Moin moin, I’m driving a 2019 Sportster Custom. 2in2 KessTech Klappennauspuff is on. I drove today was able to adjust everything. Stopped at the buddy and parked for 30 minutes. Then I started again. I wanted to turn KessTech back on but nothing happened. No LED was on and no response at the switch. Just checked fuses, everything was okay. Also the wiring looks good, at least what I could see today. Where can I start looking? Is there any known Prob leme? Add to this: Three weeks ago I got a KZH side, rear Kellermann 3in1 Bullet and front Mini Flasher. Everything was installed by my workshop. I could read out the error memory, the following was to be seen: BCM Codes B2141 Left front turn signal output open circuit turn signal front left open B2146 Right front turn signal output open circuit turn signal front right open B2151 Left rear turn signal output open circuit turn signal rear left open B2156 Right rea r turn signal output open circuit turn signal rear right open B2161 Brake lamp output open circuit brake light open B2271 BCM low voltage BCM voltage too low After the conversion, however, I have already driven several times and today had a problem for the first time, but only with the KessTech. Everything else works perfectly. Machine goes easy and otherwise no sign of problems.

Must be removed during automatic transmission change
Ford Transit Connect EZ. 11.2019, 1,5l, automatic transmission I got a new automatic transmission about 10,000km ago (08.2022), now there were clear oil stains under the car today. Short into the workshop, diagnosis gasket oil pan has to be new. My question would be if the oil pan had to be removed during the automatic transmission change 3 months ago. Thanks for the answers.

Laguna on fire
The Laguna of a colleague has recently risen into flames, without any obvious reason. He put his car (with just 45,000km of mileage) on his parking space, as always… I slept peacefully in the evening and was woken up unbelievably at night: “Your car burns. The fire department is already there…” You can exclude foreign influence, is probably spontaneous self-inflammation. The result were a completely burnt out Laguna and two other damaged vehicles. My question now: Has anyone heard of such incidents at Renault, how did Renault react to them and how did the insurance work? Isn’t this a case for a lawsuit against Renault or time for a letter to a major automobile magazine… I’ve already heard of burnt-down Clio`s (don’t know about it anymore…) Stand in front of you put the car in the garage and your house burns off!!!

Automatic air conditioning Laguna K 56
Hello everyone, for a long time the automatic air conditioning system has been spinning in my ́96 he Laguna (1.8 RT) : Sometimes it works for days – yes for weeks without problems, suddenly it doesn’t want any more. (I had already posted here last summer – maybe one or the other still remembers…). Last year I had started the following experiments : pressure switch and dryer bottle renewed, refrigerant drained and refilled, operating element renewed (fairly said, The operating element (actually both…) was tested for cold soldering points, several workshop visits (both at Renault and at Bosch) survived (there was actually only my wallet evacuated), and at some point, when I had given up all hope (it was also slowly autumn and the air conditioning was no longer sooooo necessary…) it worked again, until… well, until it was in the last week of the year. Interior lighting in the Renault 21
Hello! Since my Renault is already as good as it is, it does not yet have an internal light automatic, which lights up a while after the door has been opened. So the light goes out immediately, when you turn the door shut! I have already built a circuit that allows me to still let the light shine longer! My question now is how I can access the plus cable from the lamp, the door contact cable and the ignition cable without having to destroy the car before! Eberspächer D4L Preheating after 10 minutes of operation only cold air
Halli Hello, is one of you by chance familiar with the Eberspächer D4L year of construction approx. 1990? Just stand in the cold North Macedonia and unfortunately strike my heater for a few days :x. I could identify the following problem: For the first time the error occurred after approx. 15 minutes running time: The fan suddenly only supplied cold air and the heater switched off completely after a while. At the turn on again I noticed that the dosing pump did not tick anymore so I first thought that the pump was running again. However, the pump had to run over the heater and the control unit. That’s why I searched for cable breakage or similar between the pump and the heater installed in a box under the bus and finally arrived at a 5A fuse (this is in the box under the car with the heater), which gave up the spirit. Eventu ell a fuse for overheating?? In any case I changed it because I thought that the fuse might have been material fatigue. After that the heater ran again, where I had never run you for more than 10 minutes. Today again the same problem and again the 5A fuse which has gone away. This time after a run of about a quarter of an hour. So I have the feeling that the fuse gives up every time the heating gets really hot… Does anyone know if the fuse installed in the box below is actually a “overheating protection?”? Bzw. even more important, does anyone know which problem the saying goodbye to the fuse indicates? Tourneo Custom: Engine overheated
Good evening, everyone! My first post, and of course with a problem. I have a Ford Tourneo Custom, in the 170 HP version, BJ 11/2016, no automatic. We are on holiday in Italy. It is 30° every day, and we have a holiday apartment on top of the mountain. When we arrived here from Germany, the temperature indicator went up above the usual 90° (or slightly below) for the first time on the second climb up. immediately the air conditioning was turned off and the heater turned to full pulley, then the needle jumped down again, but not to 90°. Since then I have already been twice in different workshops. Two fuses were replaced, the first time the fuse for the second cooler, then the fuse for the second stage of the fan. The second fuse was actually through, as the mechanic determined when reading out in the second workshop. But the problem still exists. I have now had the exact temperature display displayed via the test menu in the secret on-board computer menu. I drive up to 100 degrees, then I turn off the engine and let it cool down. Also fast driving does not work, the engine still gets hot, however, the highways here in Liguria are often with incline, so with load for the mo With air conditioning the temp always goes up very quickly. With max 2000 revolutions and small gears it goes with the mountain ride, but I have to turn the heating on, and it gets very hot. Cooler looks reasonably clean and is not the problem according to two mechanics. However, the communication is of course not so easy here for me. Cooling water level is always the same. About the workshop we have ordered the thermostat valve, as this probably in the series often e in problem. If it doesn’t work, I would like to have your opinion. What would be most useful after that or what should I pay attention to? If I go home to Germany I can’t keep all a few kilometers. I would be so grateful for possible hints.
