think with a new order of the BMW the M optics in Estoril blue would be preferable also in the resale of the unit look of the many company cars because it always m Thanks in advance for your tips and especially comparison signs. Between the two new ones are in particular 140hp Leon and 170hp 1er 11k = 50% extra charge if the comparison limps. So both in sport optics with Navi/Sound 9k at 180hp Leon DSG which would appeal to me even though I do not want to automatic with the 1er because of the rear drive (yes the winter fear).

  • Keep indecisive scooter Honda PCX 125 or switch to motorcycle

Dear community, unfortunately I am very undecided about the decision between scooter and motorcycle. The brand is relatively certain and should continue to be Honda. It would be so easy if my weight were not. I am unfortunately very overweight and bring about 135 – 140 KG at 185cm on the scales. Most smaller motorcycles (125er) look more like an elephant on a tricycle or? Currently I drive a Honda PCX 125 scooter. But I am always with a scooter you are unfortunately not really a part of the biker community. I also found that longer tours over 100 km become quite uncomfortable for the back. Is this still worse with motorcycles? I am sure that a super sportsman is not in question for me. In the last week I drove his Daelim VT 125 test by a friend to see if the manual switch I found it very pleasant to ride with it, but unfortunately the motorcycle and also the technology has already come into the years. Alternative to the Daelim VT 125 would be a Honda Shadow or a Honda Rebel. Here, however, the outdated technology (gasifier) and the higher fuel consumption bothers me. I find a gasoline direct injection best, because the vehicles always start with it and the fuel consumption is optimized. Unfortunately Honda has no chopper similar model with aktu The newer Honda Rebel starts at 250ccm. The only two motorcycles I can imagine at the moment would be the Honda CB125R or the CB125F. However, I am not sure if it would be an improvement of comfort and especially of the optical :-). How do you see that? 135 KG on the 125ers a problem or ok? Thank you very much for your decision support.

  • My first 125ccm is a Junak M12 Vintage

Dear drivers, Dear hobbyists, I have now finally received my B196 and have bought a used Junak M12 Vintage with 2740km from a nearby private man. Small scratches on the exhaust, front skirt and mirror are available, so it was needed. If possible you could have handled it more carefully but I saved a good 1000€ at a new price which makes up almost 33%. I found the Deal Fair ! Now I am looking forward to reviews , opinions, questions and answers in this thread. I noticed that the Polish brand Junak, which is produced in Asia and built together in Poland, is not represented in Germany. However, because it really does what I decided for this device optically. Can anyone tell interesting things about Junak and even drive this or another model for some time? I will be as soon as the weather allows and the interest there is my experiences. len and report on Pro/Contra. Greetings from Berlin, Martin

  • Aprilia MX 50 No performance

Hello parish. My topic was closed yesterday, in order to make a mistake on my part. I thought the Gianelli exhaust would have been cut off because I didn’t see anything in the depot. According to the internet there is such a throttle but front direction motor. Is that this washer? There’s one in me, it’s welded. The old exhaust (TecniGas) has no washer in front or rear. Still have a small problem. After I get the electrical from the Aprilia MX 50 back If I want to switch into 1 gear and go, then the planer comes a bit heavy out of the kink. I can’t get up the mountain with us at all. I have set the empty run and Co. as it was in the manual. In idle it also runs nicely calmly and gas takes it immediately without muking. According to the manual a Dell’ Orto 16 is installed. The previous owner has a Polini CP 15 built in. HD is an 84. The needle stands in the middle K spark plug is a new one, so no spark plug image at the moment. Recently a Gianelli exhaust (cutter + ESD ) was also installed. What exactly do I have to do to get the Aprilia back in power? Or is it possibly not on the carburetor? Mfg Dammy

  • Engine goes out with old E10 -how to remove fuel? Honda PCX 125

Hello! yesterday the spare canister with 5L old E10 tipped into the tank (was stored cool for about 20 months) after 500 meters the engine went off and no longer on. My workshop has 2 weeks vacation! Treasures of the fuel was resined. Does anyone know help? Will fuel filters exchange and leave old fuel there. Which fairing parts do I have to dismantle like (special tool?) to get to the fuel line for injection? Thank you Ralf

  • Honda Helix 250 or Vespa Hexagon 125

Hello friends. As I will soon start a job in the vicinity (around about 5-7km) and the fuel prices will certainly not fall, I think about getting one of the two above mentioned things. The scooter is supposed to be only means to the end. If I want to have (even more driving) fun I get on my motorcycle I have read the Beitäge zum Helix and also have an acquaintance who is otherwise very critical in such things. elix very enthusiastic. Above all he says that even in the rain one arrives relatively dry feet. Is this also so with the witch? The “Hexe” should not be a bad scooter, but in this forum read for the first time of the part and thus have no closer experiences. The scooter – as mentioned above – should be bought mainly for the work path (50% village 50& country road). Of course I am not reluctant to use the part also for smaller purchases. Here, too, the routes will be mainly located in the village or in the next small town (approx. 6km).From the optical point of view, the “witch” rather speaks to me. It doesn’t look quite like “sofa on wheels” Also, the witch seems to be a bit cheaper in the purchase. I also read that the helix is very reliable, but the first part supply is slowly but surely getting worse. Well, now you know what it’s about.

  • Can you buy a good conscience?

Hello guys, I also want to enjoy the scooter this year. I’ve read a bit here and made myself smart as well. I want a simple scooter (50ccm) for the city – no overland tours, just to drive to the lake and get around in the city. At the same time the fun in the purchase must not be too expensive – operating costs are ok if workshop visits do not take over. Now I came across the following offer at Ebay:http://cgi.ebay.de/w s/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130197244441 Since I have already searched for something here, the feedback on Jinlun Roller was not always so positive, but always in connection with conversion work and tuning. Since I have nothing of the kind, but just want to drive, I wonder now if I can approach the offer up there (of course only after test drive etc.) purely from the starting point? Are Jinlun Roller ok (for my requirements)? If not, would I be interested in w o you get your scooter here. Maybe ebay is not the ideal starting place. I live in Berlin and would like to invest about 300-400 euros for a well-kept used one. Thanks already to all who have read up here and can give me tips. Greeting Robert

  • Roller disassembled, plugs and hoses too much, need help

Hi, I removed the panel at my Malaguti F15 to look at the right and clean everything. Here I found some unconnected plugs and hoses. Can anyone tell me where they come from and what they are for? I numbered the cables and hoses and labeled them:Carburetor Can it be that this is the choke and the carburetor heater, should they not be connected? And if I connect the hoses, with what kind of clamps do I do that? Wh I get it? Furthermore, I found a derelict plug on the frame (5)Electric Thanks Udo
