  • Avensis T27 door locking

Hello, everybody. Have we got an Avensis T27 now. My question: The car locks the doors after the start of the journey. When stopping and getting out, only the driver’s door can be opened from the inside, all other doors remain locked from the inside. So no more doors can be opened except the driver’s door from the inside.! What can you do? Is this normal? Thank you

  • Brakes hanging in the rear

Hello, Slowly we don’t know any more with our Toyota Avensis T27 bj. 2009 113000km running power. After the brake caliper on the rear right (passenger side) has given up the spirit and we have replaced it with new ones. If the brake disc gets really hot (hotter than all the others). Brake fluid was replaced immediately. After 1000km again brake caliper changed (was suspected of defect in the brake caliper). Problem remained. Brake fluid changed again and there came dark Bre Then both rear brake calipers of NB Parts were replaced before by Bosch and brake discs/brake pads. Now the two rear discs are getting hot. Brakes were also reset with computer. Does an idea have to be taken into account? Can there also be a problem from the electric brake? Addendum: You can also notice with rear tires when turning that they hang something.

  • Noise at idle, if clutch, then away

Hello, I would like to buy a Toyota Avensis 2,2D-Cat with 177hp. When the engine is idle, there’s something going on in the engine room. Sounds as if a plastic flag is clapping on a wheel. When I kick the clutch, it’s going to be less/goes away (I couldn’t hear that much anymore because the salesman had the door open). He said that this was the backlog and only a beauty defect, which lasts forever. During the test drive I saw blue smoke in the rearview mirror. The car has a very good equipment, 100,000 km, year 2005 and is supposed to cost just under 11,000 euros. Now I really don’t know, you can buy it or rather get your finger off. Thank you The New thowalu

  • Buy US Import Camry 2008?

Hello I have seen an offer for a Toyota Camry XV40 2.4 hybrid from 2008. As far as I know, this model did not exist in Europe and also on the pictures (tacho etc.) one can see that it is a US vehicle. Apparently it is first-hand, with a little over 100k km and fresh TÜV. Basically I like Toyota very much and also from the hybrid system one hears only good. I think this hybrid system is similarly reliable and economical like the one of Prius/Auris? Do I have to have something specific Is it a US import? I only know that you usually don’t have a guarantee for imported vehicles. What about backpacks? Is the one used for import vehicles and can you see somewhere what happened with this model? Can I assume that Toyota (Hybrid) is typically very reliable, robust and has a low consumption (for this size)? And: How much would that be rough for you?

  • USB connections to car radios

Hi erwerte HiFi-Freaks As an absolute layman in this field, I have a technical question for you: More and more radios are sold with a USB interface, to which you can also easily plug a USB stick. Of course, a slot on the radio front is practical, in which you simply plug the stick into. Now there are also radios, where the connection is externally led out by cable. This has the advantage that the stick can remain on the radio if e.g. the B The radio should then continue to play where it has stopped. That shouldn’t work when the stick is plugged on and plugged off, right? Maybe someone can post reviews.

  • Front system with insulation ect. (Astra F)

Hi, I’m reading shcon here for quite a while and I always hear different opinions about how much bitumen mats you should use per door. have a 5 doorr Astra F. 10 or 15 pieces per door? The mats of Sinus Live are supposed to be. there you know what you have. and the next question: which front system can you recommend? I hear a lot of rock/metal and sometimes techno. I’m once pinned over the Sinus Live S-LF 165. What I like about the only 44m m installation depth. not that afterwards the disc does not go down anymore Since they are in contrast to eton etc. but about 100€ cheaper I wonder if they are so good tonally then. So then go into the keys greeting and already thank you in advance Tobi edit: The radio is a Becker Monza. Think that can be kept without hesitation.

  • A4 B5 Avant BJ 2001 Facelift Bose, Rainbow

Hello! I’m thinking about what kind of sound system I’m installing. I have a 2-way combo with 13 speakers in the front and a 16 coax in the rear door. I’ve already built in 2 subwoofers:http://www.alpine.de/…/…cm-subwoofer-2Ohm%2B2Ohm—4Ohm%2B4Ohm.htm and I want to get more sound out! A spectator said that I should install a Rainbow system (vehicle species). Can keep this up with a Bose sound system (which I’m looking for). I have an Alpine car radio.http://www.alpine.de/…/a580.det.CDA-9855R_CD–MP3–WMA-RECEIVER.htm Well, what do I want to spend… between 300 and 400 for front and rear speakers together, no more at all! What I like is the sound fullness of the Bose system, can I get almost such a volume with the Rainbows? Another problem: In the trunk is a 16er in the factory. Subwoofer installed as a double swinger. It would also have to be replaced, as it snaps (currently an alternative speaker installed)! Do you know anything else that I should consider? Why do I want to install the sub 16 at all? Quite simply: for kick basses the 30s Woofer are too big! Thanks for your answers!

  • Final stage purchased and torched. 🙁

hi, I bought a very cheap end stage at the Wal-mart (35 euro mark GigaBoyz 4/3/2 4-channel 800W). so super cheap. can you try it out wanted to connect it – 12V, then REM, then GRN. when I touched GRN already with the cable it has sparked and from the amplifier came a thick smoke cloud. which is then probably. pays off here the cheapness of the product? I mean to 99% + and – not to have switched at the connection. if yes, is that not secure? replace Is it possible that the device was defective? there are also 2 fuses, none of them burned out. what do the fuses then bring me? almost my car would have caught fire!!! so to formulate my question again, the devices are not secured for + and – swap, and if not, exactly what happened to me then? I want to operate 2 speakers in front and connect 1 subwoofer. so I wanted to connect normal channel 1 and 2 (stereo) n and 3 and 4 bridges so that I have mono for my bassroll. do I make a memory error? gruss, docmax

  • Subwoofer (23.5 cm) with extremely low installation depth sought

Hello, At the moment I drive a 1 BMW with a subwoofer called below in a trunk extension. But in business I am now unfortunately dependent on a “case room” – therefore out the thing On good bass I do not want to do without. under the seat “gammeln” still the original 16 cm basses (cheapest soundsys) unconnected around. From PDFs I have taken that they are built only by an adapter ring and upgrade is possible up to 23,5 cm. Volume is enough, because an ansc Now I am looking for very good subwoofers in this size order. The problem should be the following: The BMW parts do not have the magnet behind the membrane, but rather in the funnel of the membrane, so that the installation depth is minimized… Are there comparable products also from third-party suppliers?! gruss, dognose
