  • Four-seater convertible, possibly Saab 900 II se?

Hello dear forum community my Boxster 986 is now history – my wife with disc incidents got problems with the tight chassis and I also did not like getting in and out as easily as 6 years ago. Nevertheless, we would hate to do without a convertible in the summer and look around without obligation. Our search criteria: The car will be a pure fun car with an expected driving line of max. 4000 km a year. From therefore only gasoline and consumption up to 12.13 l are ok. Comfort and cruises are in the foreground during the ride, but a high engine performance is not an exclusion criterion. Price frame should be below 4000,- €, I am looking for in the area Saarland and adjacent Rhineland-Palatinate. On the 4-seater we came primarily because of the comfort, so also a 2-seater or a 2+2 seater is no K.O.-criterium Technically I am rather untalented and no screwdriver, however in the acquaintance circle have several KFz masters and the operator a rental workshop. Someone will also help me with the assessment. We have already thought about a Saab 900 convertible, Audi 80 or A4, BMW E36 or E46, for example. I am happy about further suggestions or warnings about certain models, hints on related well-founded purchase advice and advisable additions to my search criteria. L.G. Bobby Current reason to deal with the topic is also this car:http://search.mobil. e.de/…/details.html?…

  • Accident with an open question of guilt

Hello, I wanted to look for something under the front seat in my car and did it through the back door. So the back door was open. After about 30s it popped loud behind me and actually someone drove against the door. I reported damage sofrt my insurance and with the opposing insurance. Since I can not wait forever for a regulation, who is to blame, my insurance advised me first to take my own comprehensive. If the Perosn to 100 Of course, I will not be classified differently, but what is the procedure, who decides who is responsible for how much? Is my insurance automatically trying to collect the money for the damage from the opponent? Thank you

  • Contributions liability 105 Euro for 1 week !

The following case: had my car insured with the Asstel for years. This insurance was dissolved, as taken over by the Gotha insurance. I changed my vehicle in July, and the new one insured unnecessarily with the Gothear. However, since the insurance fee was far too expensive for me, I resigned shortly, and my vehicle now registered with Bavaria Direkt. Now the day before yesterday from the Gothaer a bill about liability of 18.7.-25.7. without details of insurance. In addition, I drive a Renault Megane 1.2, and no Ferrari or the like. Something is not right, had reckoned with 20-30 Euro. How do you see this?

  • Giant annoyance after a car breakdown

Good morning together, I stayed yesterday with my girlfriend’s car. Under the car about 2 liters of engine oil poured, probably the oil drain screw was not properly tightened… My real problem: my girlfriend is R+V insured and has the corresponding protective letter. The towing also worked wonderfully. The huge annoyance began, when in the 30km radius no car rental agency had opened. 40km would be the next Sixt emergency service away. Taxi costs would be The emergency service would take about half an hour. On arrival the disillusionment: no emergency service available. After 2 more calls with the insurance and 2.5 hours waiting time then the super message: today no emergency service comes, we would have to go to the nearest airport…. The whole action then pulled itself from 3-8 o’clock, +2 hours return journey home. My question to you: I would get away from the insurance company. If I had handled all this directly through my ADAC Plus membership, I would probably have had a replacement car at 5 o’clock.

  • Hail damage

Hello guys, I have a problem. On May 21st, 2009 I got into a hail with my passat, paint rack over the whole vehicle, but without these typical bumps in the sheet metal. The expert of the insurance now asserts that this would be rockfall. I can’t imagine that I am the only one who has ever suffered such hail damage. I would be happy if someone would report, have experience with it or have such damage. Greetings Holger

  • Emergency assistance via the app?

Servus, I’ll kill you with a little text… I’d go to Italy with my 3 boys in tow for a week in September. Although my passat has proven to be good in recent years, I’ve never expected him to take such a long distance and I’m a bit afraid that he could strike me on the road. Unfortunately, since I don’t speak a word of Italian this would be quite unfavorable if I’m standing somewhere in the Pampa and I don’t even understand myself. Now to my actual question: I stumbled on the Internet via Jimdrive, which should help me in case of the case. What I found particularly interesting was that this should probably also work via the app. I am one of the people who like to make calls anyway and should I also be stressed out because my car would not make things easier. If one of you already had experiences with breakdown help via the ap p? Does this work? Can this work at all? Or is this humbug? Thank you for your answers, Alex

  • Mini-Hayabusa – allowed in Germany?

Hello, I’ve been a mini fan for a long time. Recently I browsed around in Youtube.de. Found there a great post from “auto motor & sport”, the topic “mini-hayabusa” was dealt with. Some guy has a Hayabusa motorcycle engine installed in a Mini 1300. Hot device I thought I would buy that now too. But when I let through all the comments I saw a post in the state that such a vehicle in Germany is not allowed. Is that really true? Are there any problems? with the TÜV? Or can I buy a car with Hayabusamotor gently? Video: http://en.youtube.com/watch?v=kvqoA8wyu3w Greetings from the mini fan

Hello, I bought an A2. Pick up the car next week. I would like to exchange the Radio Chorus (picture) for the Radio Concert 2. Found a concert where the blind fits. (so not from the A4 o.ä.) Since I am technically not so fit, I need your help: Can I just switch the radio like that? Must something be programmed in the workshop or cable installed? Do I have to disconnect the battery for the exchange? Did not find any concrete statements in the search. Would be nice, w someone can give me an info!

  • Approval documents for a scooter IVA JL50QT-2

Hello together, I have received a scooter from an acquaintance for my 15-gen son. Unfortunately it turns out that it is only a 25 km/h scooter. Now I want to open this at our village workshop at 50 km/h. KfZ Meister has already agreed with TÜV that it is no problem if a new CDI is installed, but it requires papers from the same scooter that is already registered as 45 km/h to extract some data (gas values etc.). I have been uploaded in the appendix. Does anyone here in the group have an idea where I can get these documents, or does one of them have such a scooter and can provide me with a copy of the admission? Thank you in advance. Greeting S.Selich
