Hello, I’m not long here in the forum and don’t know if my question is right here. Now a short history: I (female, 40 years old) drive a beautiful golf 7 variant with 105 hp. In December 2015 they bought the car as a daily break for 20t € Since I broke up last December, I bought the car from my husband (we assumed a value of 16t €). But now I’ve been thinking for some time if this is the right decision I don’t really need such an expensive car. It stands 4 days a week and is not moved. The other 3 days, it is stretch of 10-15km which are covered by the car. So about every 2 months I drive but nevertheless a larger distance of about 1000km, which hopefully will be done soon (for explanation, I have a new friend who lives far away, but wants to move to me next year). Furthermore, I would like the motorcycle driver license ma and then, of course, buy me a motorcycle (if I were to sell, I might also have the money to fulfill my wish). So far so good, now is my question: Should I sell the golf and instead buy something smaller, older, cheaper? Or is it useful to say here has a reasonable car which is paid off and in the next years nothing great will happen, keep it? So I have driven the vehicle now 5 months almost 4,000 kilometers and must invest now probably properly.. Is there still a requirement with the mileage of 172.000 km and these defects at all? I was given a car by my father. He bought it from a guy who said he didn’t give a guarantee. Now after 2 months oil pump broke, after 1 month engine control light went on,which still glows. Supposedly lambda probe,but changed,despite that without success. Today icv examined the contract,after almost 1 year (could have annoyed me so that I didn’t do it earlier). The following,it was bought from a dealer and Ga rantie,The guarantee was not ruled out. Could you do something else? Or is it too late? 1 year is not yet around,but if you could do it retroactively, I somehow doubt it.

I have sold a registered car (without license plates) to my family abroad and wonder now how I can unsubscribe here. The registration office has kept all German documents (both certificates) … they are now automatically sent to Germany and my car is logged out here or is the German registration office waiting for me to appear and that I still submit the registration plates and the purchase contract? Does anyone know how this works?

Hello dear community members, I am new here and still young with my 18 years I would have a question as I find nothing on the internet. And I want to sell my CLK. An acquaintance wants to buy this with a purchase contract and monthly payment. Only he does not want to register it but wants to leave it in public, without registration. What problems can I get when the car is logged off, the purchase contract is already signed by him. If he is already the owner and e s would be his problem or do I get the penalty for parking on public road of the registered car? Thank you in advance for the answers!
