Hello! I bought a used car, but 200km away from my place of residence. Now a small part is defective (wipe water nozzle) and the dealer (Hyundai dealer) denies me the repair at another workshop. It is clear that a repair where we bought the car is free. But we would chase senseless 60€ fuel through the tank, which soon exceeds the repair value! Now we have with the purchase contract no warranty conditions under And I wonder if we can just have the car repaired somewhere else and send the invoice to our dealer? What’s the legal basis?
