  • Idles possible to clean?

Hello, after my problem with the cooling water indicator, the hanging / high speed is still left in the stand. Sinks only sporadically and then the motor runs a bit unevenly to approx. 900 rpm. So far I have changed throttle flap poti, coolant sensor, thermostat and LMM. Almost all plugs cleaned (to the lamda probe, cooling sensor on the thermostat housing, to the DK-Poti, to the LL-switch motor) My question: Before I replace the LL-switch, the possibly can be cleaned, there is something there. Mechanical? When reading in the subjects of unround motor running, it was also mentioned that the round “dose” should not clap right next to the LL position if you knock on the lid? Is this statement correct? Drive the Essi MK 7 with 1.4l and 75 hp as a convertible.

  • Where to order???

Hi guys, this year (for autumn) I will order an A3. The problem is, however, where???? Where did you order your cars. I tend to D&W because of EU that are cheaper. What is surprising, however, that I have to pick up my car in Ingolstadt????? EU??? Did you order EU or directly from Audi??? Thank you in advance.

  • Escort tell-tale Question

Hello. I noticed that when I turn on the ignition on my Escort, the indicator light for the airbag and the oil control light will not light up! With me only the indicator light for the battery and for ABS will light up. (going out later) My Escort is year 97. So my grandmother also drives an Escort and with it lights up again the indicator lights for Airbag, ABS, battery and ÖL. (going out later) She has a year 98. Is this dependent on the year of construction or is correct what with my oil and the airbag not? I also checked the oil but the oil is optimal at maximum! As far as I know these indicator lights must light up every time or not? In advance thank you for your answers ! Lg, Dennis Edit: Oh just the oil indicator light has lit up with me and that permanently until I started the car it went out. Dan I made my escort again on ignition and now the oil indicator light lights up again. again no more! oô I’m a little confused!

  • 2.2 D4D Motor 2AD FHV vs. 2AD FTV – Differences!?!?

Hello libe Community:-) Have a question to the Toyota specialists. I myself drive a Toyota Rav 4 2.2 D4D with 150 hp from the year 2011 (2AD FHV??) I would be interested in what differences the two above-mentioned engine variants have? That the engines have problems with the cylinder head seal or the cylinder head you can read enough, but why these problems occur is unknown, isn’t it? To what extent have improvements been made to the engine (cylinder) inderkopf / Gedicht ect.) ? Which is newer and “matured”? Would I be happy about a corresponding discussion:-) That’s the way to the beginning:https://translate.google.rs/translate?… Thanks Greetings

  • How good are the winter riding characteristics of the RAV4?

Hi, I’ve been reading with you in the Toyota Forum for a few weeks, as I’m interested in buying a RAV4. I’ve learned something worth knowing from many of your contributions. At this point, thank you very much to you! What I don’t know is the winter riding characteristics of the RAV4. How are your experiences with ice and snow or even in the light terrain (mash, wet meadow, slippery ground, steep slope, gravel etc.)? What does the four-wheeler really do? I am happy about your personal impressions as well as about the corresponding links to this topic (films, driving reports, comparison tests etc.). In advance already many thanks!

  • General questions about CT and Lexus at all

Good evening, at the moment I drive a 2008 Honda Civic FK3. A vehicle that hides the one or the other in itself which is annoying, but all in all a round concept with acceptable consumption for its performance. Now I have seen the new CT 200h and fell in love. Brochure (the thick) I already got worried. However, I have one or the other question, apart from the fact that I want to drive the Civic at least 2 – 3 years. (…) Lexus is no premium brand. Is that the cost of maintenance? So insurance and tax? What would the CT200h actually have to be tax-free? Besides, I ask myself what it looks like with the normal workshop prices? So for oil changes and inspections. Since I drive at least 30,000 km a year, the cost-effectiveness question also arises. From the stated consumption the Lexus would be far superior to my Honda, which I do not get under 5.7 liters of diesel. Has anyone bought the CT? How is d he satisfaction? What about the Lexus dealers (Toyota), is the premium claim also synonymous with the discount, house price, etc. Foreign words? I ask for numerous, if possible objectively usable information. Thank you.

  • 16V contra 2.3E

Hello! As some already know I play with the idea of selling my Audi. Then it should probably be another 16V (type 89). Had 16V Quattro BJ90 before my B4. And I have to say I actually see only advantages over the 2.3. The 16V consumes on average despite the same weight (1270Kg). Pulls clearly or noticeably better (data according to Audi at 16V 0-100 9.1s and 2.3 9.7s) – although the extra power of 4PS is actually low. The disadvantages are the extreme Ö l consumption (1l/1000km) and in the lower speed range even less throughput. Ok..the sound of the 5Cyl is much better From the mileage the 16V should run just as well as the 5Cyl (so told me an employee of a VAG car dealership) Do you already have any experience with the two motors commute? Bzw what advantages and disadvantages do you see?

  • Need car sharing or buy used cars to learn to drive?

Hello Together I am in the situation that I make the driver’s license, but my parents can not drive and also find otherwise only difficult companion drivers. However, I know 2 people who like to take time with me to drive, but do not have their own car, but only use car sharing offers. (Lebe in Switzerland) And I have now once used a car sharing offer to drive privately, but it still costs “a lot”. Per hour about 2.5 Euro and per kilometer 50 cent. If you drive for 2 hours fast times at over 50 Euros. (at an average of 50 kmh). It is not suitable for long distance. Besides it still has subscription costs of about 50 Euros for 6 months and still a deductible reduction etc. Now I have considered whether it makes perhaps more sense to buy a cheap used car (under 3000 Euros) and to drive with it. Basically everything is calculable up to now: from about 6000 kilometers it is worth it. Of course, you need I would like to drive a sporadic car and then it makes sense to pay for my own car now instead of giving it to the car-sharing provider. My biggest “fear” and also the most incalculable factor are the repairs that could occur. I have now considered Honda Civics from about 2007/2008, which would have to have at this price with 100k – 150k km. If they come fresh from the TÜV u Since I’m a car newbie, I’d also have an occasion test before I buy it. What are average repair costs per year for such a car? My fear is that it has a total damage after half a year, and I don’t have a car and no money anymore. I like Honda Civics optically, and also regarding the robustness and d I have heard a lot of good maintenance sleeves. Are there other models in this price range that would be recommended in terms of longevity?

  • Company car offer – your opinion

Hello dear forum community, I have already read a lot here of course, but would like to describe my personal situation again and just listen to your opinion. My employer has made me an offer for a company car. Specifications: Leasing rate around 400 €, no brand limit, 15,000 km p.a., 48 months distance Workplace: 8 km Private per month : approx.250 km The total vehicle costs are taken over by the AG. I therefore have the monetary value advantage of the vehicle (1% BLP) p Instead of the company car, I would not get a salary increase, at least we have not negotiated about it. I am currently driving an Audi A4 B5 year 1999, as soon as I am young I would like to have a safe and, above all, larger vehicle. I have had an offer for a mid-range combination created by Audi, Mercedes and BMW. The BLP is approx. 62,000 € for all and the leasing rate approx. 430 €. I could also have taken a Skoda but I am willing to tax the 200 € (estimated BLP 42,000 €) more per month. Current gross salary 52,800 € + profit share So per month 4,400 € without variable components. According to the company car calculator, the Diesntwagen 401,93 € net would cost me, I think I should accept this and will probably not be able to maintain a cheaper vehicle privately? Do you see this similar or do you have a few tips? Thank you for your help!
