  • Audi 80 B3 MKB: PP start problems

Hello all the professionals, my Audi 80 Bj.91 Type 89 with a moto letter PP -> 1.6 70hp doesn’t start to rip up the hooves. Always cared for by dads and looks like a new car inside. Now to the problem: Before the car was always in the stand, but was then away again. I gave him new candles now from Beru UXT2 UX79 with 4 electrodes and thought the problem should have been eaten. First everything was fine, but now something is lazy. Somehow I think the automatic starter got off and the engine jerks if it doesn’t get enough speed like crazy. I cleaned the distributor cap now and measured all the ignition cables. (Etzold That’s how it’s done) But it didn’t improve, it almost worsened. The new spark plugs out again and the old ones pure, no difference. The hose of crankshaft housing to the air filter was defective, but I did before 3 With visual inspection everything is OK, the small vacuum hoses I am not sure if they have a mistake somewhere. So, maybe the professionals can help now. Multimeter is available. Wasn’t anything with hose to pull off somewhere to check the start automatic??? Thank you in advance.

  • It’s time

After long back and forth it is now time to prepare the reconstruction of my beloved coupe. Had the car now stood around for 2 years and always only when I had time it started to disassemble. Lack of time just. The previous owner probably thought the car consisted only of spatula. (from side plate to wheel run it was 5 cm) after I had come down all the bad places to the appearance so that I thought about how I can get the car back. only patches od I decided to renovate it from the ground up. So I built a voice with which I could turn the car on my head. Makes itself absolutely good. Well enough for the conditions. Also I get so better everywhere to disassemble. When this was finished I disassembled the rest. So also all the rusts came to the appearance where I thought there are no ones. But since I will be the coach anyway sandblasting this is fortunately Not so important, because fortunately nothing is rusted yet. Except for a place that I have to replace with another sheet metal. Unfortunately I miss this part. Therefore also my question to you, who still has an old car that he kills anyway and this part is still I.O. please let me know. I will continue this story as soon as I have some time again and do something in the car. With a few pictures of the few places where the rust is sitting and from the side of the car (left side) Also, I had planned the conversion to a V8 in another topic, but I have come to the thought of installing a 5 cylinder 20V. Only I am still thinking about whether it will be the 7A or the AAN, although many have already said that a 20V sucker should not be bad. But until it is so far it will certainly take a whole long time. Greeting P.S. You may keep mistakes

  • Renault Twingo 1.2l 16V Bj 2001 (D4F) spins now totally

Hi people, short history.Twingo is jerking on the start. But as soon as he drives,no problems. So error read out.Error row one probe 2.So far so good. So the Sonda after Kat.That is just a control probe. So the error must lie somewhere else. Since some parts are already jammed into the years, I wanted to exchange the following on the weekend. Fuel filter,Lambda probe before Kat and the throttle valve clean. The throttle valve as last.As much has to be dismantled. My wife wanted the Ki She came back and said the Twingo didn’t start. So I turned to the car and the key. And now there’s something very new about the Twingo. As if he hadn’t already macerated gen6g. Car doesn’t start because the whole lighting flashes. And you always hear a clack clack clack. So open the hood and stop where it comes from. It comes from to the right of the battery. So where the fuse box sits with the relays. And again and again also a clack k It’s sitting well hidden under the plastic case. Turn the ignition key to start, does nothing. No reaction. A flashing and clacking.More doesn’t happen anymore. It sounds like the flap of the throttle valve opens and closes in the same stand. Can a relay trigger such a defect? Or is even the control unit the cause. Does anyone have any idea what that can be?

  • Twingo 1 1.2 16V 75 hp does not start

Hello guys, now for the 100th time the topic that the little one doesn’t start. It’s a Twingo 1 1.2 with 75 hp. The engine just went off during the ride and then no more. I have changed the highly suspicious OT sensor so far and indeed with a new one from Bosch. I also changed the spark plugs. I have not noticed any damage on the cable and plug from the OT dealer. Can you test anything with the multimeter? Battery has already been charged a dozen times, he orgulates and The immobilizer works exactly as it is in the manual. It flashes until you turn on the ignition, then the red point appears and goes out after a few seconds. Unfortunately, we only have the one key to exclude it completely. Otherwise, nothing is noticeable from the indicators. The petrol pump also runs and on the exhaust it smells like I checked all the fuses. I also removed all the candles and held them against the ground when starting, spark is everywhere and the candles were drunk. This clearly points to the OT dealer because he gets gasoline and ignites, but the ignition time does not fit and therefore he drains. I just can’t get any further here and my friend urgently needs the car to get to work. Can you tell me from my description, What else can I test? Thank you very much!

