  • Stability of modern Volvos in snow/ice

    Hello together I haven’t posted in this forum for a very long time, now I’m here again and this with a special question! It concerns the model S60 (MJ 2004, 2.0T) but should apply to every modern Volvo, so I post in the general forum. We had in the last weeks and months again such real winter weather, and this was for me the first real winter since I have a Volvo, so here is the experience: When I was on a medium snowy St I quickly realized that I started to understeer strongly, even though I hit correctly, I slipped against the outer edge of the curve towards the outside. I was at that moment still max. 25- 30 kmh fast. Then I tried to stabilize the course of the FZG through even stronger steering movement towards the inside of the curve; at that moment the tail broke out after the curve edge and I stopped like this. I was only I was shocked because I was driving very slowly first, and 2. I didn’t expect this reaction (breakout of the rear). Somehow it seems to me that this happened only because of the intervention of the DSTC, because I heard/heard the brake intervention when the steering angle was not the same as the vehicle course.   • Computer at the end.. and me too..

    Hello guys. I have a problem with my computer and I don’t know how to help myself anymore. It’s very quickly overloaded and just mucking around.   • Landrover Discover Sport exhaust filter full

    Good morning, last year we bought a new Discover Sport 2.0 liter 4-cylinder ingenium turbodiesel with 150 hp (automatic gearbox) (4WD) and are mostly very satisfied with the vehicle. The car now has a little over 18k KM down and reported to me today that the exhaust filter is full and I have to contact my dealer. The red warning triangle lights up and the engine light is on, the car can now only drive with reduced power.
