I bought the Alpine 3553 from my buddy today with say and write 4*35 Watt RMS, I thought that would make the net louder than my radio but pustekuchen—such a horny sound, which makes even louder than my old one supposed to have 4*70 Watt RMS. You are the best one can only listen to you. That’s so horny and with only 35 W RMS how does it work????? Are I ever saying that 35 W RMS???? Hi, at ebay there are currently many older amplifiers offered by Hifonics. Would you like to know how to estimate the quality. I heard that the older things of Hifonics are better than the new ones, since they were still made in the USA, is that true? Search for a potent 2-channel stage for my X-ion 12″. I have in mind the following: Zeus VII: 2 x 300W rms @ 4 Ohm 2 x 450W rms @ 2 Ohm 1 x 900W rms @ 4 Ohm There are no switch functions mentioned in the offer. And what about the damping factor? Maybe one of you is familiar with it (I’m confident there is). …and is there something similar in the price range up to 250-300€, which would fit better? Thank you very much already

I have so slow n problem…have a 30s kicker solo-baric, closed housing, in the case room and as the end stage ne jackson ax-820. tjo now I have the same kicker a second time. and the jackson I will probably have to sell. do you think a wanted 2/300 is enough for the two subs? or ne sinus live 3002? more expensive it really can not be… or yet 2 x jackson ax-820? ^^

Hello Would you have intresses to build a soundboard yourself? I did it and it looks really great like the original shelf. If you want to build one only asks me. Can give tips and tricks. Mine only cost about 35 € matrial. and ~4 hours of work. Unfortunately I still have no photos. P.S. a board in the specialist store with original look costs depending on model 250 € without speaker.

Hello! I finally got my phase Linear Audiophile Six front speaker and installed it immediately. However, I find the sound to puke (sorry, I have to write it this way!). Do I do something wrong, or do I have to get used to the sound first? If I let the Auto-EQ run off from my Pioneer, then it just corrects me a little the height down and that’s it, otherwise it doesn’t change anything. Does everything seem to be very line from the frequency response But that’s exactly what I don’t understand. Something is missing from the sound. Was then with my CarHifi dealer on site and that once heard rehearsal. He said that if I had bought the things from him, he would have changed them to me immediately. At the price (549€) I actually expected more. And now my main question: I still have the Magnat amplifier on it (accurate lack of money). Does another final stage really matter so much in the sound(!)? Is it perhaps due to d He Magnat, that all this sounds so funny? Please HELP me, I am in despair with the things!

Hi, in parallel to my question about a clever subwoofer I have to find a new power amplifier. I had the Kenwood KAC-848 in it now, not so bad at all. Because of some scratches and since it brings me more than I paid, I sell it now. I then have a maximum of 120€ for a power amplifier. And I already know the Wanted but I don’t want to save 40€ anymore. So again a 4-channel, first was planned 2-channel + monoblock, which is a front system and a sub antr I’ve really fallen in love with you ! And that’s here ! The final stage is from a good manufacturer , has plenty of power for what I will have in the car , looks awesome and the price is right too . Unfortunately , unfortunately already over – but there will be one soon . Otherwise I have picked out the following : -Helix -Ground Zero What do you say ? Thanks and fG , ms

Yesterday I got my Alpine 7894RB and of course I installed it immediately. The radio certainly has its charms (it has often been praised here in the forum), otherwise I would not have bought it. However, I find it almost frightening for this price, which is not a dot matrix display installed. I had a JVC KD-SH99R (one of the first ever) and am used to relatively many settings and a comparatively good diplay (e.g. brightness regulation display in 10 Schrit) I also find it bad, that if the next song is selected for the first 2 seconds only song number and folder number are displayed and not immediately the name of the song or similar. (I don’t remember which of the 150 songs on a CD in folder 20 is number 12). With my “criticism” I don’t want to make the alpine worse than it is, but just point out weaknesses. The radio costs a whole rod of money and is considered a high-end device. With the technical refinements I will be busy in the next few days (LZK) and then write something about it again. So long…

ICh heard that you should play subwoofers, how far is that true? If that were the case then it would certainly be in the instruction of the subwoofers, right? Besides, I connected the sub to 100 Watt sine, so I can’t burden it completely. What do you think about that???
