  • HUK24 does not issue a current insurance certificate. Help!

    Hello dear community I have to register for a new job with my car. Among them also with my current insurance certificate. The problem is that my current insurance certificate issued by Huk24 from 22.12.2020 (issued) from 01.01.2021 – 01.01.2022 runs. On request to Huk24 if you can issue me a current one for this year negated and said that “a new insurance certificate is not created – without a change of contract”. I asked you again for a more precise explanation, you said, “The insurance certificate has not expired. Because without notice the contract will automatically be extended by another year. If necessary, you can submit your contribution invoice from August 2022 as proof.” After correspondence I sent my new office directly any documents, insurance certificate, contribution invoices and even the correspondence with the Huk24. They nevertheless rejected everything, because the insurance certificate has expired. If someone can help me, someone has had the same situation or knows someone who knows himself in the area. Somehow I can’t get out of this situation. Some people don’t want to send a new insurance certificate because it’s actually up to date and the others reject it because it’s actually expired on paper.   • Vandalism on a private property, perpetrator unknown – overly comprehensive regulation?

    Hello, The vehicle (EZ 1975, rare, but with normal license plates) is registered on my son. I (the father) am the policyholder. The driver group is unrestricted (“all over 21 years old”, if this should play a role. For the vehicle less than 12 months ago a VK was completed with 300€ SB. Purchase price / market value was at 600€. The vehicle stood on a private property (association) on Saturday, which was rented for the weekend for a party (da On the following day (Sunday) a dent was discovered in the tailgate, probably one of the party-ar…cher kicked with the foot against it (Vandalism). What would you do in my place: 1. Report against “unknown” without hoping to find the offender? Will the tenant possibly be held responsible for the damage (from private HV)? The rental deposit has been retained, does not cover potential repair. 2. Repair (lack fortunately not damaged, the sheet not cracked heavily) doc The VK premium is low (premimum protection, incl. vandalism), around 140€/year (SF5, however with special classification, as a second vehicle). In case of total damage (?) the insurance refund the purchase price for 12 months by the way. I can not find a spare flap, and certainly not in this paint paint. What should I absolutely pay attention to? Don’t know me at all with Seat, but one colleague said that Seat is generally building robust cars!
