  • 600 vs. 1000s – experience on controllability

Hello colleagues, I am interested in your experience of driving 600 and 1000 machines… At the moment I am driving a CBR 600 F, which I have chosen for myself as a beginner model. I am also very satisfied with the machine – but at some point I would like to develop myself on another machine over time. For example, I have already tested a few more 600 machines (Kawasaki, Triumph, CBR 600 RR) and must admit that, for example, e Daytona or RR – for me seen – are much more “beautiful” to drive and I would afterwards choose one of the above mentioned machines as an entry-level model (purchase decision for CBR 600 F was primarily the price and the “egg-legging woolen milk sow”. Also, I have already tested a 1000s, but honestly say that I had so much respect that I did not really feel the standard extra boost during the test drive. So now however to my contribution incentive : I intend to change at some point (i.e. further 600s, but then more sporty or 1000s -> stay with the “super athletes” and for this contribution the main argument should only be the risk of motorcycling of 600s vs. 1000s!! In other words, let us ignore the individual human character, we almost exclusively do not ride on the race track, ride quite carefully and do not put it on it and either 600s or 1000s (so no middle thing in Rich) So, if we just ignore the small secondary arguments… A colleague says, in some ways, that a 600 is more aggressive (i.e. more dangerous) due to the higher constant “speed” obligation; I just say “overpowering” is simply too easy/fast on a 1000er etc. Concretely: If I only look at the risk of driving in terms of PS/cubic performance, is driving with a 1000er much more risky???An answer in the direction “… then d If you don’t ride a motorcycle at all …” doesn’t help me for my thoughts… For helpful comments I thank you and wish you a nice start to the season!

  • Need your help! 🙂

Hello dear motorcycle community! In advance: I am a total layman! It’s about the following: My dad helped a friend to move and in his garage he saw a tire + axle and a loose tire (take a lot of front and rear wheel) in the corner and addressed it. He said he didn’t need it anymore, but would be too busy and lazy to take care of it. Now my father has the one in the garage and I can take care of it I have here in the appendix a couple of Bi I’d like to know if there’s a tendency to earn some money and what I’d get a lot of money for. It’s all about my parents and I’d stop by soon and check the exact data. The only info I got was that it’s probably parts of a Honda machine. Besides, it’s probably Metzeler tires, Perfect Me 77 or something. Then there’s 4.00-18,64.H (can that be?) Well, I don’t think the tires in themselves have anything to do with it anymore. would give (except maybe to the broken drift or so ), but the whole about it maybe yes. Would be very happy about some answers and would like to even, if I would already find a customer here (contact could be clarified by email and so ) mfg Caner

  • Planned acquisition of CBF600SA

Hello. I’ve been looking around the bicycle market for a long time and looking for a lot and comparing I came to the CBF600. Is basically exactly what I imagined: tours suitable, more than 50ps, half-covering, ABS and what is most important: it seems to be affordable. I thought of a used from 2004-2006 with up to 20,000 km on the clock. Should be to get for 3k€. How about tachomanipulation on the device? Is there any possibility of a manipulation What do I have to pay attention to when buying? Would be quite grateful for a few tips on the subject. Will my first own mopped and I am rather inexperienced. Further the time of buying, the season for this year is over anyway. But in winter the prices of the needed should be the most bearable. Does anyone have any experience about this? Thx Vorab.

  • Final examination Professional driver

Moin colleagues, would like to introduce me briefly: I am 32 years old, drive trucks since 2005 and currently take a preparatory course for the external test to the professional driver, which lasts a total of 4 months. Now my question, what does the test (predominantly the practical) bring to me?I mean, driving and shunting is clear, but would like to know how the exact procedure is or what the practical part still contains. Because my instructors… well, I can’t get really useful answers… MFG

  • Biomass transport, which supports sit suitable for this purpose.

we might want to get into the biomass transport now and therefore I wanted to ask which trailers or structures are used for it. I assume that the whole thing is transported with saddle trains. maybe you could also set up photos of such vehicles to the left.

  • Experience with Axor 1843

we had the last week a test szm from mercedes. (Axor 1843) the part was a eurotec 5 and I was really surprised by the consumption. also the pull-through of the engine was good and the obowhl was only a normal 8-speed transmission installed, which would not be really in question for us anyway. the cab with the bed and without high roof is also not bad you would have to take just a few extras to it. but the very small axor driver’s house is probably a joke since we actually for 10 years I wanted to ask you what you think of the vehicle and what experiences you have done with it. so I thank you already in advance.

  • Exhaust for MX-5 NA

My MX-5 year 91 needed a new exhaust at 165,000. The price for a standard exhaust was in the contract workshop inclusive installation beyond 400 €, in the free workshop still almost 400 €. A demand at A.T.U. showed that there the exhaust for a MX-5 NA costs only 174 €. I ordered immediately and was not surprised when I picked up my spare part a few days later: It was a sports exhaust of the company Bosal, which not only by a decent lee is distinguished (which one should assume), but also by a “geilen sound”. Incidentally, the installation did not cost the world, because it lasted only half an hour and went completely smoothly. Maybe this tip helps other MX drivers to save a little money.
