I am a freelance IT consultant and from 1.3.13 for 12 months with a fixed customer (will probably be extended by another year in 2014). I now want to buy a new car and lease the business. I have about 200 journeys of 40km easy distance from home to the customer. No further career-related journeys. -> 16000km p.a. According to my experience about 4000km private journeys are added, so that a leasing with 20,000km p.a. is close. Share of 80% and the private at 20% For this case it would be useful to keep a travel book and not the 1% regulation + 0.03% for the journeys home workplace. Is it correct for this case to count all expenses for the vehicle to 80% as operating expenses? Pre-tax deduction as well for 80% of expenses. Do I have to pay/tax anything else?

My first car, funding?
Hello people, have decided to get me a car. It’s my first car I’ve been standing in my professional life for 1.5 years thanks to God and have an indefinite contract. Found a beautiful BMW 116i 2007 year of construction and would like to finance it. 7.900 € VHB should cost it. I can pay 2,800 € myself. So after negotiation should be about 4,700 € to be financed. My question: Which bank should I do this best? Of course I have in my Bek In my case, the BMW Bank. However, in the online comparisons only the house banks are displayed, e.g. Targobank with the supposedly best condition. I am confused and do not want to make a gross mistake in the financing. I want to pay the car for 3 years and can keep the rates flexible or make special payments. However, since I am an absolute newcomer ic h Advice. Can you help me? Thank you in advance Greeting

Selling car online
Hello, I want to sell a car online for the first time and I am faced with many questions and few answers, hope someone can help me here. Pictures are made and the car is ready to be put online. I bought a prepaid card because I don’t like to put my real phone or cell phone number on the net. But how exactly does this work now? I put this in and it calls me three people. I can’t order all because in the stupidest case two drive for free, no one wants it either. Does it mean if I have an appointment I don’t accept any more ? Vlt with the hint that it is possible to have it in x days ? Then someone wants to buy the car….I can’t sign it off beforehand, since I still drive it until the sale. I would also hate to give it away with vehicle registration and letter. There are contract forms in which I type in the sales date and a deadline for the registration of my car for the buyer. r do not sign off and thus build an accident or worse, is this contract then legally usable or liable then I as “still” vehicle owner ? How to trigger such a thing more meaningful ? Which contract forms do you know ? Which one is best suited ? Have now the one of the ADAC here, which looks quite usable . Let your test drives do ? Do you put there kilometers or times ahead which can be driven at most ? And if someone wants to “reserve” the car then, only against advance payment ne hme ich an ? So many questions. Would you like to spare me a lot of trouble…. Is there also somewhere reading what there are so for well-known tricks and abzockmaches ? If there would like to be a bit informed, is probably always better. Hope you can help me a bit ! Many greetings

Off Topic ( how much euro should you save in the month?)
Hi guys, I’ve read a lot of threads about financing, but my question is another one. How much do you save a month ? So in concrete terms in numbers. I wonder because when you’re young you shouldn’t save or ? Many simply forget that you’re only young once, you shouldn’t cut out the money. Of course you should save, but you shouldn’t be short of “self “. Especially in youth the experiences and experiences are worth gold, beautiful cars even if you are expensive. I save 250 euros a month, and that as AZUBINE. I think that’s enough in young years. I just don’t have the impression of some lives anymore ?!? I also save of course, for example with the car, that I can also do a lot of things myself. No expensive inspections etc. But I don’t mean specifically cars, but generally the quality of life. For example, “let’s eat” or just travel on holiday, or just treat yourself to nice things. also another perspective, so I say yes “How much do you save in the month? ” ( Honest) and for what do you save? Bigger purchase or security thinking? Do you want to stop sometime and treat yourself to something? or save yourself to the rent death? Greetings

Only in theory or in practice?
Hello together, the question was probably asked X times, but since it is always individual I hope for feedback from experienced drivers. I am 19 years old, soon start an education with 700 Euro (net), of course* the first vehicle must be here! Previous driving practice with both automatic and manual transmissions. Vehicles that are eligible for me: – Chevrolet Camaro 5L Cabrio RS Bj: 1990 (174 PS)Automatics – Toyota Supra 3.0 non Turbo Bj: 1993 (245 HP) Au tomatik – Mazda RX 8 Bj: 2004 (192 hp) Manual transmission – Pontiac Firebird Bj: 1998 (196 hp) Automatic – Ford Mustang 3.8 V6 Bj: 1995 (190 hp) Automatic – Mazda 6 Sport 2.3 Bj: 2003 (166 hp) Manual transmission – Mitsubishi Eclipse Bj: 1997 (141 hp) Manual transmission – Nissan Skyline R34 GT Neo 2.5L Bj: 1998 (200 hp) Automatic – Mitsubishi Lancer 1.8 Invite CVT Bj: 2008 (143 hp) Automatic I know a lot of vehicles with “a lot” of hp, insurance is made on Papa as 2nd car at 85% , car tax and petrol I have to pay everything myself. I am realistic* and know that of the 700 about 500 – 600 will remain (drink no alk, do not smoke, celebrate is also not so, 30 Euro for the fitness studio fix costs). The most important thing! The car is only used in my spare time, work place on the front door (1Km)! With which of these vehicles can I drive “a lot” without holding on to any tank? What would you advise me to do? Cars I can paint from the beginning? Tips grateful except “Buy a Smart, Twingo, Opel Corsa” . Mfg

