W221 S-Class bj 2007 which load pressure controller?

My w206 first registration 06.23 has Distronic but apparently no belt penalty can this be possible or can I turn it on somewhere? Have the car only a week! If I ask mbux the question if the car has Preasafe it is called yes and is started with every engine.. Thanks in advance for your answer
