I bought an XJ 600 51J. The motorcycle had been standing for many years and had no sparks. I changed the CDI ignition box and the spark is there. I disassembled the carburettors, cleaned them and obviously compared the throttle flaps. The idle screw in the 4th carburettor can neither be turned in nor out, I left it that way. I connected the motorcycle with an autobattarie, the connection screwed properly. I have the feeling that the starter pulls so much Srom that it is no longer enough for the ignition spark. It doesn’t stop and the valve play is fine. The engine then makes noises as if a bird is sitting in it and has in the stationary gas from time to time to misignite. Is it possible to exchange the 51J for a 3KM motor? I am now at the end with my Latin.https://youtu.be/LH2om8D1rgs

Buy throttled Yamaha R6 / Law A2 throttle
Hello, I have a question open for buying a machine. I have had the A2 driver’s license since June 2017. Since December 2016 / January 2017 there is the new regulation that as an A2 driver you can not have any machines throttles that exceed 96 hp. So the output power must not exceed 96 hp (the double throttle 48 hp). I know that I can now buy no Yamaha R6 Bj. 2008 (open with about 120 hp) and it can throttle down, there is too late the Fschein A2. I would like to thank you. r now increase a Yamaha R6 RJ15 which has been throttled since mid-2015. So before the law came into force. Since then the machine has always been driven like this. Today the machine is still throttled, just as registered in the FZ bill. I didn’t get any smart on the Internet, because it’s all about throttling the machine. Driver’s license class A2 remains the same. With me in the FS there is no code or special identifier which explains to the official during a check that I n ur max. 96 HP machines allowed to drive. Weiss jmd know more about it? Because otherwise everyone who has a 96+ PS machine has to have the expensive to be able to sell them to A-drivers. What do you think? I am grateful about topic-related answers. No nonsense please like: ach drive still throttled a 500 or 300er, or why a Yamaha and no Suzi… Best greetings Zamani

us importe, customs and control
us importe, customs and control Wouldn’t it be if someone would say something about my questions that is well acquainted with the topic of “import”. So, my questions: 1. Normally customs and VAT apply. Does this apply to new cars and used cars? If I buy a used car here in Germany I don’t have to pay VAT, but what is the result of the new car buyer paying the VAT. So, do I have to pay the VAT even though the car was already registered in the USA? 2. How do you see? from when the car is bought in the USA, registered there… so far so good. This person now transports the car to Germany. In my opinion, this person does not have to pay any customs duty and no VAT as it is their property. Now the person registers the car in Germany. If I buy the car now… do I have to pay VAT then? Actually not, right? VAT is only valid for new goods… Thanks in advance!!!

EASY PACK back flap no longer reacts
Hello together, maybe someone knows this phenomenon: When I open the tailgate, I can no longer close it via the switches in the tailgate. I only hear that a relay switches but nothing moves. If I sit in the car and operate the switch at the driver’s door to close the trunk, the tailgate only goes half way and stops and the inner light goes out. I also do not get indicated in the display that the tailgate is open while driving. If I open the door again with the switch at the driver’s door and the inside light goes out immediately, as if the tailgate was not open. What’s this about???? Thank you for your help Greeting Buyer77

Jekill&Hyde to Nightster – cable trains off
Hello forum, I’m new here and have been driving a 2013 Nightster with JuH system for a year. For a short time the regulation did not work anymore. I had to find that the trains no longer sit on the rollers that move the caps. I see at the roll of the rear pot a depression, in which usually this maggot screw, which must be attached to the rope pull. The (I call it) “case”, through which the train is led, dangles only on the rope, I can a Inn This means that the pull is fixed with a maggot screw. This maggot screw is obviously missing. Furthermore, I wonder if this shell simply has to be inserted into the groove in the roll and held in place by the tension of the bowden pull or otherwise it has to be fixed there somehow. – How about the fixation of the shell, which is attached by maggot screw to the pull – is simply inserted into the depression in the roll or other – Where do I get such a matching maggot screw? – is it correct that I have to find the servo in order to release the train there, in order to be able to guide it through the sleeve? Or do you get a suitable maggot screw for the pod? Unfortunately I have zero documents to it. On Wednesday a friend comes to help, who is also riding a motorcycle and knows very well with engine and transmission technology, but also has not installed a flap system. Thanks in advance!

Auto import from the USA to Switzerland
Hello dear people, Please forgive me if there is already something soo! I found nothing in the search “US import to Switzerland” I have to bring a car from the states to Switzerland before me… On the Zoll.ch webiste I found the following: Customs approaches The customs approaches are the same for used and new PW. They amount (depending on the cylinder capacity and unit weight) between 12.- to Fr. 15.-/100 kg gross. For motorcycles the approach amounts to Fr. 37.-/100 kg gross. From Europe (EU, EFTA, some central and eastern European countries) PW and motorcycles are duty-free if a proof of origin, e.g. EUR 1. Motor vehicle tax The import of passenger cars and certain vans/buses is subject to the automobile tax. The tax rate is 4% of the vehicle value (including customs duty). VAT 7.6% of the vehicle value at the destination in Switzerland (plus customs duty and car tax). Now my calculation: Purchase price 27900$ (Occ. car) Travel to the port 500$ Shipping to DE 1000$ ———————————————————– Total: 29400$ = 28124 Sfr.- (price from 22.12.2010) ——————- ——————- Import to Switzerland: Customs ca.15 Fr.-/100 kg gross Weight Car 1800 Kg Total = 270 Fr.- Import fee 4 % on vehicle value 28124 Fr.- = 1124 Fr.- VAT Switzerland 7.6 % 29518 Fr.- = 2243.40 Fr.- ——————— Total: 3637.40 ————– ——– ——————— I would transfer the car to Switzerland in DE myself. Total would the car cost me 31761.40 Fr??? I left the conversion out on purpose, it’s just about the cost of an import What have I forgotten to calculate? I ask you to improve me. I am grateful for any help greetings Simon

Unreasonable?
It makes me itch in my fingers to replace our cozy 9-5-150 hp-saabine with something more brisk (and newer). I hope you forgive me if I confess to have looked around the relevant German competitors. Conclusion: Other mothers also have beautiful daughters! For decision making a few more looks into the relevant forums of Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Co: Oh Schreck! What a touch compared to our friendly cooperation! One marries not only the To So I think back to Saab. A 9-5 Aero Combi of the current series made me beautiful eyes. But do I know what I’m getting myself into? The 2.0t up to now has done its job undemandingly and faithfully for almost five years and kept the money together. On the other hand, I can read the Aero’s thoughts: “Go, get the money out and let’s hit it on the head together!” What he means not only the purchase price… scary and And tempting at the same time. Now the request to you: Help me to beat the Aero out of my head. But woe do you really do. Or maybe you should? Andreas (something confused)

Consumption record! What are your mini-consumptions?
Have set a new record on Monday evening, down! KL-Neustadtertal (Pfälzerwald)-NW approx. 50 km = 5.0 l 100/km Total distance (that is back and forth) 6.1 l 100/km + 50 km Landstraße+ approx. 40 km City today and approx. 10 km in the village Short distance Taxi Papa: 7.3 l 100 km! And that at Shit-Wetter, curvy and between 80-90 km run, out of town and almost 60 in the village as far as possible! Overtaken me on the country road, except for a BMW Z3, nobody! Speak, was anything but a vehicle! Rkehrhindernis. The rest about 400 km on the BAB, drove around the 190-220 km. When refueling everything together, exactly calculated 10,85 l per 100/km! It’s quite neat! Never diesel! What are your records down? Greetings on all sides! Wolf24
