  • VW Golf Cabrio or VW Eos

Hello, I need your help. I had almost bought a VW Eos, unfortunately the deal has burst. Now I am looking again. Unfortunately, there are almost no VW Eos anymore in Austria at the used car market. Now I wonder if a golf would not be enough too. Briefly to my driving method and my facts. I personally am rather larger (1m87) and have 2 children (12 and 7 years). My partner has a station wagon but so will be holiday trips and co everything with the car is done. But sometimes I have to keep the children also with the car. Dangers should be throughout the year. Car is also under the carport or in the garage. I tried both cars and I really liked both cars. I felt the same from the range of places. Maybe that the EOS had more space in the back, for that the roof was higher. So now to my question, what do you mean? Can you cope with the range of places from the Golf6 convertible? Can you buy with it? 2 kisten bier zb. with a few small things? And additionally a question, when buying a car what should I attach special importance to? Check seals, look at them? something else? I thank you now, for your help

  • Cost-effective car for student

Hello together, since my old car has unfortunately blessed the time, it was time to buy a new car. So I went out with an autoversed friend and bought a car. It was a used Smart forTwo, but it now reveals so many defects afterwards that I can’t keep the car or need someone who takes care of the thing, but I don’t have it at the moment and unfortunately I can’t afford a workshop either. That was such a complete failure. So I now stand there again without a car and am a bit desperate, because of course I do not want to fall in again. Here are a few data relevant data for the consultation: annual driving performance: about 15,000 km as economical as possible (both consumption and insurance) definitely small cars like also very small (the smart was really good of the size) as easy as possible green badge, so that I can drive in Frankfurt am Main Budget: u ng about 2,000 €, more would be possible in principle, if I had really for a few years quiet, obvious things like e.g. broken mirror I could now also recognize by the mispurchase, but with more technical things I also absolutely do not know myself and would be very grateful if someone could tell me how best to recognize something like this or obtain an expert for support. Especially with used cars, which would be more likely, the Yes relevant. Thank you very much in advance for your help. Best regards NurMut

  • Carens annual car: traces of use normal?

Hello together, we are interested in a Carens RP annual car (EZ 11/2015) with a mileage of 22,000 km. It is a Carens with 1.7 CRDi, Dream Team equipment, 7 seats and Premium+ package, which was a former rental car. I drove with the car to the TÜV for inspection, and they said that the car was technically in a new condition. However, I noticed some optical defects: Otherwise, the car looks like new. According to dealers, this is also normal Gebrauc That’s why he doesn’t want to do anything at the price (this is at 19,000 EUR after negotiations). My car, which is now 2 years old and has run 40000 km, doesn’t look like it inside! What do you think? What do the scratched parts in the interior cost if you order them at Kia? Unfortunately, the carens is so rare that you can’t find anything used… Another question: I noticed during the test drive that you always lift the foot relatively high. must, in order to bring the clutch pedal completely into the “basic position”. According to TÜV Prüfer, however, this is normal and so is with your car. Is this also so with your carens? Thank you in advance!

  • Carnival jerks when accelerating

Hello, my Carnival 2.9l Diesel has pushed a few times during acceleration today, then the engine stop lamp has approached. • Kia Venga – Retrofit rearview camera. Who’s done it?

Moin, I would like to retrofit a rear camera at my wife’s venga. I have already done this successfully with my Mondeo. Problem with the Venga: Where to go with the camera? Between rear flaps – handle and license plate light there is no room for a camera…. Now there are as I see 3 alternatives: 1.) Attach the camera next to the license plate light – then (from own experience with slightly inclined installation with my Mondeo) the image would be to estimate the reverse – do not go opti 2.) Camera from the inside behind the rear window. But here the viewing angle would probably not be optimal… 3.) license plate holder with built-in camera. Here I could even come behind the license plate with the cables into the tailgate to the license plate lamp. I am more a fan of wiring… Have you had experience with cameras that transmit the image by radio? Have read opposite opinions – from super to – The monitor receives any security camera in the vicinity – a about not own – or does the monitor approach during the journey by itself, because it receives any camera from ner Tanke or so… Are there instructions on how to get out the panels (back flap, sky, dashboard, etc. ) to lay the cables underneath? Where with the monitor? Do you have experiences? With my Mondeo I put a 7 ́ ́ monitor in front of the A-pillar of the passenger side. Alternatives would be: – Monitor in the rear mirror – Monitor in the storage box in front of the USB port (does someone have their monitor? Which one fits perfectly) – small monitor on the A-pillar driver side – small monitor over the radio… Thank you!

  • Stinger GT (366hp) with rear drive??

Tach together, was not active here so far, but now look for your advice. Play with the idea of getting me a Stinger GT for a long time, because the car is simply nice, not standing at every corner and is now quite well under 30,000 euros. Personally I am more a fan of rear driven cars (had already various BMWs), but the Stinger GT is an all-wheeler. Recently a friend told me that someone from his place has a Stinger GT with rear drive and this car will probably be for sale soon, as the owner no longer drives for age reasons. Supposedly bought in Germany, i.e. European version with steering wheel left, no US import (there are definitely both variants with RWD and AWD). That would of course be the banger, the car would then have to be significantly lighter and more agile. But can this be or is it wrong? Couldn’t find anything in the German net, and according to Kia dealer there was no Stinger GT with RWD, white l the sales numbers were too small and therefore you did not offer so many different versions, almost just “full equipment”. Do you know anything about it, there were perhaps exceptions or special orders? Maybe someone also has a Stinger GT RWD here? Thank you!! Stefan

  • Rugging while switching

Hello Recently, he has been jerking up and speeding up. Some data about this: km 85000 Built. 2019 (3.3l 366PS) no city car, about 60-70 000 only highway, rest of highway. If I’m doing moderate acceleration it’s just like that, but with strong acceleration it shakes / jerks noticeably. Must soon be in the workshop anyway regarding recall action. I am interested in this, if clutch problem or gear oil flushing should be necessary, this falls under the mobility guarantee ? At 85000km to sl early for clutch problem? But not to be excluded.

  • Gear damage message injectors.

Servus, and indeed my friend did something rather stupid. While he was on the highway he had his engine(diesel) turned off, at about 130 km/h. A real explanation why he didn’t and right after he turned it on again also came directly a message for a transmission damage. A week later he was now at Kia in the workshop and they told him that he had to renew his injectors. Now I wanted to know, since we both know very badly about cars only When he stopped the engine (like a honk) he left the gear on D. Hope for quick and helpful answers and also like to put him down for it. Mfg A Kia Optima on 2016 he has.

  • Saab 9000 get given yes or no?

Hey! We a young family with 10 months old child and big dog (Riesenschnauzer-Husky) have from our family the offer to get a Saab 9000 Bj between 94 and 97 (I just don’t know exactly) to get. The actual owner no longer has a driver’s license and would give us his car. I have 1 1/2 years my Fürherschein alsö still in the probation period and that would be my first car. Following questions are still open with me. 1. Does the Saab have a regulated cat? 2. is it suitable for a “beginner”? (I have previously driven Opel Astra, Opel Bus, Ford Jeep, Ford Focus and Mercedes Bus) 3. Do a dog and a folded stroller fit in? 4. What is the basic equipment of a Saab? Would I be happy about your answers Greeting deKati
