  • Dog bite in the tire.

    Hi, today my dog allegedly bit 2 car tires. I’m skeptical. I put on 2 pictures and I would be very happy if you let me know if such a thing really could come from a dog. According to the owner of the tires he still drove about 1.5km with the tires to be seen in the pictures. I think if a dog bites in he could in the worst case leave a small hole. Dog weighs 40kg, nothing excessive.

  • Balances wrong and not glued in flush

    Moin. I gave my tires for balancing. Just when screwing on I saw that a row of weights was glued in crooked. See pictures. Does that hold? The wheels have to turn up to 240 km/h.

  • new CAYENNE II – Noise and thermal insulation glass ???

    Together, did one of you order the sound and thermal insulation glass (VW5) in the nine CAY or installed it? – does anyone know the noise reduction in db ??? – are also the rear panes all in insulating glass, since privacy tint is installed here? is the tint of privacy glass in insulating glass more or less? (Porsche writes: similar ???) – is it really much quieter at higher speeds? – is the extra weight worth it?   • Amps burned?

    Moin, I’m trying to make it short. Car system retrofitted,2 boxes running over a small amplifier and a bassbox that also has its own amplifier. Suddenly, the fuse burned through in the thick + cable seat. Both amplifiers no longer switch on after renewing the fuse. Have dismantled all boxes and chinch cables, it’s just mass, + cables what comes from the battery and a remote cable what comes from the radio. Ignition is off, remote has k a 12 volts only the thick + cable has power. If I turn on the ignition, I have 12 volts on the remote cable but only 5 volts on the thick red cable ?!?!? Measured directly on the amplifier, but before the fuse on the thick red cable I have 12volts, as if the fuse does something but can’t. With the other amplifier exactly the same problem only here I measure instead of 5 fills only 1 volts

  • Have a Rcd 330 Desay 187B carplay radio in the Gopl! How best to navigate with it?

    Have an iphone 6 in the glove compartment (only for navi, always there), where I have made navigation about Sygic! Also had a purchase license for so 70 Euro per year.. But! Every time I needed the Navi times, every few weeks/months, it was not right away! freezed a u.s.w. And Simkarte you must have there also always in there … does the smartphone have no connection to the Internet then the license can not be checked, therefore it does not work well? It is to the…ko… Copilot on my everyday life martphone, that’s always possible! only I can’t reflect this on the rcd330…because it’s not an iphone, and it’s not possible with copilot! How do I do now reasonable navigation over the RCD330? I used to have Android smartphone with Sygic software which went over mirrorlink, then mirrorlink was set at once, and I could only take carplay… Do you have a tip for me…? More than an iphone 6 (for the car) I can’t afford! Most Navi apps don’t go there! more with! because too old OS. Can you actually re-flash the complete RCD 330 carplay to the RCD 330 Android car?

  • Invoice for car insurance retroactively

I am supposed to pay 3.224.97 euros for my VW Polo year 95 from 09/13 to 10/14. After telephone consultation it is said that I had not paid the year. (The payments still have to be checked.By changing the account currently not understandable) Now I asked the lady why I never received a payment request and w I would have to pay 251 Euro per month for a liability insurance for a VW Polo. The answer: By the registration of the car they have only learned of the registration and I would not have submitted an application. I can not understand this, because I have clarified the modalities directly at the survey for the insurance number for the registration. Now the question. Do I have to pay the 3.224.97 Euro?

  • How much dB do you have in the car?

    Was at the end of the week on nem tuningtreffen. there I participated in the db drag. Classification was according to number of subs. So started at 1 sub. Result was 141,7db with a stupid basstest cd. Actually wanted to measure with sinus tones but it must all take the test cd from the organizer. Well, the loudest in category 1 woofer was of no use. Was even a little surprised as also Mtx and emphasic 38er were there at the competition. Even 2 5500 mtx 38er were quieter. a term lab was measured with it. But I will do the measurement with a term lab in the course of the week at the dealer. Guess how much I’ll do around the 140db I’ve got a AS x-ion 12 plus that is powered with 700watts. What did you build a bass tech and how much db do your woofer. Images of the bass compartment would be great too.
