Hello dear community! This evening I stood at a red traffic light. Behind me was no vehicle, on the right strip a column of vehicles about 5 or so… To my left was a traffic island. Suddenly from behind came an operating vehicle ch mine it was an emergency doctor. Now that the traffic light was still red and I had to make space I slowly drove into the intersection to turn left. Stupidly there was on the intersection such a stupid red light flasher… Now I only know no or who once or twice flashed. I mean there was a traffic island on the left, I had to drive a few meters (vll. 10m) or so into the intersection to be able to evade. When the operating vehicle passed me it flashed again I also think that the driving on the right strip was also flashed. It flashed on all cases min 5 times if no more…. What happens in such a case? Should I already have a flash? Call my lawyer? Did anyone ever have the problem??? Thanks LG Torsten

Hello municipality. Supposedly, I buy an Audi S4 and find out the next day that 2 lambda probes are defective. The car has a gas system The seller told me in advance that the exhaust light (motor symbol) in the instrument cluster has to be dealt with from time to time because of the gas system and the error has to be deleted. In addition, I made sure that a tire is defective and leaves light air. I have already seen this in the purchase and had to pay 200 euro less on it. gen: 1. a tire now costs unfortunately 400 euro and loud händel I need both new (because of all wheel). one has 6,5mm and the other has then new 8mm. therefore both have to cost new to 8mm. 800 euro!!! 2. 2 Lambda are defective and have to be exchanged. the other errors are really through the gas system, says the workshop. cost also again 600 euro with installation. Private sale with property defects liability is excluded in the contract. Can I demand something back? in the repair history he says that the Lambda errors have occurred more often and that the previous owner did not want any repair. (he says the workshop said that ALL Fehler came from the LPg nlage)

Hello everybody, I’ve had a bad luck today. I was on a 4 lane road. 2 for the oncoming traffic and 2 for us. I was first on the left and then changed to the right and missed a vehicle which I had after the change directly behind me with light hooves (he probably had to slow down safely) and naturally excited and noted down my license plate. My question is, what kind of punishment is there for such a mishandling? A damage to property has not arisen.

Good day, last week I bought a used car. And when I was with it today with a body builder, almost the blow hit me. Now it turned out that he probably had a set-up/damage on the left side, whereby the complete sill has rusted through to the interior. At the inspection this looked by far not so bad. Also from the accident on the left the buyer knew nothing of course. Today a body builder has the repair costs a uf 2.400€ estimated, because one has to flex the complete threshold, and also pieces from the underbody. Now I wanted to know from you whether one can hope for a compensation / division of the calculation on the part of the seller? In the purchase contract nothing of the accident is left. Only “underbody left rust”. But not a word about the threshold. This is due to the interior & endangers the strength of the vehicle according to the words of the body builder. In addition, in the purchase contract stands the following clause: “Excluded from the liability for defects in property, the vehicle is sold unless a guarantee is given below. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from defects in property, liability based on a deliberate or grossly negligent violation of seller’s obligations, as well as in the case of injury to health, life and body. ” Except for the case with completely rusted threshold, the seller also kept the following secret: the radio is only off & too unfunctioning _(so it is also in the purchase contract)… Have the car been working for almost a week and the radio has worked exactly 1x. The navigator is not working at all. What can I do now before the famous 2 weeks has expired? I would be very grateful for your help, as I am slowly despairing….
