Sealing of cylinder head gasket, heating coolers, hoses, water pumps, and motor jacks
Hello screwdriver !!!! Discusion from January ….About Bars Leaks Cooler and sealant !! Wonder me about so many negitive experiences with Bars Leaks Cooler Density .I have to say however that I have made very good experiences about this product.Selber binn in the motoen repair work and work are years with this product and indeed with success. For coolers and head seals have repaired a lot of vehicles permanently with this product and it can only recommend it Especially for older vehicles for which a cylinder head gasket is no longer considered for cost reasons, but also others.Of course, a new head gasket is always better, but I find it a good alternative. Many make application errors in this project over and over again, which could be constipated by eventuel, or that the leak is not eliminated. But in the correct application it actually always works to almost 98 % . Share me times your experiences with !!! Greet your Dieseldocktor !!!

How can I seal different thick exhaust pipes?
That’s really exhausting. Medium and end pots don’t fit into each other. Between cat tube and middle pot the same thing, I tried it with Gumgum. But that’s not just right, right? I’m thinking of a feed plate that you cut and carefully knock in. Otherwise I don’t think of anything.

Xenon nonsense
I am, as they say, an old hare.In other countries, as unfortunately in our country sometimes strange things happen. For example, the xenon light in public road traffic. It impels me the assumption .that in the approval procedures some was probably not quite “cusher”.A light, which demonstrably blinds considerably more the oncoming traffic, does not go into the road traffic. Xenonlicht also has the unpleasant characteristic that, depending on the incident, it angle in all colors shimmers, from bright blue (mostly) to red. On wet roads at night it seems particularly unpleasant. The alleged useful effect, i.e. better vision for the xenon light driver is far from as great as often propagated by the car industry, in any case it justifies the strong blinding of the incoming vehicles. it is interesting to know how many accidents have happened due to the increased glare with xenon lights. xenonlight has about the light spectrum of a welding arc and nobody demands that you look in there with unprotected eyes. The only difference is that the smaller performance of the xenon lamps is bundled forward by a lens system. I was recently told that the car industry has introduced the xenon headlights only for the reason to give car designers more design possibilities. Does this result in an active traffic risk ?? I say NO NO and NO again. By the way, several acquaintances of whose cars are equipped with xenon headlights, in such a way that almost every 2nd car ride blinds at night; also other xenon drivers. As long as this type of headlights have not been properly finished, this scrap belongs not in the road traffic, but at most in cinema projectors.Human lives against design. All-wheel, all four tires new?
Hello, colleague has an x3 four-wheeler and would have to renew a tire. So can he put 2 new ones on it or is the regulation for all four-wheeled passenger cars so that you have to renew 4? Had read here in the forum that this regulation only applies to Audi Quattro…? Is it bad for the four-wheeler if you also drive HA 2 winter tyres and VA 2 summer tyres? Thank you

Smart 453 H4 lamps
Hello friends Bin for half a year in possession of a Smart Fortwo 453. Had problems with the sensors in the WR – were not recognized – complete replacement of Smart Workshop – now everything ok. (supposedly a sensor was defective and the whole system goes on malfunction. Luckily everything was free !!! What bothers me mainly are the H4 lamps/brains. Would like to buy other better, but does not know which. Bosch 90+ Night breaker etc. ??? Which are recommended. Or can H7 be used As I see, the passing beam and the driving beam are present with me in a pear. At H7 it is always written by pears driving light and pear passing light. Is there also H7 as a bulb for both lights or must stay with improved H4? I don’t know what is best, just want to have a better light. Someone can help me a lot.

Start Stop automatic in smart a security risk?
Hello guys, if you don’t mind that the so-called Start Stop automatic in the smart is also partly responsible for the fact that the standard built-in scrap battery gives up the mind early, it is in my opinion a serious safety risk. The situation: I drive at a green traffic light into a junction and want to turn left. Since oncoming traffic is I stop in the middle of the intersection, car goes off. Now there is a gap in the oncoming traffic and I go down from the brake. with the Smart does not start like with other vehicles in the second where I walk off the gas, but only with considerable delay. Apparently, a starter is installed here, which has not yet been designed for a start stop automatic. Almost there would have been a collision.

c20xe much too high fuel consumption
Hello. I drive a c20xe engine in the Astra f. It is an Motortronic 2.5. Runs almost without problems BUT. It needs on 100km in normal driving mode 12-13liter. That’s way too high. It sometimes smells like gasoline too. Then when it is warm and bitsl and you try to start it, it takes a little longer until it starts. But of course I didn’t always have the error memory read out. Nothing. Then I was on a test bench to make a lapa fully test if it is too But if he doesn’t run, the mechanic meant. What can that be? If he doesn’t run too fat. And no gasoline doesn’t run out. I’d be very grateful about a few tips that I can do. Because the fuel costs are very high. lg

Lifetime Motor Corsa C 1.2
Hello, I’ve been driving a Corsa C with the 1.2 liter machine (75 hp) for over a year now. Due to the low cylinder capacity, fast speeds of 4500 – 5000 rpm are achieved during the fast acceleration (Easytronic). Otherwise, the 75 hp is not felt by the low cylinder capacity and the relatively high weight of the Corsa C. Of course, this makes me feel like I have an engine that may have a low lifespan due to the high speed level. it belongs to this engine in the Corsa C experience or something about its lifetime ? Please do not guess based on the above mentioned facts (hubspace, speed), but only real ‘feelings’ or experiences. ac
