    Hi to everyone! I already have a Volvo V40, but it’s not the power bomb, because it’s a tired (210,000Km) Renault TDI with 95Ps. And now I wanted to ask you what to consider when buying a T4. How long does it last if you drive a lot of motorway (150-170Km/h)? Can you expect 200,000km? How fast is it from 0-100? So about the 7sec or worse? So, I look forward to your knowledge, since I only know the V40 in the diesel version!

  • Subaru instead of golf and Kia Sportage ?!

    Hello municipality, I am looking for the big compromise between an everyday car on the way to work (tägl. 100 km ) and the hunting car for the terrain. For the first one it is currently a Golf VI TSI, very economical with moderate driving mode, but in the winter it gets very bad warm and recently water runs through the door inside and who knows what after almost 3 years everything comes. For the terrain it is a Kia Sportage JA Bj. 1999, where jumping does not always work like this ( immobilizer problem ) In addition comes twice insurance and taxes. And now I just ask the experienced Subaru municipality, if there is not somehow an acceptable compromise, i.e. a car for both requirements.

    Hello VW friends. Unfortunately, there is no Amarok forum yet, so I am here. I intend to buy amarok, but I would like to have a tightened version possibly with V8 (from Audi or Porsche) with rally suspension and offroad-widening like the Ami-Ford F150 raptor.   • Strange noise at low speed V40 2.0T

    Hello everyone! I’ve been having a little problem with my moose for a few days. When I’m driving at low speed (no matter which gear) such a funny glaring noise comes from the lower part of the car. It sounds like a chirping cricket. But the noise can only be heard at speeds of approx. 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm. The sound can only be heard when I’ve been driving. Has anyone ever heard such a thing or has someone ne Iddee?     A nice jute evening on everyone’s side I have a try with my elk and maybe you can help me further. to the vehicle V70 T5 Geotronic gearbox , Gas , Kombi , ca 250 000 down bj 2000 When I wanted to start driving today I could start normal and start driving – it was nothing extraordinary to hear. after a few meters driving a new course although put in but also no more . there was no further acceleration but !!!!! the vehicle rolled out like in idle. a new attempt to insert a gear remained unsuccessful. switch however zero reaction engine issued and short time later rebooted (thought the onboard computer has hung up) gear inserted and only about 10 advance. the whole several times repeatedly without change. the elk moved always only briefly. Did also the battery clamped off briefly and it did not change anything. engine just turns up – no more What could it scratch its ?????

  • Corolla E10 versus Corolla E11

    Hello, I play with the idea of buying a cheap used Corolla. I swung between E10 from year 1996 to E11 year 1997 until beginning of 2010 (i.e. before Facelift). As far as I know, all 86 hp and 110 hp models have a freewheel motor. Overall, E10 like E11 are considered quite robust and reliable, as well as the engines (although I have read several times of high oil consumption). The E11 is slightly more expensive than the E10. Which of the above engines is more durable and consumes less oil ? (Of course I would prefer the 110 hp, but that is also much less rare to find.) Do the late E10 differ from the early E11 in terms of rust or other important things (e.g. rear brakes) ? Which can you recommend me ? Which is less need for repair ?
