    Hello, I need a little help. I filled motor oil in my scooter on the weekend and maybe it was a bit stormy and it got a little bit more than usual. Now I noticed today that under my scooter is a small oil puddle. I removed it and I noticed this tube for the first time. From this seems to drop the oil. My question is now: Does the hose belong to an overflow or should this tube be somewhere and is it now nic The eyelet, which is there, would speak for it iwie.   • Switch the battery?

    I’ve had my battery tested, because start/stop has been switched off by the battery management, the battery is 5 years old and I’m about to go to relatively lonely areas (Northern countries) and can’t use any start problems. The workshop said that the battery is completely ok, I don’t have to worry…. But if I look at the protocol (see installation), I find the status already borderline or how do you see it?

  • Workshop causes engine damage

    Moin people, on my 116i 2009 N43B20 the control chain was to be changed. Costs according to KVA 600€, then according to the call it should suddenly cost just over 1000€. Today I was called and said the car was finished. There was first told me the engine had run out during the test drive and now is stuck and would cause me further costs, because they have to take the engine apart now. The engine was in a 1a condition, only the chain was slightly hung, was also I wonder what they have done, that the engine is completely fixed. They claim that the 5W40 engine oil used is to blame, or that fine plastic residues from the old sliding rails of the control chain could have blocked the oil channels. What can I do now? Do I have to sue them? Do I have to sue the Rech to pay for the tax chain of over €1,000?

  • OT: decommissioned vehicle: letter not correctly registered?

    Moin, I bought my car in the middle of May. The car was temporarily shut down, I re-registered it. At the registration I was now correctly registered as a holder and everything – only, as I noticed today, the stamp and the date for re-opening is missing in the field “decommissioning” – so there is a set-down stamp, but no re-opening stamp, which the registration office probably missed, or I didn’t get that clearly enough gt (even if the green paper, which makes the decommissioning clear, has been removed from the letter etc.) The real problem now is that I am currently doing about 500km from home civilian service, with six-day week, so hardly at a time at home and near my registration office, at which it opened. Otherwise I would just call and pass there and then clarify this personally. Could there be any consequences, if the car so to speak not 100% wi I mean, FZ notes and co. did I, license plates, insurance… I suppose they just forgot to document the re-entry in the letter with a stamp. Is that, sometimes quite stupidly asked, important for something? Timely critical? I want to have it professionally prepared now and would like to make some minor changes, which should not change the character of the car ! Question 1: Why does my car have a black mini Rock on ? Is the protection ? Or extra ? Is that rather cool, or uncool ? Let on, or take off ? Question 2: Are these rims rather cool or completely Shice ? A friend of mine thinks that these are just the original rims and thus also cult ! Another meant: “Get another rims”. What do you mean ?     Hello guys, I know some will hit me now… have come TT-R 3.2 in papaya orange. Had a TT-R before with 1.8T 132 kw. But the new one is the hammer… with DSG and complete equipment.
