  • 1. Don’t load at home

Hello, please help me: drive next week to Holland (West Kappelle) and want to charge at a public charging station near the hotel for the return journey. In the me app I entered the place and also found a station where I can load AC (do not need a quick charge). Before I searched for the station, I clicked on the buttons available in the app and Mercedes me App and MBUX. Question: does this mean that I can pay at this station with Wercedes-me Charge? Another question: can you choose between AC and DC at charging stations, or is there only one or the other?

  • EQS53 AMG – 900km without problems until failure

After picking up at the factory, everything ran smoothly. The car then stood over a weekend and I got a critical 12V error via the app that the battery had to be charged. I then drove the car and the error had disappeared again. The next day I get the message that there is a malfunction of the HV battery and power and range are reduced. With full battery I still had 200km range and the power was limited to 55% Now he is standing in the workshop and I am curious how long this takes. Allegedly, everything has to be controlled over the plant, so you don’t have so many possibilities to look for the error there. You have to look for a reasonably adequate replacement car first, because max. a C-Class is in stock. I am now very curious how and how quickly the problem is solved. “The best or nothing is always coming into my head

  • EQE – Driver profile

Hi EQ community, which makes me stunned at the EQE. I ride standard in Eco and have the climate in Eco and intelligent rec. Is it really not possible to deposit in its driver profile. That can’t be that I can store such an important like setting Ambient Light but the 3 things that are most interesting for driving with it. At each start I adjust this again :/. Best regards Jochen

  • BMW M6, F12, brake pads and discs VA renew

Hello together, would have a question: What kind of pads and brake discs would you recommend for the above vehicle? Is the “normal” version with 560 hp. With the current pads I noticed that they make the rims very quickly “dirty” or dusty. Are I still thinking the first (80tsd km) or the second pads. In the spring I will probably completely renew the front brakes. BMW meant those are overdue. Must be slightly smiled, because I then have around itself r to go the wheels dismantled and found that there is still about 10 mm covering. Safety is important to me, but that is still enough thick? In the spring I will check the brakes again despite everything. Maybe the good man with the friendly also meant the brake discs. because my car TÜV has new I think they are also still in order. What do you mean? Take off? Or I have to be more careful. And if yes, what kind of cheiben / coverings should I take? Do you have good references ellen? Does not want any “no name” products. Greetings, Jonas

  • Repair costs

I ordered the pads with discs and oil, which is also approved for the vehicle. • BMW newcomer and questions about winter tyres at the E64 630i

Moin, my name is René and I recently bought a 630i convertible. So far I have been on the road with the Sterngemeinde and therefore BMW is new ground for me. I have the following questions about possible winter tyres: I find the BMW 18 inch rim “M double spoke 184” quite handsome and would like to drive it in the winter. However, I find only contradictory sources online – some say only for M6 and others say mobile on all E63/E64. A BMW dealer around the corner says also only for M-Mod elle (because the computer didn’t show the rim as an accessory for my chassis number – why it doesn’t fit, but he couldn’t explain it to me). Can someone tell me why this rim should only be for M-models – is this due to another hole circle or other screws e.g. M14 instead of M12??? The basic data of the rim 8×18 ET14 should actually fit. The BMW catalog in the attached picture says the rim is not for M6 – in another overview again only for M – who kan There are also three links of the corresponding offers – here too it is partly assumed that these should only be for the M-models.http://www.ebay.de/…/172900362346?…http://www.ebay.de/…/282693945777?… (I know this would not fit the cross-section)https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/…/720542130-223-2893 Then a question about this offer:http://www.ebay.de/…/352163693069?… Despite different rim sizes on the VA and HA are mounted here around 255/40 – actually it should be 245/40 on 275/35. How can I find out if 255/40 would also be released or if someone knows if this is allowed Are there actually any tyre / rim approval lists for the BMW models available online – so for BMW original rims of course! Thank you in advance for your help. VG René

  • Consultancy G 270 cdi lang Please

I would like to buy a G270 long. Price range up to 30,000 euros. Offered vehicles have KM running capacities up to 250,000km…. I would like to use the vehicle as a daily coach and once in the year 2000 km highway with 2t caravans to the south. terrain rather less. Therefore the following questions: IS the G 270 cdi Lang overhauts as a caravan towing vehicle with 2t trailer and 100km/h registration as well as 5 people in the towing vehicle to use. 100- 105 km / h he must run dynamically on the train. e do you value the lifespan of the vehicle and components such as engine and transmission?? If it was previously maintained as a “private vehicle” and regularly? I think the load will be higher than in the ML 270cdi…or!? Is the G still good with the mileage for 100,000km without which it is “waste” afterwards!? Does anyone know a guarantee-safer who still insures such a vehicle? Seriously! I drive 25,000km a year and would like to drive it 2-3 years and then sell it again. n DANK!!!!!

  • Rear registration plate on the G (W463)

Hello and good evening together the left blue G is mine 🙂 I have a problem with the rear license plate It should be gone, because 1. I have already torn off number plate lights several times when descending from the roof tent 2. it unnecessarily restricts the ground clearance. Was not yet really a problem, but can still come AND 3. the crew of a vehicle in silver/blue today meant “that must be gone” “back license plate may not be attached to the right” (I did this after the left edge of the license plate must not be on the right side of the vehicle center or so) First of all, the short question: Does someone know how to attach to the G in this way? The car is an import from Switzerland. And of course there is nothing in it. The double AHK is registered. Where do I make it like this? 1. As a two-line license plate in size 250x200mm on the left at the height of the G300 lettering. best WITHOUT a lot of drilling, or as noble as possible… e.g. with a holder made of stainless steel etc.. Would I possibly attach large-area adhesively with an industrial Velcro tape. 2. One-line above the rear door as with the G Professional? I find the original holder expensive and ugly. Would build something for me. Although I still don’t know how to fix without drilling much. In addition, I exceed the height of 1,200mm, which I can only exceed if deeper attachment is not possible. 3. On the rear flap/in the spare wheel on a storage compartment, which I still want to build into this one? A disadvantage would be the cable guide in the lid of the storage compartment. Does anyone have any ideas? EDIT: Don’t know what had happened to the title either.

  • Reserve wheel canisters

Hello together Please use your help again… Is there a spare wheel canister specific for the G, i.e. which can be fixed in the G spare wheel cover or in the spare wheel? Could find on the fast nothing… Most spare wheel canisters that are available will probably not be suitable – since these are in the center of the spare wheel, through the spare wheel mounting screw in the trunk. I don’t know… maybe there is also a kind of adaptor plate with e in the middle of the threaded rod which fits the G spare wheel fitting – and you could screw a normal spare wheel canister in the middle of the G spare wheel…? Thank you in advance Greetings Donnergott

  • Beginner’s question WLAN

Hello, I have my EQB very fresh and go through the menus. I don’t really understand the user manual for settings/system/WiFi. I guess:Set up a WLAN hotspot (p.277) You can use a hotspot on your own mobile phone if you don’t have a communication module in the MBUX.Configuring a multimedia system as a WLAN hotspot for external devices (p.278) If you have an MBUX with a communication module, you can use it as a hotspot for your own mobile phone I don’t need either. the menu point Wi-Fi turned on/off and now doesn’t know what it was like. Actually, I mean Wi-Fi, because I don’t need anything, but when I turn it off, the message that lifetraffic was turned off (or something like that) appears. => How does Settings/System/Wi-Fi have to stand on or off?
