Hello dear motor-talkers, as you can already guess at the caption play with me just the PS-hormones crazy. and if the hormones play crazy the head sets out to be a big deal. here the object of my desire I come from the c-class forum and would now like to ascend to the s-liga. my consideration was: with the gas system the upper class is really affordable and after reading here in the forum I have become very skeptical whether I am there because of the low anschafffun Gspreis and the small car-moderate sprit/gas-costs might have made up a milk girl bill. I mean if the km should be right and no maintenance stump is due should the workshop stays in the frame keep or is the s-class in the age no longer what I imagine under it? that the car looks a bit (ok quite) good also noticed to me, but I think I can manage with it. thank you already for your hopefully coming beitr äge, and if criticism is necessary to approach my loved ones then don’t save with it and open my eyes 😉

W220 S350 Inspection – Prices not a little too high?!
Hello, our S 350 W220 from 2005 with now only 34 TKM was yesterday at Mercedes for inspection. The spark plugs were exchanged (the master said every 4 years or 90 TKM must be changed).Prices: 26 ZE á 10 Euro = 260,00 Euro plus VAT! Spark plug 12 St. á 11,47 Euro = 137,59 Euro plus VAT Total: 397,59 Euro plus VAT = 473,13 Euro The fuel oil has been changed (must probably also be made every 4 years).Prices: 7 ZE á 10 Euro = 70,00 Euro plus VAT Fuel oil r 1 St. á 106,05 Euro plus VAT Small material 7,- EuroTotal: 183,04 Euro plus VAT = 218,82 Euro The air filter has also been renewed.Prices: 7 ZE á 8,70 Euro = 60,90 Euro plus VAT Filter insert 1 St. á 53,52 Euro plus VATTotal: 114,42 Euro plus VAT = 136,14 Euro These 3 positions seem to be particularly high! Are these prices normal?

Clean the disk – with what?
Hello to each other, this is now my first post here in the forum and – as indicated in the title, it is about cleaning a disc (the rear window of my W resp. V220). Due to a leak in the garage roof the “brothers” siffles for days on the rear window. Today, after I have noticed this, I reached for the usual tools (glass cleaner) and had to find that these “water” stains cannot be obtained from the glass. Also on the disc frame stains have formed t and – also these defy my cleaning actions. No idea about which acid mix the rainwater became. Does anyone of you possibly have a bomben house remedy for the disc (glass) or is there special cleaner for car windows? The colleagues A*ax, Si*olin etc. I already through… Ok – and now I have written a lassiter for such a crap. Sorry. Greetings and thanks

W220 – rear climate blows hot & cold
Hello everybody, climate is a must these days – would be nice if it would work properly. 1.) In the rear it does unfortunately only 50% – even if I put it to a minimum, it blows cold on the right, but always hot on the left. 🙁 What can this be? 2.) In the front it is ok, but the temperature indicator seems to me to be about 5 degrees too high. Can you adjust that somehow? Ice-cooled greetings Holger

Drift oil change according to Tim Eckhard method Raum Hagen
Hello people I picked a workshop from the HP in weather (Ruhr) because there is no one in Hagen. Had yesterday the appointment fixed price 250€ all inclusive he told me at the phone. When I arrived I saw 2 man operated but master business super nice the people fan there has been about . 2hd took because he also explained a lot to me. To the run. First cleaned in driven about 20min, fresh gear oil chased through and always switched after until clean oil came out but before so a n dirty oil really black. Geared oil pan agreed no chips, said looks super out plug changed oil filter changed and seal everything back on oil stood optimized and finished it. And 250€ changed the owner. To the result I had no big problems except in cold condition at high gear and give a bit more gas came a vibration from the gearbox the circuit itself was okey and now everything is gone no vibration more circuit has become super soft and v iel directer or i imagining this but have not yet been able to drive much. aja it is a S320cdi bj 11/2004 151000km below the workshop is called car master plant Andreas Flanz

Suffering topic H7 pear burned out
Hello, it’s time again, after not even 4 years 2x the light bulbs in the front (abbreviation light, let each two pears change, incl. curve light bulbs) have been changed, as far as an old well-known, elaborate and relatively expensive topic with my mode (EZ 1/2005, my last change cost me, as far as I had recovered from my fainting so to the 180,- EUR for a bulb change!). Since the topic was discussed already several times here, I once in different Other directions thought: 1. Xenon-Birnen 2. LED-“Birnen” 3. “Downgrade” on H4 4. additional daytime driving light. I assume that it probably needs completely new headlights for 1. to 3. – there are these at all for retrofitting for the mode and what would all this cost about? Why H4? I had with my previous cars, although H4 supposedly hotter, worse etc. are never such a problem that I have constantly burned pears (even with my old kla not ppprigen R4) 🙁 Zu 4.: Is an extension useful or possible here and what would that cost about? In addition, I would like to note that fog lamps are already in the bumper, as far as this could be relevant.
