Highly rusting brake discs after only 1/2 day service life
Hello. And one more little worry: I observe at my V40 CC Bj. 08/13 more and more that the brake discs in the current season are affected by flying rust already after very short staidness! When I then start the brake lining rubs away quite loudly the rust. At the HA is already about 2mm covering of the disc away. At the front also about 2mm. Short to add: for two weeks rain and no salt, car has just 18.000 km away. What do the coverings look like after 20,000km, covering completely away? ? Thanks for imaginative answers! P.S.: Can bad steel be the cause?????

Opel Astra H Twin Top 1.8, no access with electronic key for vehicle detection.
My two electonic keys do not get access to vehicle detection and thus to start. In the left armature only one symbol is shown (opened lock), no further reaction. A readout of the error memory or a reprogramming of the key with the code is thus not possible. Batteries in the keys are new. Doors and trunk lids open and close no problem. All fuses and plug connections are pumped –> all i.o. main battery is new. Me ine Opel workshop has not yet located the error. Who has already had a similar experience and can help me here. CAN bus drive – data like speed, speed, oil temperature
Hello, I have the CAN-bus “drive” in the Audi Q3 in the sky above the reading lights, this runs between the control unit for the main-beam assistant (J844) and the diagnostic interface for the data bus (J533). I would like to know if I come to the said bus (“drive” to all the essential information that allows a live recording of the driving mode (speed, speed, oil temperature, charging pressure, etc.). Background: I would like to install a “black box” , which records the mentioned data in order to prove, if necessary, an improper handling of the engine (full gas with cold engine, etc.). However, the boxes/plugs available for this purpose are usually connected to the CAN bus “Diagnose” (i.e. the OBD2 interface), but there such a “Black Box” is anything but hidden and is immediately removed in the workshop, since the interface is needed for its own purposes. In the roof such a box would not be noticeable and could record the data independently of the use of the OBD2 interface. In this case: CAN bus lines can be turned off with short (!) tap lines (of course still twisted) (T-shaped), or?A legal instruction about “black boxes” is not required. Let’s assume that everyone is pointed out when handing over keys (if necessary acknowledged by signature) and several corresponding hint stickers exist.

Hello, does anyone know a plastic care product for outside that leaves not ugly stripes on the plastic? I am currently using the matte plastic cleaner from A1 and always have ugly stripes and traces on the plastic. And this with quite new plastic parts!!Thank you for your help.

Experience with the Tornado Gun
Hello, I’m considering purchasing the above-mentioned Tornado Gun and now I have some questions: Leather seats should not be processed with it – I suppose artificial leather seats -door coverings -roof sky…. should also not be cleaned. The Tornado Gun is unfortunately only suitable for textiles. How does the device work? is the cleaner and also the dissolved dirt removed from the gun? Do often have to be emptied/cleaned any containers? Are there any problems if I have the Mo torraum clean and after me someone wants to clean the bright sky with the same device e.g.? That’s quite a question, but if someone could call me a manufacturer that I can ask with my questions – would be very helpful to me. Thank you already.

How do you wash your MFT’s and the MF-shoe???
maybe the question is superfluous but I’ll put it anyway, somewhere in the contributions the topic has already been briefly touched on but I don’t find it anymore … so I tried out the mfwash glove and the mf cloths today and I’m thrilled. although I only sealed the discs but already brought 3 mtfs and 1 glove sucked in now the question arises for me like wash it best, by hand or machine, with softwasher or without, only what Chmittel or only water, 30 or 40 degrees etc.?? on the packaging is unfortunately nothing on it. how do you do the ?? can remind me that was said all together in a machine and finished, but how exactly, this is the question here!!!!!!! because have no desire to fuck up all the fibers by a small mistake.

Lodgy on the hook, ignition lock defective
Hello dear lovers, here’s something to smile at for all Dacia drivers: My wife’s Dacia was allowed to hockepack into the workshop today. The ignition lock doesn’t turn anymore. After 3000 km! The key and the spare key can’t both turn the lock with wobbles and shakes. And that with, of course, locked steering wheel lock. My wife called yesterday: “no longer works”. An acquaintance also tried it on site, so that I could be excluded from the steering wheel lock. with the children I was also allowed to try it… yes: no, it is not the steering wheel lock, that only “presses against”! So today call to Dacia Germany, who sent the first tow truck. He pulled off again, because he did not get the car out there. Despite precise explanation how and where the car stands, and the steering wheel lock was locked in.
