    Moin people. I hit a guardrail last week with my Mazda 323f bj (Bauj. 2002). At first I thought that nothing happened, because the impact was almost not felt. When I got out, I saw that a headlight was scratched, the bumper was pressed in about 1cm under the bonnet and the bumper was scratched. (at the guardrail there was no damage) Now I was in a workshop and the damage amounts to about 21 00€. Hardly imaginable. I thought a new headlight and the bumper is directed and good. Well, the big problem with this story is that according to DAT my car is about 220€ worth or was before the accident. Now I just hope that it is not a total damage! How do I have to behave now, or how should I regulate the damage? Do I have a 10-year-old car repaired? Do I calculate after cost estimate and try to get the car back in fire again at low cost? in case of a total damage I will only get a minimum amount (with the car) or? Well, it depends on the residual value. But since the car is only a little whipped up in the front, it will certainly not be so small… And the calculation of the replacement value- residual value = sum Or? Greetings Akkmann

  • Accident with a stranger’s car!

    Hello dear forum members, yesterday had a small accident with a car from a buddy. Briefly to the situation: wanted to drive by car from my buddy from his home short to me, because my car was parked, took the key and am gone. So far so well, the way home leads me over a short piece of highway. I turned off from the highway and at a junction left, through the wet road and a little too much at the gas came to me the rear and could not more capture and then stood by 180° in the field, nothing happened to me because of the low speed and on the car externally as far as you can judge only the bumper side off and the rear insert went down on the exhaust, as well as a few scratches on the side skirt. I had parked the car, right in front of the house. A child parked his bike next to it, which fell down and caused me a big scratch in the driver’s door. the mother was also there and I called the police. But they only exchanged the personal data! I w ar then at a workshop, have made a KV. which amounts to 1100 Euro! The whole happened however in September. The accident opponent has not really registered so far. I have already made contact with the insurance company, which told me today however that you do not pay the damage because the lady does not report. so, now I am sitting on the damage. In the meantime I sold the car and had a depreciation. It is simply annoying, because apparently no one I just called the police again and wanted advice, but they only said that I should turn on a lawyer! But I have no legal protection, so I would have to pay it myself! Well the point, I don’t know how expensive such a lawyer is and I don’t know if I have any chances of getting the money at all! Does someone know a lawyer who could help me cheaply or is someone himself a lawyer and could tell me how my chances stand? Or w as I can do??? The lady advertisements?? Help….

  • don’t know if jazz is better off

    hello, I’ll make it short. have a peugeot 1007, 4.5 years old, (purchased 1.5 years ago) and apparently a Monday model. have only annoyed with it and the nose full. wants to sell it now. however, don’t know which pkw I get. for a new car my money will not be enough, possibly for super special offers –> am single parent with expensive rent in münchen so probably n used. important, must be in insurance half cheap and of course economical in sprit consumption. re min. 500 km a month + 3 times a year family tour with 1500km each. driving mainly in the city, would say so 80:20. jazz is supposed to be a place genius, which irritates. otherwise of course the low sprite consumption, loud hearing-speak-read. does this also apply to the city? then it is a 5 seater and 5 doorr. otherwise I have read here also some annoying things, tank display, battery problems, rust, noise background. so, and otherwise I have probably only for the selection ne number kle iner, the toyota aygo, c1 or the 107. very economical, but also only 4 seats and little space, and equipment so lala. what do I do only, what do I do only… skoda fabia would be nice, but probably with tsi ne number too expensive for me totz offers. Then the ZK held to mass and … no sparks. So everything was assembled again, went to a darker place, result: no spark. My question: Can an ignition coil just die like that?     Hello municipality, I am looking for a motorcycle for me and my wife. we are both not beginners and already had some bikes of different brands. Requirements: not too heavy (max. 230kg fully fuelled), seat height not too high, reliable, good sozius operation possible, no super sportsman – but not too phlegmatic, possibly with Kardan – but no condition, good passage to switch-frozen cruising, large tank range and especially SPARSAM in handling the fuel (many country road, something City, little highway).   • Carburettor or injector?

    Tach together, so I’m about to buy a mopped. Now I wonder what advantages a single-pointing system has over the carburettor and vice versa!? What I know is that the maintenance intervals for the carburettor, cleaning and setting are pending. How expensive is such a thing, or what does it cost to the professional and how often should you have it done? In addition, an injection system doesn’t need a choke anymore, but there are still disadvantages with a Möp with E injection or is it more recommended compared to a carburetor model?
