Transmission expansion at the Agila Z12XE
Hello, after I had problems with the circuit from my little green Agila – at that time luckily only the rope pull was pulled out, the FOH even directed by kulanz – now my gearbox has finally said goodbye at the WE. When I wanted to switch from the first into the second gear there was only a violent blow and then in every attempt to couple in any gear only violent polking, banging and rumbling. Today came the horror report from the W but I don’t have this money, nor would I invest it if I had it, because 5,000€ is about twice the time value of the car. Long speech, short meaning: After a short search on the internet and with vehicle-restrictors, I found out that one gets used gears for the Agila already for about 500€. Now I had thought about simply getting the gears too My brother-in-law, who used to repair trucks, would even help me. He thinks, however, that this only makes sense if you don’t have to completely expand the engine for the transmission expansion, because he wouldn’t be confident about it. Has one of you already removed the gearbox on the Agila and knows what effort this is involved? Maybe even someone can give me a short instruction on this? And which gearbox does everyone fit in with the Z12XE engine? Power problem. No passing beam and no tail light.
Hello, have a problem with our MB207d van. We are just on a holiday trip in the south of Europe, quite far to the next workshop. Had made on the solar system and the batteries, and stupidly still on the light. Had the plus cable off the battery and wanted to plug it up again, while flashes the light up and then it was dark. Ok. fuse— changed. But can’t. The light bulbs are ok. I just discovered that there is a cable from a relay next to it. Hanging, who of you might be able to help me, have no plan what it is for a relay and where the cable gets on it. Occupancy? On the relay is VW311906061C when I get Google’s info —> without light switching mode Suppose it’s on the cable and or the relay is through. Can it be bridges if necessary? What else could I check? Sprintshift gives alarm when gear is inserted.
Hi Sprinterfreunde, I have recently had the problem that my big driver (a Sprinter-based mobile home) emits a beep tone/alarm signal from the cockpit as soon as I have put the gear in (on A) and then get off the brake. As soon as I step on the gas, it stops again. In the meantime, in which no pedal is actuated, he screams quasi. If I ignore it and do not press a pedal, the gearbox switches again to “N”. Otherwise I have no impairment and it switches What the hell is that?!? No one has ever posted such a problem anywhere and I am in despair! Do I really have to use it for nothing at MB?? It is a pre-programmed warning signal – that must be clearly identifiable! Thank you for your advice!
