Moin people, I’m completely new here and would have a problem there. I had a Yamaha XVS650 97’Bj with an open exhaust and a different air. So now to the problem, the machine wanted to go for a walk after about 2Km drive I had to overtake a car of course full gas and Bam it hit a misignition no idea why, after that nothing at all as it has to run the XVS does not take a high gas bangs on only give misignitions while driving, drains off. Only mi t fully drawn choke works with ach and krach but the more gas I want to give the more it starts to stutter and choke. In idle it runs quite ok, just normal. Spark plugs were changed since the old ones were already black and partly no more dry. I am in despair help me ! =( Thanks in advance people =)

Fiesta – Suddenly everything broke…
Hello! I have had quite strange problems with my Fiesta 1.1 (Bj. 95) for a week now, which make me despair: 1.) First of all there were suddenly problems with the alternator (no function – battery is not charged). Lt. workshop alternator broken – repair does not pay off – new was installed – 300 Euro cost. Car again on Tuesday. As far as everything is ok. 2.) 50km driven, noticed that empty speed varies extremely (from almost st after a few hours call received, new alternator ok, contacts of cables were oxidized, cleaned, now ok again. (At this point of course came the thought, whether this was not already the problem before and the new alternator was unnecessary, but good). 3.) From the workshop left, after approx. 200 meters goes the M otor during the ride out (very suddenly, without previous jerking or the like). Restarted, 20 meters driven, off again. So back to the workshop (start again with every 10 meters), at the end no longer jumped at all – allegedly ignition coil broken. New ignition coil installed, immediately jumped on, 30 minutes with strong speed fluctuations in idle run, run out again. Get a call today, all 4 spark plugs totally broken, will be replaced tomorrow. And what then again is I don’t think I want to know anymore… Can there be any connection between the problems with the alternator and the sudden engine problems? I would like to note that I bought the car about 6 weeks ago, made a purchase check at the ÖAMTC, they said everything in top condition, absolutely no defects (and there everything is checked to my knowledge, even the whole electrical system).

I have one question. My mk3 is very hard to get out of the way, so I wanted to ask if and how I can make my motor a little stronger (hp richer). It’s going way too slow for me. Oil pan rusted through?
Hello together! I have the following question: Who of you has ever had problems with a rusted oil tank with a 2000 MK5 1.3 Endura? With mine the outer layers of the oil tank easily dissolve. The FFH thinks that this would only be from 3-4 thin layers and that would be through soon. The car has now 110tkm down. So far no oil runs out, it is absolutely dense. Does the FFh just want to rip me off? Are there really problems with rusting already after 6 years? What would pass If I continue with this and wait until you really see oil running out, what would it take to change the oil pan? Thank you for your help, Olaf.

Moin together! I sold my Ford Fiesta about 1 week ago! The car was BJ 99 and was driven by my grandpa for 5 years and 2000 km. Then I got the car two years ago and I christened it now with 38,000 km. Before I left TÜV and Asu on it! The buyer wants to negotiate a price reduction now, because allegedly shock absorbers and crossbars have to be replaced… At the TÜV nothing was said about it!!! And 38,000 km is a bit little bit for He wants to send me a report but I don’t trust it! What do you think? Have a nice Sunday still Lord

Buy used with repaired damage?
I have to buy a Mercedes in the next few days. I only want to buy from a dealer and with the “Young Stars” warranty. Some models had a very attractive price and when I called I also knew why. On my own every dealer immediately pointed out that the vehicle had an accident damage, which (mostly) was directed in the own workshop. In addition they always gave me the price of the repair. Currently I have two driving times uge with identical equipment and almost identical mileage, both with repaired hail damage (the one about 1000 euros the other was over 5000 euros I think, so much higher). In the end it costs one vehicle almost 4000 euros less than the other. Now I am unsure, especially in case of repaired damage. Can it not be that something has been overlooked and I notice that only after a few weeks? How about the guarantee? Should I rather spend (clearly) more money uge with identical equipment and almost identical mileage. and buy an accident-free vehicle or can I just access something like a repaired hail damage? There should be no more than that now the paint layers are different thick, right?

Hello first of all I am 21 and trainee, which is why I am of course also looking for a car that is economical. same age BMW 3er significantly cheaper than A4 ?
Dear forum, after some consideration I decided a few weeks ago for the model A4 Avant as next car and started to look (Rhein-Main area). 2.0 TDI with 136 or 143 hp, BJ 09-11, 100 – 125 tkm and a few simple extras like seating and PDC. And important: Only 1 previous owner – that also limits a bit. In the meantime I mean to have identified the price range of approx. 16.000 – 17.500 EUR as the usual market level. of course, there are other extras. I’m also ready to spend. Everything ok. So far. A BMW fan is in my ears now, that there are comparable 318d (and perhaps also occasionally 320d) for 14,000 – 16,000 EUR and actually can be found quite easily such offers. What’s going on? What is this about? I find the 3rd grds. great and started my considerations with that too, but am then out of worry about problems with the rear drive in winter (live in Taunus = In addition, I believe that the three is more expensive in insurance for the motorizations in question, but this probably only makes up 100 EUR per year and cannot explain the price difference.
