Hello, I have reported a rockfall in my windshield and this one to the insurance company in March. However, I would like to repair/exchange the disk only with the next maintenance (about 9000km until then). Today I received a letter again and called on it. On the phone I mean the wife, I can not have the disk replaced in general, but must have it repaired if this is possible. I am obliged to do this as part of the damage reduction programme. I should also take a photo of the rockfall now, so that I can be held responsible for this in case of a deterioration of the disk. Now the real question: Is that true, that I have to have the disk repaired?

Car park accident and causer of the accident suddenly doesn’t want to pay anymore…
Hello you love, I have a brand new car since Friday and as fate wanted I have now since yesterday already the first scratch and more at it… the following happened: I parked yesterday at noon quite normally at a parking place, I looked still in my rear-view mirror and parked further. When I looked a second time in the rear-view mirror I had almost parked out and saw how my work colleague parked out quite quickly. I stopped and worked very fast. I was hoping that she could still see me. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make the progress fast enough to prevent the accident. Well…she had caught me nicely on the left side of the back. She didn’t want a police, because she’s still in the trial period and she’s already had two accidents…well, okay, I’m not an unhuman so we explained everything in the vocational school. It was agreed that I would go to the workshop first to see what it was all about and then the cost estimate and she wanted to see if she could stem it herself. So said, I was at the workshop and men’s car has a scratch, the bumper is moved and my return sensor strip is also affected. I told her that yesterday and got the estimate today… well and suddenly she doesn’t even know if it’s really her fault… I’m so mad! She wants to get an expert because there’s nothing on her car and she’s the workshop that my car is working on. We should have called the police, I am aware of that now too. But what can I do now? Hello, I have been wondering for a long time what it looks like with warranty or warranty, which the car dealers actually have to give. Damage after the washing machine
Hi, I was in the car wash yesterday before changing the tires. In the end, just wash off for 5€, which it doesn’t look so bad. I got off after the car wash, just wiped the entry strips for a short time. When I was in the workshop I suddenly see a dent on the roof. Hi together, inspired and stolen by JP I’m looking for a “Ugly Bitch” for the tougher uses… so for everything I don’t want to do with a new car, e.g.: – go home with the sister-in-law’s dog to the gassi – drive garden waste to the landfill – get wood from the forest – get in the car after sleighing I don’t care what it looks like in a few years. What characteristics the car has to have for me: – big Interior – trailer coupling!! – 4 seats – technically in good condition!!!! – from the age the car should already have the biggest value losses – favorable maintenance (reperatures/wear parts) – price frame 5,000 – 10,000€ What I don’t care about the vehicle: – Manufacturer (all except Dacia, this triggers a strong antipathy!!) – transmission and engine power (100km/h for the country road should be in) – equipment (can be as good as naked) – colour (I wool) I always have a car in pig pink…) I guess no more than 5,000 km are driven per year. The residual durability of the car should be about 5 years. I don’t care about the resale value, as the car is suitable for export or scrap yard after the 5 years max… The car is insured with partial cassock, but probably only liability.
