  • Inazuma: Gas runs after – false air?

    Hello together, my GSX 750 AE (Inazuma) got out of hibernation. Now at the first exit I noticed that the gas is running: From about 3000/4000upm, when I take away gas to switch and pull the clutch, the engine turns again clearly high (ca +500-1000upm) as if I were still hanging on the gas. Below 3000upm the problem is noticeably less pronounced. It gets a little better when I turn on the stationary gas controller. Then it goes to me because of too low standing gas all of this Since I want to change the spark plugs shortly anyway and then have to lower the tank, I wanted to try to tackle the problem promptly, namely: tank off, “emergency tank” and run, then with brake cleaner try to find the wrong air place. Does anyone have a better proposal or even thinks that it is not a false air problem? Or a tip, where exactly I should look for false air problems / cracks? I am grateful for every advice!     Hello, I’m new here and here’s my problem, maybe someone knows advice: We rented a Womo for the first time. This was completely messed up and dented at the handover all around, the bumps and scratches were also in the handover log, so far no problem, we thought. When the Womos was returned, the landlord assumed that we had done a damage that was not on the handover log – as I said, there were a lot of damage on it and this one We simply missed. Luckily we took a photo with our son in front of the Womo before the departure, on which you can also see the damage very well (now in retrospect, because we know that there is a bump!). In the digital photo details you can also see the date and time of the recording. The landlord now claims that this has no proof, only the handover and return logs are relevant. Do we have any chance to get our deposit back? I think I’ll go to the lawyer on Monday, but I wanted to listen to what I should be paying attention to or what else I could do.   • SL 600 motor Vibrations and power loss as soon as the engine is warm.

    With my SL 600 some time ago the problem arose that the right cylinder bench did not go along with the cold start. Run after a few minutes and a subsequent at least about 20 minutes break the problem had disappeared and the engine ran round the whole rest of the day. In the last weeks the problem got worse and the engine ran round again and again. After it had just gone out twice at the traffic light the workshop advised me to change the right ignition coil. A lso I bought a new original ignition coil from Mercedes and had it installed including new spark plugs. The engine ran exactly 2 days great. After that the problem occurred again however this time at the left cylinder bench. Once again visit in the workshop, led to a new engine control unit being installed. Now the car runs well in cold condition, but as soon as the engine is a little warm it starts to run round, the vibrations go into the steering wheel and it still has I’d like to buy an OBD device for myself. Which is the best one for the SL 600?

    Hello So far I had my Sl only pro rata with 45 % in the business my tax advisor thinks that this is no longer possible and that either travel book or 1 % regulation must be set, but the 1 % regulation looks really bad!! Have calculated something and hope that it is not true ! List price 2013 115.000 Euro Gross purchase price 2018 45000 Euro Gross VAT 7184,87 will be refunded thus in 6 years the sum 27226,89 net tax asserted but 1 % of the Gross new price for private share tax calculated .. that is 82800 €!!! and when selling after 6 years the revenue is then also to be fully taxed .. say 20000 € makes a tax charge of 102800 € compared to a relief of 27226,89 € so about 75000 € .. makes at 42 % 31500 € !! only the difference of the VAT can still be reckoned against ,with about 3250 € meaning .. with the 1 % regulation the car costs me purely fiscally 28000 € ! meh r, as if I did not get it tax at all that also does not change significantly when I take the operating costs .. at 10000 Km about 15000 € into the invoice So I must necessarily keep a travel book .. The double pipe exhaust system, runs parallel under the vehicle floor, sunk in the cardan shaft tunnel, left / right separated. A knock against the right, small coat resulted from the catalyst, which probably In the meantime, inside the ceramic element has been removed from its attachment, which explains the shearing from the vehicle underfloor. The workshop estimated for the replacement of the right catalyst with wage approx. 1,200.- Euro. Is there possibly a cheaper solution to fix the loose ceramic part in the small pot again?   • Problems Peugeot Boxer 230L 2001

    Servus together, we bought a used Peugeot Boxer 230L from 2001 on the weekend. Gradually we noticed a few defects and I don’t really know what to do. On the one hand, the sliding door can only be opened from the inside. The previous owner said that the door handle was changed and since that is so. Does someone have a starting point? Furthermore, the control light for the coolant stand is sporadically lit. Unfortunately, it can be found in the operating line. I’m not sure which coolant needs to be filled up here. Does anyone know which one is needed? Then the vehicle got a new rib belt three months ago, which is now squeaking regularly at the start. Especially at the cold start. Unfortunately, the blower does not work either. There is a maximum of a lukewarm air out, no matter which stage you set. I will take the vehicle to a workshop to check all this out, but I would be happy to have it checked out, of course. he any point that I could possibly clarify in advance. But must say that I am not really gifted technically and handcrafted ??. Would be very grateful about any advice and any help!

  • Non-localizable cooling water loss Peugeot Boxer 250

    Hello Forum members, after our workshop is hard to find, the considerable cooling center loss of our Peugeot Boxer (2.2 HDI 150ps, year 2012…130000km ATM) I hope to find someone here who might have more plan or at least more ideas. Short history: We have found an increased coolant loss with our transporter and then I ordered a print-set (China scrap) and thus pressed off (engine cold). A leak and pressure drop were nic After it was not better, of course, we brought the vehicle into a free workshop, with the hope of repair or solution. Well, first information was that a low CO2 share in the cooling water was to be proven and we were advised to exchange the ZKD. We agreed to this along with additional work. Said (additional) works were: * ZK for X-ray and scheduled grinding skillfully * motor coolers exchanged * climate condensator exchanged * thermostat exchanged * Zig gaskets etc. Total cost incl. work: 4.500 .-€ vehicle is now back and see there…significant cooling water loss still exists! By considerably I mean (a whole balance tank) on 80Km distance. Engine temperature remains at 90° and no smoke (except shortly after cold start). Now I have with said China pressure pressure again (1.3 bar) this time 15 minutes after the engine has reached operating temperature. -> Look there… pressure drops after about 20 minutes around c a. 0,2 bar off. -> Now open the pressure valve and the water will not come back again (printing process started at MAX marking and the water disappeared in the cooling system after I took the pressure out again it only came back to the MIN marking) -> Still no leakage visible…. What was definitely wrong after that is the following: After the print-off process including pressure loss I did a short test drive and had to find out that it was extremely good at first. It seemed to me that the coolant had somehow landed in the exhaust track. Now the good DIng is back in the workshop and the “master” only shakes his head. Therefore I would be grateful for any IDee or solution proposal. I could have had the complete engine repaired at Rudi for the money. Sorry for the long text!
