  • App Connect Activation in the vehicle

    Hello together, I have a new VW T-Cross Bj 10/2020. So far the App Connect Activation went over the dealer but from October you have to do this yourself in the vehicle in the SHop. After many attempts I finally became the main user and could activate AppConnect. The 260 EUR were debited from me yesterday. But now still “activation is running” in the shop at App-Connect. Can someone tell me how long this takes or has to do something else ??? Vie Le Greetings Peter

  • Error fault Motor control lamp undervoltage

    Hello together, I always have the same problems with my T-Cross Active that always concerns the engine control light. The car was read out several times in the workshop with control unit and parts replacement. The car always goes into the undervoltage. Lt. VW or statement from my car dealership there is no solution to get the problem under control. It is only the question until the error occurs again. For such a car which sometimes costs slightly over 25000 Euro, it can nevertheless It’s not that there are mistakes that cannot be solved by VW. As a VW customer, you’re really being made by them. Do you have similar experiences?? Actually, you can only warn any potential car buyer to buy a car from the xx group. I also know a T-Cross driver with the special United model. In about the same error picture. Engine control light error undervoltage. Only what is more noticeable is that the safety systems nic ht work like Lane Assist, front camera etc. How are your experiences? Is something like this also known here?

  • VW T-Cross Track keeping assistant jerks

    Hi everybody, I’m new here and I have a question right away. We drive a VW T Cross , this one had to go to the workshop today because one side of the ventilation does not work . I noticed a rental car, a VW Taigo . Now I noticed that while driving at VW Taigo the track Halten Assistent reacts differently . If I cross with the VW T Cross a middle strip in a curve or on the highway when I hit the middle strip on the highway and run over vibrie rt the VW T Cross and pulls slightly to the right. With the car rental VW Taigo this is not vibrating, but you notice a uniform counter pressure, I asked at VW because the car is in the workshop. However, the Lord meant that it is all normal. There are two different cars. I feel the vibrating at VW T Cross unpleasantly annoying, I notice that it is different. Does someone perhaps have the same problem?

    Hello together, in (at the latest) two months I have to buy a new car, because my company car leasing contract unfortunately expires. I looked around, what I get for my budget in the area of diesel-combis. I then somehow got stuck at the Laguna III Grand Tour and at the BMW 5er Touring – even if you can of course not compare the vehicles directly with each other. But wants to put this here provocatively to the discussion and get some tips from you. I have read some articles, but I have not yet become quite clever despite my search. Here are roughly the frame data, for which you can also find corresponding offers at mobile.de & Co: The choice is therefore for me: Of course, the Lagunas are newer and have possibly fewer kilometers, for that there are send 6-cylinders at the BMW stop. The question is, when is a Laguna “through”. With good care 5 Series BWM hold several hundred thousand km, with the Renault I have no experience, The maintenance costs will certainly be higher with BMW, in certain limits I am also willing to pay them, but now it is also about comparing with the Laguna. If you say that the Laguna can still be driven with higher mileage for a long time and with little repair costs, this would of course be a strong argument per Renault… Is just a decision head vs. heart… Oh yes: I plan to drive the car about 3 years, mileage about 15tkm/year.   • Renault Laguna II PH. 1 2005 – Much too high consumption and question to the on-board computer

    Good evening, I bought a Laguna 2 Ph1 2005 1.6 107hp 133000km. According to fuel monitor etc. it does not consume much. Short look into the onboard computer and I thought of the blow. According to the onboard computer a consumption of 11.4l. Got it with 11.4l consumption. I drive with approx. 1900-2000U/min, accelerate not too hastily, switch 2-3m in the 1st GANG into the 2nd gear, at 25-30km/h into the 3rd gear and below 50km/h in the 4th. Drive 80% inside short distances, but 11.4l Su per for the car is not much, but exploitation. The car was a workshop car for customers etc. who left their car there and otherwise on behalf of the workshop on the way. My question now, can one put the on-board computer on 0? So reset, so that the on-board computer comes to factory condition. MfG

  • Radar traps

    Dear community, I don’t drive a car very often, but when I drive it it’s 1,000 km long distance (between AT and Lux, respectively Lux and AT)… Unfortunately, sometimes a “malheur” happens to me, so that I tap into a radar trap (you can recognize it by lightning). My car has lux. license plates and neither Luxembourg and D nor Lux. and AT there is a legal agreement, m.W. after. This has the “advantage” for me of course, that I don’t have to pay any penalties, since I don’t have any mail from the deuts But now I have a question. Let’s assume that I am stopped by the German or Austrian police, does this mean that I have to pay all the offences on the spot, or how should I understand that? When do the bus fees expire? If I change the license plates, should I theoretically be out of trouble or? Just so that you don’t misunderstand me, I’m not a danger to the general public. However, it happens more often that I drive 140 – 150 km/h instead of 130 (predominantly on the road at night).

  • Laguna 3 Grandtour 2.0 cdi 110kw

    Hi dear Comunity, I am looking for a new family coach there is the Laguna 3 ph2 Grandtour (Bj11) in my eye. Would you like to know your opinion about it you can buy such a Laguna or there are big problems because the predecessors model were not exactly reliable already enough of the current car plagued (Vectra C 1.9cdti AT6). Now data from Laguna Bj 11 with 49t on the speedometer in the GT Bose equipment and I would like to drive it also up to 200t, Is that possible or are the engines and transmissions not so ware.   • Change the steering wheel on the W220 or don’t you prefer it?

    Today I ordered a new steering wheel for 500 €, because my old one doesn’t look so nice anymore. The leather is in a not so tingling antracite and above and below it is covered with root wood. The contrast to my inner room color Java (bright beige) is quite “nice” because the upper amature board has the same color, but I was never so excited about it. As I said now there is a steering wheel in complete Java, top and bottom with root wood and the multifunctional keys e If it is supposed to be Maybach style, see picture Now my question: How do I build the steering wheel best, what do I need in tools etc because I have no WIS I would be grateful for any help. Or rather leave the “friendly” to the conversion?
