  • Belt disc wobbly

    Hello, I have a huge problem, with my Suzuki alto Bj 96 (type EF) the belt disc wobbles. So the disc that drives the teeth and wedge belts and sits on the camshaft. The car drows very nicely therefore, and am now thinking what is necessary for a reperatur. So the belt disc does not rotate in the clockwise sense no mm (then the motor would probably not run anymore) only wiggle back and forth about 1mm and in and out 1mm. had already someone such a problem? I still make a picture today and then put it online. do you think that it is a storage damage? or often simply rhyme disk exchange ready? well have in sight even little time (diploma work) and have not come to nehemish it yet. should someone manyicht but pictures to build up the Altomotor (so especially camshaft belt drive) I would also be very grateful.     hallöchen honda freaks!I’ve been driving honda for 5 years now, so since I got my license. and that the engine has no power when the “sharp nock” goes on I’ve never had before.So when the engine is speeding up at 5400 rpm the v-tec turns on, but suddenly also loses power.So I can hear how the v-tech switches but notice very clearly that the car gets slower instead of faster.he doesn’t want to somehow. ut, but everything was in order.The valves are complete, the piston rings are also ok.have all seals made again.new ignition plugs.was already with honda, but they have not found anything unusual during the diagnosis test.Züdung correct, exhaust values also and the control unit does not flash either.Then I tested the petrol pressure regulator, was also ok with the gasoline release (250ml in 10 sec).have also changed the main railay for the fuel supply (left below under the cockpit).I know simply no more!Can anyone help me?

  • Experience with Digi-Tec

    Hello all, I had my 1.8T chipped at Digi-Tec half a year ago. Now I have to change the clutch (including the automatic machine, flywheel etc.) for 1000 EUR and the gearbox (price = ?). The car has now run 60,000. Since I was given the reason for the increase in performance by the workshop, I turned to Digi-Tec. By the way, I did not have a guarantee. I was told quite clearly that they gave me a warranty on gears etc., but that was w ohl not so. I should have bought a guarantee for 100 EUR – but nothing was told to me. Anyway, I was told that one would look at the thing and take care of it. That was two weeks ago. They wanted all the information and got it too. The invoice of the repaired clutch, information from the workshop etc. It sounded like they really wanted to help me. Now that they have all the information (for their studies) comes a three-liner as em That’s not supposed to be a contribution that Digi-Tec is bad! I just wanted to say how it happened to me. With me they pressed themselves before the guarantee, made themselves on kulant, collected my information nicely and then gave the rejection. I had telephoned yesterday with the managing director and today – with the same facts – comes the rejection e-mail. I waited for calls back in vain. Well, now I can’t pay anything. I’m standing here with a car damage of what I know how much. If you want to have your car chipped, ask SKN. Maybe they’re different when 15,000 km after their tuning gets a little broken. I’m richer now. But it cost me a lot of money. Disappointing! Just as a review. Again: This report is not against Digi-Tec. But make sure that you don’t get the same thing as me!
