Hello dear G-driver! Unfortunately I have a problem with the differential locks (Bj. 10/2016, since 2/2018 my G): The first lock can be easily selected and then activated after at least a few meters (red lamp). Second and thus third can be selected, but the red lights do not shine. I was already with Mercedes twice and a new sensor (o. e.) was installed and told me that the locks are activated only when the wheels spin. m you can only test the electronics in the workshop and they say that everything is fine. However, I don’t think so, because with the test car I drove before (but not bought), the locks were activated without any problems. Can someone help me? At the moment I am only on the road in the home light to middle terrain, but I don’t want to lie down if it gets heavier and the locks don’t jump in at the end. Thank you!

[ALL] Sealing of the discs/velvets
Hi guys, again a question, there’s something good about letting in the slices/mirrors, that really does something against these little scratches of stones etc… The same thing for rims, I need something I order once a year and what really keeps the dirt off, so I just want to splash over it more. I’m not lazy, clean my car every week, but the rim cleaning is just shit. mfg

AGR valve defective/hugged 2.2 125hp Bj2016
Hello together, this morning I wanted to go off but after the start the transit didn’t want to take any gas or. did not really come at speed and jerks. Ging after a few minutes warm running better so drove a few km. Then came the message in the cockpit, the mountain driving chassis also does not work. Yellow I and the sling lamp also went on. So with ForScan the errors read out. And look, AGR clamps. So off into the garage and the actuator dismantled. The slider is rammelfest. No chance to make it manageable in any way. So the valve can be set up completely and everything is re-installed. Now it is a new one to buy. Does anyone have the OEM number for me? Which manufacturer is recommended? There are some for 75€ and which for 400€. What’s the difference? Don’t take the cheapest. 😉

Ford Transit costum 2021 Gear oil change really only due after 180000 km with 6-speed automatic
Hello, Must now have to the 3 year mandatory check now I had asked for transmission oil change but the workshop master told me that I should not have had to rinse until 180000 Km since Ford can not prescribe an oil change here that is I have the 6-speed automatic gearbox 6F55. Can this be??? Have currently 50000km Good morning Mr. Wenz, In your vehicle the 6-speed automatic gearbox 6F55 is installed. Ford does not prescribe an oil change interval here. The automatic transmission can be flushed between 180.000km and 200.000km. Unfortunately, a simple oil change is not enough here, since the oil can only be obtained from the converter by rinsing the automatic transmission. Sincerely, etc.

Tourneo Custom Consumption Overview
Hello, I have been reading here for some time and have already found some useful information about Tourneo Custom. We are proud Custom drivers since November, after further family growth our Galaxy has become too small. On the whole we are very happy with our new vehicle (EZ 06/13, 155 HP and L2). I would like to get an overview of your consumption figures with the Custom. Between the lines of the different threads here it will be easy to find I always read from people who can get along with 7 -8 litres. I can only dream of these quantities. Our consumption is currently with many short distances and at cold temperatures at 9.5 – 9.9 litres. I wonder what it might be like if I read your numbers and now I want to know very concretely: how much do you consume at what average speed and how you drive (motorway/lane) dstrasse, city traffic, rather short distance, etc.)? I would like to find such a list very interesting here. Our data: 9.5 – 9.9 liters at 55 km/h average and relatively many short distances with cold machine, in between times highway, but rather only routes under 100 km length. So all in all a lot of child-coaching!

Tourneo Connect 2022
Hello together, In May 2022 the new Tourneo Connect will be released. Now I have put together the following configuration: Ford Grand Tourneo Connect “Active” (Alternative would be sport) 1.5 Eco Boost 7G Automatic Comfort Package Winter package Trailer device removable LED rear light Pano roof (Alternative climate control) Metallic 18-Maturation Grid Luggage compartment 3. Seat row Key-free start QI store Now I wanted to ask if the configuration is so useful for a family with 3 children. In question is still the Pano roof to be exchanged for the air conditioning at the rear or does the standard air conditioning for the complete interior? The petrol engine seems to me weak on the chest. Here rather to use the 122hp strong diesel? Driving profile: family carriage with 10,000km a year incl. holiday trip. Offer of dealers: 38600€ – 3000€ discount, leasing 36 months, 496€ incl Ford Flatrate+ at 0€ down payment. Is this so good or yet to the more expensive 7 seat S-Max g Mature?

Transport trolley for 16″ and 19″ tyres
Good evening, the tyre change is coming again and because of the change I have to drag the tires in the ideal case about 50m. In itself no problem but I like to leave the tires unobserved. Therefore I look for a solution, each 4 tires to be transported once. For this at least a lowered curb must be overcome, which is perhaps 2-3 cm high, so not completely flat. I have a furniture dog which is not suitable for this. was stacked on it and the car also drives but I have hardly any control over the thing and can not overcome the curb. Now I have come across two further transport possibilities. A transport truck up to 150kg creates and a support area of 47.5 x 73 cm. Is the area sufficient for 19″ with 255/40 tires? Otherwise, for my feeling but too expensive, there are still such tire carts as this one. Identical carts are also available for about 160€. 160€ models can be transported but only a maximum of 18″ tires.

WInter tires for A4 B9 – basis and detailed questions 🙂
Hello everyone, the topic of tyres is somehow not quite so easy – of course, if I find tyres prepared for my vehicle with a few clicks in the tyre trade (it was like this for me at the B8) then everything is great – but now I am facing a problem. In the next 14 days I get my new A4 (B9) 3.0 TDI – and apparently there are not yet any (or maximum 1) “approved” rims for this. Now I need quite Kruz in the long term winter tires – 18″ and sc hwarz should be the rims. Therefore, I have a few questions about: a) Audi offers winter tyres with the values 8 J x 18, 245/40 R18 97V XL ET 40. That would mean for me that I can pack any rim with these values on the car – do I still need an E-Input? b) If so, what does the TÜV need for papers? c) Unfortunately, I find only very few websites where I can search for rims based on the values (diameter, ET) – do you have there tips? d) This rim here: http://www.platin-wheels.com/en/platin-felgen.php?id=52 would then have to fit? Or would something be against them? e) What possibilities do I have to expand my wheel selection “problemless”? ICh can probably also take 7.5 rims? Does the TÜV then need other papers, or is the approval process basically the same, whether I am “exactly” taking the combi or close to it? f) Up to which ET sizes would you judge that as uncritical? +/- 4mm? g) Maybe irg endein Gehemtip an Felge? 🙂 Thanks already,
