Moin, I’ve been the lucky owner of a V70 T5 for a few days (1997). So far so good, however, I have strange phenomena on the clutch. When you push the clutch through, there are sometimes violent reactions: it makes KLONK in the front of the engine room and the whole car shakes. That sounds rather strange and also feels rather creepy. Strangely enough, that’s not always the case. Most of the time is all right. The car can be switched well (except for the The dealer said that the whole clutch has just come anew. Maybe there’s some idea what this could be? I hope it’s nothing dramatic, otherwise the car is super and with 173 TKM it hasn’t even entered properly. I just want to avoid some very expensive consequential damage, because that’s definitely not normal. It almost feels like P.S.: Maybe two-mass swing wheel? Does the first V70 have one at all? Sorry, I’m not really fit in Volvos technology yet.

Oil pressure problems with a 850
Moin municipality…. My moose makes me worry…. And that’s what I put in an oil pressure manometer there. When I start the car, it has an oil pressure of about 4 bar. However, after about 5 km drive that drops to completely 0 bar. Did I recently make an oil change with 15W 40 oil. Did any of you have this before? Is this a defective oil pump or still a storage damage? I depend on the car and have to drive further distances, and without oil pressure I don’t come there w The Volvo has about 308tsd km down…. Thanks for your help far

Blow off + detonation
Hi, I just saw a golf 3, this one probably had a blow off valve built in, because he had this hissic noise when switching as you know it from 2 almost 2 furoius. In addition, there was a popping out of the exhaust when rolling (eventuel misignition) just sounded great, would like to know if it is possible to install a blow off into a lupo, because I found only blow off for turbo ́s on the Internet and not for vacuum cleaners. Also I would like to know how to put this constant bang into a lupo. noise while rolling can be achieved. MFG

Sl 55 Amg (r230)
Hello guys, I’m thinking about buying a used SL 55 or SL 600. However, prefer the SL 55 because of better weight distribution and “integrated” AMG styling. However, I have a few questions: 1. Did the AMG models have harder suspension adjustment (ABC chassis). 1.1 Is this due to mechanical or electronic changes to standard ABC chassis? 1.2 Can it be changed to standard with relatively low effort/cost? 2. Since I would drive a lot of long distance driving, Which of the two engines is 3.1 Reliable 3.2 Durable (in terms of mileage – cca. 60tkm / year) Thanks for all (sensuous) answers in advance. Greetings, Martin

SL 55 – Where to tune?
Hey people, will be proud owner of his SL 55 AMG on Wednesday. I’m happy about it and I’m also very happy with the car (at least what I’ve experienced in the test drive). Nevertheless, I’d like to change a few things. So first I’d like to have wing doors installed. After a short research I came across http://www.sw-exclusive.de/. Otherwise I think that also offers http://www.rieger-tuning.de/. 3-4k to move, far more expensive than with nem Golf :< Hehe...other providers? Furthermore, I would like to have a few boxes installed, does jmd know a good company? I only know of 2 pieces nearby here, was not yet there, but they do rather smaller things, don't know if they have experience with the car. The rest is otherwise ok, I don't find the AMG rims soo intoxicating now, but I will probably wait with that. Thanks already!

Volvo XC60 – Autopanne – Timing belts
Hello Community, I stayed on the weekend with my Volvo XC60. The following seems to be the problem: The ADAC Master pulled a piece of plastic belt out of the timing belt box, which is not of the timing belt. According to his statement, the timing belt is still moving, but the engine no longer jumps. I had the last timing belt change carried out in May/June 2016 at a mileage of 355 TKM; current mileage is 375 TKM. Can tell me jmd. What kind of plastic part this is and why the engine may not start. Greetings Daniel

XC60 Diesel – Which engine
We are interested in an XC60 Diesel, Bauj. 2015-2016. Use profile: 2x20km daily for work and a lot of long distance with dog trailer. Topspeed doesn’t matter. Skin thing Automatic converters. Which engine is recommended? 163, 190, 220ps? I’m a little confused. I’ve only driven an “old” XC90 with the 200hp 5-cylinder. He’s already excited… Your opinion?

Ceramic Keramic brake pads in V60 CC MJ 2016 which type
Hello, with my “new” I would like to switch to Ceramic brake pads so that the rims do not pollute so. The car is 1 year old, the friendly does not want to do it, because allegedly because of warranty etc. he is not allowed to do it. Have looked around us want to have it done at the brake service e.g. tire-wagner. Do you have experiences and recommendations? What with unfortunately is absolutely unclear, which parts I need e.g. from ATE, there are two different types for VA and HA. a) Vorderach 1) Discs with 300 mm 2) Discs with 316 or 336 mm b) Rear axle 1) with electric parking brake (which I have) but then should be installed inside ventilated disks – but are made of solid material 2) Fixed disks. My vehicle: V 60 Cross Country EZ 10/2015 Model year 2016 HSN: 9101 TSN: BCC 00005 Ident-Nr.: YV1FZA5C6G1010237 Thanks for your help…

New and some ask.
Hello together, since I can count myself since May this year also to the Volvo, I would like to say a short hello and also ask some questions which I could not find in the SuFu. My gold piece: Volvo S80 II Built. 2009 2.4 D5 Automat 136tkm My questions: it starts already with the automatic. Can you have the circuit diagram adjusted? I mean the automatic is too fast to switch off. If I want to switch off the engine and get off I always have to press the door opener 2 times there with the door opens, or I have to press the button of the central lock first to open the door at the first act of the door opener. Is this normal ? Can you change it? The car has BiXenon with cornering light. Lt BC you can adjust the times of the lighting but if I open the car with the FB or close nothing is possible. Can you set the “coming Home/ Leaving Home” function? Now at the cold season I notice that the heating is not exactly above Have others also made this experience or is something not as it should be with Menem Auto? is there the possibility to retrofit a hands-free device without large conversions? How can I see how long it is until the next service? Can you tell me how much your S80 consumes on average? So that should be enough to ask. Thank you very much in advance for your answers Fleets Greeting.

Volvo S60 R/T5 Purchase advice
Good evening, dear members, after my little loyal companion is now sold, a new one, in the form of an S60, is to optionally also V70 with one of the above motorizations. I am more concerned about a technically – well, also optically largely – flawless vehicle, the body shape is secondary. First, it is to be an R (300 hp) or a T5 Facelift (260 hp) because I want to have only the 6-speed manual transmission! But there are still a few questions left: 1. Is one of the Is there a more stable engine? (R…thin cylinder walls?, thermal problems?) 2. Is an increase in performance – if necessary – even at more than 100,000km still to be represented? …to this end I already telephoned HEICO, where I was told that this would then be carefully examined before installation. Did the gentleman…not sound very competent to sell on bending and breaking. 3. Is the difference between the serial R and the higher performance of HEICO very clear? 4. Is a le Is there any difference between S60 and V70 in the performance and dynamics of the same engine? 6. How are your consumption values with the respective vehicles? I calculate 12l on average… I have previously driven three Volvos: – V40 I 2.0T (own car) – 850 T5 Autom. (sampling years ago) – V70R GeHEICOt with 338 HP (sampling) This vehicle wool I would like to take a look at:http://suchen.mobile.de/…/169639553.html?… Does anyone know the vehicle and can say something about it? Thank you very much in advance, for the – hopefully – great response!
