Oil pressure / timing belt with 1.2 liter petrol
Hello to each other, our Crossland X with approx. 40tKm from 2018 (model year 2019 according to VIN “J” brought at the cold start the error message “no oil pressure” plus motor lamp etc.. After turn off and restart everything well. After 2-3 of these morning scare customers drove to the FOH. No exact diagnosis, car would have to stay in the workshop until next week, then Monteur comes out of the holiday and kicks. It is a PSA engine, so I suspect the timing belt. As far as I know, ha t PSA yes ne Kulanzregierung. Does this also apply to Opel? Did anyone have similar problems? Greetings, Rico.

1.2 Petrol oil pressure low
Hello to the round, the Crossland X of my mother-in-law had now also the well-known problem with low oil pressure. Car was towed to the local Opel dealer. Probably the timing belt has of course dissolved. Now a few questions, to those who had the problem before: 1. How Kulant is Opel with the repair? 2. Will only the timing belt be replaced and the oil sieve cleaned or is also sought for possible damage, which can be caused by lack lubrication and the oil truck icy run cleaned? 3. Is the new belt better then and lasts a little longer or do you simply have to change the thing every three years? Pair of data about the car: 2019 year 110 hp 1.2 petrol automatic gapless with Opel stitch stitched approx.60 tkm Luckily he still has up to 2026 used car warranty but there is a little self-retention (therefore the question of culantry). Greetings and thanks Michael

Tyre holder for the ceiling
Hello, I am looking for ceiling mounts for the storage of summer or winter tyres. I only have the ceiling as free space in my garage, but find nothing suitable in the net. Maybe there is a tip here. I have a kind of push-push locking mechanism in mind, with which you can lock the tyres relatively easily on the ceiling. Greeting G.R.

Fan nozzle too weak at i20 GB BJ 04/2015
Since April 2015 I have the new Hyundai i20 1.4 CRDi. The windscreen washer system is a rigid fan nozzle. Unfortunately, this sprays already in the stand just once to the half window height. This winter I had on the highway from Berlin to Munich with snow and ice suddenly only a minimal sight slit just above the steering wheel: hell! Now a Hyundai workshop has on guarantee replaced the fan nozzle. Result: rather worse!!! The workshop manager says he would have e the problem already reported to Hyundai: so far no reaction! Unfortunately he can’t do anything for me anymore… But: Although this is only a small deficiency – he can be life threatening (see above)! Does anyone have any advice? WOLLKORB Munich

Mazda 6 GJ purchase advice
Hello together, I need a new vehicle and I can’t decide. Mazda 6 2.0 petroler Built 2015/2016 145ps/165 ps (depending on what I find for my budget of about 22,000 Eur) or the C class of Mercedes Built 2012 (also petroler). About the C class there is quite a lot of information on the net. Unfortunately I find hardly anything about the Mazda. Is the new model robust? What are the flaws of the car? Thank you!

After recall action funny vibrating / window lifter broken
Moin, I had my Mazda on Monday in a contract workshop regarding the replacement of the gas encoder driver and passenger airbag. Since then my autom. window lifter passenger and rear no longer work. Driver side works without problems. Besides, I have the first ~10-20 stops after start a funny vibration when I brake and almost came to a stop (whereby it doesn’t matter whether I have a gear in it or am idle) and my tachometer goes all the time from about 500 to 1 000 turns back and forth. But the whole thing lies down after a few seconds and then comes up again at the next stop. But after a few stops then also disappeared. What could that be? What you might have to say about it: When I picked up the car, the spare light burned. I don’t know if this could have anything to do with it. Thought first that would be because he had almost no more gasoline. Problem exists in any case even after refueling! Do you have anything to do with the procedure? Does it seem strange to me. Contact the workshop again? Yes, right? Thank you for the help.
