Hello dear community, I am looking for a cheap car to get back and forth to work a few kilometers. I have come across a 99 Suzuki Swift and a 96er Justy. Both of them keep from the rust within limits (without there is certainly no one). In any case, both of them are fresh tufted and should keep the 2 years of the metal as well. Since both are identical from the price, I need decision help: Swift: 1.0 with 54 hp el. FH and mirror, as well as Servo 103.000km 2.HD Justy 1.3 with 68 hp el. mirror and servo, as well as of course four wheel 121.000km 2.HD Now I wonder which engine is the better of both and whether the 1.0L engine consumes noticeably less. All-wheel drive is not decisive. It is purely about the reliability of the engines, respectively of the drive.

Motorbike transport Faaker Lake
Hello everybody, my husband and I have planned to go to Faaker Lake for the first time this year, but we would like to take our bikes with us in a transporter – you never know how the weather will be like, they have not seen any rain yet and that should stay that way 🙂 Can anyone give us a tip where to rent a transporter best? (no hangers, since no hooker coupling) We are still quite “fresh” Harley fans and drivers, so to speak one year 🙂 and would be very happy about any help!

Supermoto KTM 950 recommended?
Hy boys and girls, I’m thinking about whether I’m going to end this year or the beginning of next year to deport my 640s Lc4 and get the 950s Supermoto. I’ve looked at the SuperDuke, but I kind of don’t like it all (but now I don’t want to attack the SuperDuke owners or insult their taste). Here’s a picture of her Would you recommend her, if someone of you already had experience with her, or even owns her. I like something bigger and with more steam, of course, also small tours (about 200 – 300km). Go with the 640s too, but that’s kind of boring for me now (here, of course, I don’t want to attack or offend anyone who drives a 640s). And “NO” I don’t buy a rice bowl or something similar, just because I’m looking for a motorcycle that has more power and drives quickly. Stay true to the brand KTM

carburettor differences??
Hi hers. I have a dello 38 on my kati and somehow the constantly probs. from the overflow hose constantly drips out a liquid, but that doesn’t seem to be just sprite. anyway it smells a little spritey, but feels greasy and is quite clear. is the condensation water? the carburettor I already let run empty, and it was cleaned only recently. how else can it accumulate fluid? my plan was now to find another carburettor and now the question comes up. what is the difference between the 38 and maybe the 40? can I simply replace or adapt the one that doesn’t and how does that look like with the consumption and the power. does that change what? thanks to many in advance. until then g.

Dyna Wide Glide still buy or wait?
Hello Harley driver and those who want to become it. I drove Harley for the first time on Friday (Fat Boy,Vroad and a Wide Glide) I actually didn’t feel comfortable on the Fat Boy and the Vroad was also not my thing. I had the right feeling on the Wide Glide. Also the look (sometimes apart from the small rear wheel) did it to me. e.g. the tank is somewhat stretched and also the fork is not as thin as with the Softail custom. The footrests are a bit further ahead. And now I have read today that there is no longer the wide Glide in 2008. You can also not order it in the desired color (said me the friendly Harley dealer at the corner) Since the production has already expired. Now my question. Still quick buy or wait??? Many times a color compromise?? Could she still get in Pewter Pearl (so a kind of silver) wanted it actually in Black Pearl. And how is it if you want to sell it later? Have heard less of the Dyna parts?

Dyna versus Softtail
Hi, last week I made my dream come true and ordered me a Dyna Super Glide Custom MJ 2007. Delivery is only 03/07. I know many forum participants can’t see such posts any more, but certainly someone reads it anyway: The decision for a Dyna fell after a test drive with a Streetbob and a Softtail Custom. I just had the impression that the Dyna is a little more handy in the curves. The question is now, does the (conspicuously) better handling of the “normal” seat position of the Streetbob come? The softtail with the pre-set rests was IMHO a little more difficult in the curves. Or does the 200 slats play the decisive role here? Since I have to lay down the rests at the Dyna and at some point also to put on a 180 tire I ask myself, then she drives like a softtail? If yes, should I then switch to a softtail? The dealer would certainly be pleased 😉 You already, questions about questions but I only started in May with a bike on a totally Vespa Thanks and a total swim.

Allegedly new regulation
Hello, just in advance, the search function did not lead me to the desired result ;-). My question is addressed to all “knowledgers” in relation to the alleged re-regulation regarding the decommissioning or confiscation due to exhaust without TÜV in case of a control. I spent half a day in different forums etc., but found nothing out of conjecture and other half-truths taken over, which made me realize what has now changed exactly. Here’s a link to a movie where one got 25 EUR due to manipulated bag. What is Nu Phase? Does someone have something official? nnhttp://www.zdf.de/…/0,4070,5263135-6-wm_dsl,00.html

….and again a purchase advice to a 1200 xl Sporty . . . .
……I have been reading this forum here for some time, and it has already brought me in my way to a decision. Yesterday I was at the friendly one, and I drove a Sporty xl 1200 Custom to the rehearsal (all-round with 1500,- €uronen SB ). It is an EZ 05/2002, with 16,000 km, and ( unfortunately ) 4th hand. It has a great sound, through a nice exhaust system, comes well in driving, the general condition is so 2 with the age-appropriate damages, such as small stone strokes in the paint. . . . and so the decision has almost been made with me, i.e. reserved is already . . . . . . . Is there possibly something else I should pay special attention to here? and is the price of scarce 8 T€uronen inclusive of the 16000 he inspection appropriate? Then I add a pic of the good ones at . . . . . . . . . . . … and look forward to your good advice! Thank you!

Costs for driving licence A1 and M
Hello, this question always arises: What do the driving licences cost? I and my offspring are also interested in whether the light-wheeled driver’s license comes into question, or whether it should only be the Mokick ticket. Therefore, I ask here about your experiences, especially from the people who made their driving licences recently. I am particularly interested in how many hours you had and if you had previously driven Mofa. The driving schools do not give useful information, they want to catch customers first (“We are the cheapest!” and then collect “So under 50 driving hours nothing is going on here…!”! My hypothesis is that with Mofa experience you have to get there with the Pflichstunden. Since you don’t learn driving anyway in the driving school, most special rides/pflichtstunden are according to my conviction pure state forced money for the driving schools! A driving safety training for example at the ADAC for the fraction of the price of the special rides/pflichtstunden bringt unbelievably much more. So what did you pay and how much did Michael get your driving licence for it?

Mercedes-Benz 280 SLC – First start after 14 years
Good day people, My father left me his 280 SLC! Year 76, color: green, automatic, 2nd hand & 185hp……the nice piece has been in family possession since the end of the 80s But then in the winter period the hoses or the cooler burst when freezing the liquid (I don’t know now exactly which of both) which made it impossible to drive because he lost water all the time. My father always postponed the repair until later but it never came to this…so the car stood unmoved for 14 years in a (whole) garage That also left traces (in some places extreme rust spots) So now my question: I tried to restore the car with my father. But first I have to get the engine to run. What do I have to do?? How does it look with a previous oil change? Must the tank be emptied first & new fuel filled? Please for help (because nothing is wrong & risking a motor damage) Here are some pictures:
