  • Commuter car up to 35,000 km with comfort up to 10,000 € sought.

Hello dear community, I need a diesel for 32-35,000 km (private and professional). The following features should include my first diesel: Limousine or Kombi (4/5 door) Under 1.45m (due to the double garage in the company at the height of 1.50m) Acceptable noise at 130-140 km/h in the interior (I’m a little spoiled here > 740i E38) Good seats (which provide support and prevent back pain rather than cause) Clear cockpit and amp board air conditioning or automatic and then The most important thing… as low as possible running costs (sprite, inspection, maintenance, wear, …) Optionally a seat heating would not be bad.Prices should be within the range of 8-10.000 €. Since I have driven only 6,500 km so far. For what time period should one plan a diesel? Say, when is it worth selling again, with an annual driving performance of up to 35,000 km? I am happy about your suggestions!

  • Used cars searched

Hello together, I’m looking for a small used car and I’m not sure which model fits best yet. Hope you can help me. I had planned to go up to 900€ in price, with an unbeatable offer maybe even a little more. To my situation: I will drive for the next 7 months daily about 70 km a day due to work (35 to and 35 back, of which most of the highway). After the 7 months the drive will screw down again to approx. 20-30 On weekends there are sometimes longer motorway rides (not regularly). So the first question would be a petrol or a diesel and what kind of motorization? Requirements: – The most important thing is to find a car that is affordable and at the same time reliable in maintenance. Have little desire to have to go to the workshop all the time. I don’t have great driving fun and speed, but sometimes I just have to go to the highway and have I don’t want to drive behind the trucks. So should be a healthy mediocrity. – My previous candidate was mainly the Polo V. I wasn’t sure if it would be a 1.2 or if you’d rather look for a 1.4 or 1.6. If there wasn’t anything bigger than one level, i.e. a golf or similar and other car brands, I’m completely open to consultations about that. – In addition, he shouldn’t have run more than 60,000 – 70,000. – more cars after which I don’t want to drive behind the trucks. – In addition, he shouldn’t have run more than 60,000 – 70,000. I saw the Renault Clio, Opel Corsa and VW Golf. I found all in principle good, but somehow I came back to the polo again and again Would be grateful about suggestions and tips! Greetings

  • Leather combi sizes

Good day Together, I know the question sounds a little funny now, but in leather combs there are no intermediate sizes like 90 or 94 ? I was with us over 3 hours ago in Louis and tried on every leather comb. Also for women the leather combs I had finished all. My problem, I am just under 1.80 m tall and weigh 67 kilos. A really unfavorable body figure for leather combs. Now my question knows someone ne company who also offer the intermediate sizes like 90 or 94 ? These are the sizes 48 or 50 in long. Or can someone recommend me a brand that is cut by house somewhat tighter ? Because having a measure made was not my intention on the first motorcycle. Dear greetings and many thanks in advance Matze0892

  • Google Maps recognizes motorcyclists (or not)

Was Sunday on tour. Upper Bavaria and Munich in and out. Have looked at my Google Maps timeline today. 290 km. Most of it by motorcycle, a part by bike, says Google. I’ve never noticed. True, of course, was just a motorcycle. How does Google recognize that I’m riding a motorcycle? Or why does Google think I’m riding a bike. In Munich, of course, there’s a lot of traffic, but I’ve never really driven a wheel speed as much as Google’s R I didn’t send anything. I first thought about motion or inclination sensor. The mobile phone was somehow cross-cross in the tailbag. Now someone says, Google recognizes when I moggle through me in traffic jams, e.g. between cars, as a motorcycle. Provided the cars also use Google maps, which is of course likely in the big city. I just care, who knows how Google does it? Inserted afterward: Or, that comes to me now, Google defines me just because I driving through traffic jams as a cyclist? Because motorcyclists are not allowed to do so, and Google is a bit out of the world, and only cyclists dare to do so. That would explain the inexplicably long classification as a cyclist.

