Hello together, after which I did not find in the search what I was looking for I want to get rid of my question now. The front parking sensors spin on my i40 station wagon. As soon as I stand, even if the car is uncoupled, the parking sensor car flashes in the display with the two middle sensors.Since I usually stand far enough away from the front man, they don’t give at least any sound. It comes funny white at the start of the car. Bite twice for a short time. Then eat away and report to start the car the next time.An error message will not be displayed.Cleaning the sensors will only bring something in the short term.At least no week will then eat again. I would be happy about answers. Greeting Rob.

Summer tires in front and winter tires in back?
Hello, A new version: I would like to mount summer tyres at the front and winter tyres at the rear soon for 2..3 months. Reason: the car is sold and it should not be upgraded by new tyres, since the price is already fixed… 1 pair of good (5.5mm) and 1 pair of less good (2.5mm profile) summer tyres are available, as well as 4 good winter tyres. Alternatively: the summer tyres with less profile on the back or the winter tyres continue (we already had yesterday…) the ADAC and my tyre dealer recommend new tires is logical, but do you have experience with this mixed tire? Greetings, Peter

Summer tire – need recommendation 🙂
Hiho, have only my first car (juhu)… At the moment the winter tires are still on it, but that should change as soon as possible Unfortunately 2 of the summer tires that were about to not really use anymore… therefore 2 new ones have to come! Have made me a little smart and made a short selection: – Dunlop SP Sport Maxx TT – Continental ContiSportContact 3 – Continental ContiPremiumContact 2 The first two have Speedindex Y, the latter has V – but what would be enough for me. W I am particularly interested in good driving characteristics, even when driving in a sporty way and optimising fuel consumption… The noise development is secondary for me… Which model would you advise me on and why? Or do you have alternative suggestions? Thank you alreadyma and greeting

Leasing car returned. Nach resale still access via BMW APP
I once wanted to share a frightening discovery. In May we returned our leased BMW I3 to the dealer. Recently the car seems to have been resold. I noticed that at once the BMW app (which I never actually used) reported that a charging process was started. This made me curious and looked at the APP. I still seem to have full access to the car. In the last few days I was able to track the different locations and charging states. I once tried to turn light on and off, according to APP the command was sent in any case. I find it frightening that BMW apparently (at least in this case) did not make sure that previous owners no longer have access to the APP. To my knowledge, as a customer in the APP, I also have no way to see who else is logged in. Thus ic h now theoretically go to the car, open it and do a lot of scraping. I will now delete the car myself, but wanted to share this realization.

Maintenance & inspection useful?
Hi Wanted an Audi leasen (2023), km stood 10,000. For 36 months and 10,000 km p.a. Now I was offered a maintenance package for 40€/mtl. Next year and next year inspections and an oil change occur at least. What are your experiences. Is that worth it?

Omega B – accident repair front axle crossbar steering gear
What’s going on when the right front wheel is violently torn to the right? Accident: Car patrols parked Omega B and captures the slightly pointing right front wheel on the tire. The Omega was pushed to the back. The ignition key was pulled off, so the steering gear should have got the full load… The front wheels now point to an external track. No longer mobile above 5km/h. Tomorrow I look under there. The suspension leg as such is hopefully still healing. The frame of the VA may also be moved or warped. Track rods, deflection levers, steering gears could be all right. Steering wheel lock dito…

Omega B – Y22XE – Swallows, then no more gas acceptance possible
Hello guys, we have a problem with an Omega B, 2,2L petrol, switch and the engine code Y22XE. The vehicle has it more often the problem that it starts strongly to jerk and then no more gas takes on. According to error memory is the throttle valve or Irgendein signal at the accelerator pedal ? The MKL starts. The error can be deleted and does not come back immediately. The problem can also usually be solved after multiple engine starts. Then the MKL also goes out. What was done ? – The hose from the valve cover to the throttle flap replaced (did not look good anymore. The frequency of the problem was felt reduced by this ) – valve cover removed and the opening cleaned – throttle flap dismantled, opening cut loose – throttle flap cleaned. If the error reappears and you connect a tester, the two above mentioned errors come out. Do you think the throttle flap is just over or would you have another tip? And can I get a lot of Does anyone want to say what this accelerator sensor could mean? Thank you for your help PS. If the error does not occur, there seems to be power. Got it on about 200 on the track for testing drive

New V70III arrived with me today 🙂
Hello Moose Driver So, after a long radio silence on my part (Knapp 5 Jahre S60) our new V70 2.5T, black, Kinetic with Bixenon, Four-C and automatic transmission arrived today. As chance I had to do a longer business ride today and I inaugurated the new V70 right away! What a car to say… What a car! I’m totally thrilled, it’s worlds of my previous S60! suspension, steering, acoustics, automatic: everything of the finest! The interior is really very well maintained and well processed, the sound system improves significantly! I am definitely looking forward to being like a small child and can’t wait to get back into the car tomorrow. I am disappointed that I only have to drive 150 km In any case, the first impression is excellent, I have already “in love” with the vehicle What more do you want?! All the love of your greyhound alias Armand

New V70 D5 – super car (but high consumption)
Hello, Last week our new V70 III was delivered. here I am very pleased with the car. EInziger negative point would be the consumption: 9.2 l/100 km with restrained driving mode. With my predecessor car (BMW 320d – 150hp) the consumption with the same track profile and the same driving mode was on average between 6.0 and 6.3 l/100km. Ok, the V70 has 35hp more power and weighs about 300 kg more (i.e. around 20% more than the BMW) and with the same engine efficiency one would then a In this case, the consumption is about 45-50% higher than the consumption usual of the 320d. What is the reason? Greetings, Pascal

Changed to Cadillac Seville STS, BJ. 2001
Hi municipality, so far I was very active in the Citroen Forum here with my C5 III’er Tourer 3.0V6. This died of the known sudden engine death at a little over 330,000km. Now I have to build a Cadillac Seville STS BJ 2001 4.6 V8. There are so many things to fix. I have enough time for this. However, I would like to start with other rims. And this should fit here 8×18 5×115 ET 48. For this I would still have from the C5 corresponding Rei In addition to this, I am also notified on the display suspension. At the moment, the vehicle is still available for inspection at the Opel dealer, where it was always in service before. Let’s see what he means about it. However, suspension maintenance notice should not be a hindrance for the TÜV or? The construction site is not quite so small, but I was aware before the purchase. Everything always a question of the purchase price. As soon as I know more, I will gladly let you know again. Until then best regards from the Hochrhein Rainer