How do you pay for a car today?
How do you pay a car at the dealership today? That’s what I ask because I have to think about buying my new car 12 years ago. I’m the type who likes cash and I don’t have a problem running around with €2000 or €3000 or from the bank to the dealer. At that time the dealer was just shocked that I had the €14000 in cash with me. He just meant that you don’t do it anymore… Now my question like this is going on today? What next I’ll be like If the merchant doesn’t want the money, he’s in bad luck.

Finishing still running, car economically irreperably defective – forced cancellation ??????
Hello dear forum, my Ford Mondeo, BJ 2004 is economically irreperable. The financing laft over the bank Deutsches KFZ – Gewerbe. I called today and described min Prob. Their reaction, I should trigger the car and only then I receive the letter, or I should pay an expert who created an expert report on the residual value. There would not be another possibility. They do not even want to give me the letter to unsubscribe the car. My idea is now to The car is no longer traffic safe after the moto, the clutch is over and the brakes are no longer working and to ask for a compulsory closure. I could put the car in my garage or in a shed on my property and then when I have the letter sell. Does anyone know if this works, or does someone have another IDEE ????

Recommended or only cheap scooter – Hyosung Newtee up 50
Hello two-wheeler friends, I’ve been breaking my head for a couple of weeks because of scooters. I want to buy a scooter as a “second car”, but I don’t want to spend any money on a Vespa or Aprilia. I’m going to drive the whole year and depending on how much fun I am that then I would also drive into the work 10km with it, otherwise every time my wife has the car. Finally, I’ve come across many brands and even more opinions. I don’t want to buy junk like a scooter. the Lidl brochure or from the Obi and certainly not the explorers from the atu, because I only read bad things with these scooters. In the end, the brands Peugeot and Piaggio come into my eye again and again. So the Zip and the Kisbee. These costs are new so between 1,500 and 1,800€. Since I am not a screwdriver and on quality and reliability count already attract me already brand scooters. I also wanted to buy a used one. Especially because you can buy these brands with we nig KM and not too old also paid at least 1,000 euro. Then I do not know if the accident-free is and if there was something modified. Then I also read that it is recommended to go to a nearby two-wheeler dealer and there should acquire his scooter in order to also be able to do services and repairs right there. After some research I came to a nearby dealer and this recommend me following scooter New for 1,000 euro. Hyosung newtee up 50 V From the price he moves quite clearly in the category cheap scooters. I also find about this model almost nothing on the net. No test reports and opinions. Probably because it is quite new with year of construction 2016. However, the brand exists already longer (over 30 years) that actually speaks for this company. Warranty must give me the dealer also. Now it is up to you. Who can tell me something about this scooter? I hope to help me jemnad or even several bicycle friends can.

REX RS 450 starts badly, but then runs without problems
Hi guys, my father wants to give me his REX RS 450 and has been on the road with her until recently. I have to say that I have not seen the REX yet and I would like to make myself smart in advance. The problem that he described to me is this: He leaves the REX after driving – but the next day he has to order properly so that the REX starts at all. If she then runs, she runs completely calmly, has normal stationary gas and also the passage while driving is inconspicuous – runs quite normal and does not go out either. Only when there is again a bit of a crazy engine (so should be from about 1h and more my father told me), there is again this occasion problem. Now I have had a lawnmower engine (4-stroker) completely disassembled and assembled into his individual parts and it still runs today without problems, but know me with “moped engines” actually not at all. I would guess that the V I would check the candle for sparks after this service life – maybe what gets wet after an hour and disturbs the sparks. I would also look at the candle exactly if it is brown and the distance for the spark is not too small or too large. I would also do ignition cable check. Air filter, fuel filter, carburetor I would not suspect, because it starts at some point and then runs quite normal. Ha Do you know what else it might be? Could it be this “joke” I’ve read here several times? I guess it’s used to make the fuel mixture fatter in the cold state, isn’t it? I thank you for your help.