  • Twingo again?

Hello! My Twingo 2 (Night and Day), 176000 mileage is a lot of worries for me, so I’m thinking about looking for a new used car. Unfortunately, I can’t get any further in my search. The perfect car, it doesn’t seem to be there for me, so I’m thinking about getting a Twingo again. But you can give me one or the other recommendation… What I like about the Twingo and what a reason for me would be it again. buy: 1. The look, both from the interior and the outside. I just like snuggle balls. 2. The space available. Other small cars have, in contrast to the Twingo for my feeling, still too little luggage compartment 3. The maintenance is very favorable for my feeling. What I would like however: 1. A little more PS 2. A seat more for passengers 3. A little more reliability (especially in winter or to the TÜV always encounter problems) Is there a car that unites all this or am I there with a I was mostly satisfied. Drive mostly city, but also often AB or country road. So, I would need an all-rounder. Loved with a Hyundai i10, however, the performance is too weak for me. Chevrolet Spark I also found great, but was advised not to do so. Suzuki swift? Should there be such serious gear problems, Opel Corsa is too high for me… I’ve already looked at so many cars at Googel and Co, abe No one seems to fit in.

  • Water loss at Kia Carnival 2.9 CRDi

Hello, I have for some time a huge water loss at my Kia Carnival 2.9 CRDi (year 2004, 99tkm). The compensation tank is completely filled, in the hose I pour about 1.5 liters per 300km. The engine temperature tends to be lower than usual, the fan runs sometimes even if the temperature according to the display is actually still too low and the heating does not bring any more power. In the back it no longer heats…. mostat replace, timing belts and water pump in August 2009. Error memory does not contain any information and Kia has had a pressure test of the system without any results. I thought it was the cylinder head seal, but there is no water in the oil and there is no white smoke from the exhaust. Under the vehicle (garage car) there are also no large puddles. Does anyone have an idea what this could be???? Have bought the car in 2004 and had all service maintenance done. Thank you! Mark us

  • Carni II 2.9 CRDI timing belt cover

Carni II 2.9 CRDI Timing Belt Cover Hello Forum, hello Member ! Problem: Workshop and Timing Belt Cover My car is currently in the workshop of my trust. The timing belt change – interval is on and my workshopman is now desperate at the timing belt cover. He thinks he would not get any further without the engine extension and that of course increases the costs considerably. The exhaust must be removed, the spring leg etc… so that he can let off the engine so far, until he with the cover on this edge To help my workshop man and, of course, myself, I would be extremely grateful if someone could tell me how much easier it is. He admitted to having let a Kia man talk about it, who probably said that it would be a lot of work but no problem. 6-8 hours approach. Now I can decide if he screws up my carni again and I don’t have to pay anything, or if he completes the engine and I have to pay a lot more. Tips I would be very grateful. mfg netsroht80

  • Kia Soul Turbo

Good day to the round. I am just thinking about getting the above mentioned car. Alternatively, the Kia Venga with automatic and 125hp would be in question. Both gasoline engines. What interests me with the Soul (testing will hardly be possible, the car is hardly available throughout Germany, the engine is probably also available in the Pro ceed), how do the drivers present here assess the road situation? Also and especially with ice cream. I have a bit of panic that this can only be a “sweather car” And if the Turbo could not cause problems far before the warranty expires, because 204 hp is already a house number. I don’t see the problems with the Venga. And the second question: Leather equipment in the summer: I have always had fabric. And I know how hot leather can become…. any reports about it? I thank you very much for your reports.

  • Kia carens chillers

Good evening, we just looked at vox automobiles and there it was among others about the new r1234yf coldener. Does one know which is used in kia carens and who it should be the r1234, can it be easily exchanged for the old one? We wanted to order a carens next year, but this would be a co criterion for us. Thank you very much.

  • No more mail notifications

Hello MT team, since 1.3. I no longer get an email notification that someone has written something about a subscribed topic or a PN. I’ve already switched off the notification in the cockpit –> saved –> turned it on again –> and saved it again, but it didn’t help. I can’t find any mails from you in my spam folder at GMX either. What can it be, how can I restore it? Thank you for an answer! Greeting Rainer
