Hello together, today I tried it for a long time with rim cleaner, bath cleaner, chrome cleaner and polish to get my rims clean. But unfortunately without much success. That with the 1 shows the rim before cleaning, the 2 after cleaning. What can I do there. That bothers me immensely that the car top is clean, but the rims rot. As much as I know these rims would be used as winter wheels, ….. I still have the steel wheels with the original wheel caps.

Search Sports exhaust for W123 230CE
Hi together I’m looking for a sports exhaust for my 230CE.Since I was driven in the back the day before yesterday, my exhaust is now defective and I have to buy a new one.Why not just a sports exhaust? Not one where you start the engine and think the world goes down. Rather a subtle one of the nen bischen “bubbert“.I find unfortunately not a single one for my car.Please help me. W215/W220 even suitable for traffic???
Hello to all the S-Class and CL-drivers, I’m going to drive an Audi A6 and I’m so happy about it! My dream was actually always an S-Class or maybe a CL, I wanted to fulfill this dream now and thought about a nice 500 model but honestly still undecided if CL or S. I thought until recently that I will get a robust, comfortable, safe and high-quality room glider with one of these models, which is not exactly the cheapest in maintenance but only little or no extra-planned workshop visits needed. Now I’ve been browsing this forum for a few days now and I have to say that the disenchantment is getting more and more packed. I have an old W116 in the garage with 245,000 Km the car still has the first gearbox and runs perfectly. But at the W220 it seems to be a huge weak spot just like the air cruiser has to be discussed again. If there is actually a coulance regulation with Mercedes and up to how much KM this applies. Or can a good happen that a Daimler can cost of just 100,000 K?

Change of spark plugs
Good evening friends of the S-class, soon my car will have the ASSYST A. Have looked at the work on WIS. It is manageable.The mileage is currently approx. 107000km. The spark plugs have not been changed to date, so the first ones are still ex works ( BJ 1999 ). When driving there are no irregularities to feel. Since 15000km I drive additionally with car gas ( LPG ). Also here no irregularities. Now my question: Is it useful to switch spark plugs just because it prescribes a service interval?I do not want to exchange a working part simply because it provides for some plan. It would be different if there were problems. I am curious about your opinions. Experiences about the standing times of the ignition plugs with your vehicles would be interesting for me. Note: I do not need answers like: S-class driving, but not able to entertain… etc. If I hadn’t been able to afford the S-Class, I would not have thought about it would have been a good thing to do for them.

So far the choice has come to a close: Corolla Verso Opel Zafira Citroen Picasso C4 (5 seater) Renault Grand Scenic XXL VW Touran I am looking for the raised seat position, large trunk, easy loading, comfortable driving. 5 seats are enough, I am not a racing driver. Spicy of the Picnic is ok for me. Important is the reliability. This bothers me a little about the Corolla: the quality should have decreased or the lead before other models has shrunk. Hello you outside, have the following question and hope one can help me further: Drive a R19 convertible, Bj 94. Have a central locking system with remote control. Also a factory immobilizer. Unfortunately I no longer have a plip. A friend of mine has a decoding box with the corresponding plips. For “small money” I could acquire this and use my central locking system again without a key. However, my friend does not know how to exchange the decoding box! Where is this box actually located and how expensive is the exchange? Think if I go to Renault I will pass on the resulting costs. Temperature B3
What temperature of cooling water are the B3’s running with? Since yesterday the display in the AI (Temp.-Fühler was a wrong one) works with me again. After 3 – 4 km it shows 80 °C, but then increases hardly any more with moderate load, even after 11 km the engine was stable at good 80 °C. Heating is relatively fast after the cold start, so I suspect that the thermostat works. Of the “newer” cars I am used to that they always come to 90 °C temperature, and they also keep them strictly.

Car starts only with gas and jerks in idle
Hello dear community, I have again a problem with my Twingo (Bj 2014, almost 35000 km) Since the weekend it only starts when I give gas. During the ride there are no abnormalities. Only if I stand at the traffic light I have to give constantly light, because he otherwise like a tractor is jerking and threatens to go out. Was with the symptoms already in the workshop where they changed the battery. At first with success. Only now it is just worse. Was today again in the workshop and got only on 6.03. a date ???? He meant it might be on the steering chain but I think that is improbable, or? Maybe spark plugs or something? I have no idea and fear to be pulled over the table. Maybe you have an idea. Cooler does not start
Hello you love, After a long time of desperate and not helping looking I’m here now. The following, I have nn twingo c06, 1.2 16v, After finally the craft has found an end and everything was grouchy, we have now the next problem….The cooler no longer jumps:… Fan fan turns free, we pull the plug from the thermo sensor and start the box runs the cooler…. Plug back in does not go… Thermo sensor is changed..No change… We have invested so much annoying and time in the ball to fix all the mistakes and problems and now the cooler breaks the neck…Haare gray coloring we don’t need anymore…. After we have invested so much time now should not fail in the problem. Maybe one of you can continue to help.