  • 225 / 45 / 18 Year-round tyre recommendation

Hello, I would like to change to all-year tyres at the BMW F31. I would still like to have 18″ in winter and two separate wheelsets with summer and winter tyres are annoying, but above all also expensive. Alone an original BMW rim set costs mostly four digits and the tires also get old before they have left. For example, I have currently 4J old Pirelli summer tyres and they can easily slip under the hood on wet road even without significant PS, while 1 J old winter tyres stick very well on the road (although one should think that winter tyres would be a much worse choice in summer). So I would prefer to put on all-year tyres and change them more often. Now I have looked at the AMS test (225/45/R17: https://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/…/…fen-test-2018-compact class). Unfortunately, the test winner of Conti is not in the size 225/45/R18. The second-placed Goodyear Vector 4Seasons and the third-placed However, there is already Michelin CrossClimate +, but as far as I can see, without rim protection (at least there is no indication in the article descriptions at Ebay). Furthermore, the Michelins are in set >100€ cheaper and are non-runflat, which I personally would prefer (must now throw away the rear tyres because of a tyre breakdown, as Runflats). But the ASM criticizes the aquaplaning associations of the Michelins, which I do not like again. Can someone please me here please with understandable arguments and not something like this: “I have driven tires XYZ before, everything was good”. I would be very grateful for that. Greetings

  • Beginner – your opinion on my wish rims

Moin Moin 🙂 I don’t know soooo much about rims and therefore my questions to you: What do you say to the offer? Do you have suggestions for improvement? Which Audi covers should I take? The ones that go into the screw holes or just stick on the front? I have 30mm track width for the rear, is that still necessary at ET30? And if so, do I have to register them? Have no questions now, but there are certainly still many things I have to pay attention to and The offer: 4x 255/35ZR19 96W Maxxis Allwetter 4x Aluminium rims MAM RS3 8,5×19 ET30 palladium painted 1246,00€ incl. mounting, force, wheel change & VAT. They would be added at no extra charge. The original Audi wheel covers give me for 70€. Oh maybe still data about my vehicle – I think the rims fit visually or? Audi A5 – 3.0 Diesel – 204PS – 2011 BJ Faceliftmodel – Color: Dayt The picture should only show the color of my vehicle. Thank you! MfG Dustin

  • SLK 230 K FL (R170) DIAGNOSE FIELD COMMUNICATION

Servus, I’ve been the proud owner of a 230 compressor FL since yesterday. As I heard, I’ve done a diagnosis and I’ve had a few disturbing mistakes, maybe one of you veterans can help me. (I’m just counting the errors I couldn’t delete.) MOTOR TAXATION (EMS): P200A (200A) DROSSEL CLOCK POTENTIOMETER COMBIINSTRUMENT: 9040 (B1040) CAN COMMUNICATION WITH THE MOTOR SYSTEM IS GESTÖRT. KLIMA: 9416 (B1416) KÜ CLOTHING CLOTHING PUMPE A31M1 BREMSASSISTENT (BAS): C1025 (5025) CAN BOTTOM MOTOR TAXED IS FURDER HAIR. CAN BOTTOM ABS IS FURDER HAIR. CAN BOTTOM CLOTHERS IS FURDER HAIR. CAN BOTTOM ABS IS FURDER HAIR. The throttle valve pentiometer and the climate are self-explanatory, with the miscommunications I have my problems… My suspicion now went to the K40 relay, but before I start to make a fuss, I wanted to ask you old rabbits if you already had something like that, od PS: It also burns permanently the light source control lamp, although the entire lighting on the car works, if that is relevant. Kind greetings, Siggi

  • SLK 230K FACELIFT (M111) CLAPPERS

Greetings, I have to contact you again with a problem. I have recently been the owner of a SLK 230 compressor in the Mopf version, mileage about 160K. I’ve noticed a strange noise in the engine compartment since the takeover. It sounds like it comes from the left of the engine compartment from the front. More precisely viewed from the left of the engine below, or from the compressor. From exactly 3000 revolutions it becomes clearly audible again. But until then not increasingly, but only from 3000 . Out of interest, I have upgraded the compressor today to take a closer look at it. It can be rotated perfectly, not a game. What surprised me a little, it is absolutely clean. No oil, nothing, as if someone had overtaken it. (See picture.) I had a comparatively old one of my previous still lying with me, this one was smeared with oil inside everywhere. My questions, should that be so, someone has heard this sound already? What I did: Compressor removed and d by hand gone crazy, no game. Camshaft adjuster plugged off and sometimes run, noise remains. Once heard with a broomstick, could also come from under the valve. (Control chain?) I upload two audios, tomorrow I do better again. • Turn signal does not work, wrench lights in dashboard

Hello, I have several trailers with 7-pin connectors. At the Ahk on the car have a 13-pin plug. So I use an adapter that is usually always in the socket on the car. For a few days the turn signal on the car no longer works and the lamp lights up in the dashboard with the wrench when the adapter is in the car and no trailer is connected. Before, the adapter has stuck at least 8000 km in the car without any problems. say what’s going on? mfg Friedel
