On Sunday there was an interesting article in the Sat1 car magazine on the topic of overtaking … “WEN wanted to taste it.” There was also the “Rügen-Sache” mentioned, but only on the edge. Much more emphasis was placed on how everyday “very dangerous” the overtaking is practically implemented on our roads. It is overtaken, cut in fast-track sections … almost always dangerous … and far too often with consequences of accidents. Also a “self-test” was shown …. with documen … cameras hidden in the minibus. The minibus drove at the highest possible speed (so nothing with Schleicher) a distance in which the overtaking was forbidden…. It was overtaken by whole columns of vehicles formerly behind it. Some of these drivers were then questioned about their dangerous offense … the ignorant often arrogant answers spoke for themselves … “I always do this like this”, “I decide whether overtaking ban applies or not”, “I can’t do what … On the other hand, only … much more controls, much higher financial and applied driving ban penalties … this clientele likes to pay every penalty … money that the state can use well … so he can get it from voluntary donors Greeting Q

Driver’s license?!?!
Hi, I only have a short question, and hope for a quick answer, unfortunately I have no idea where I should put this question otherwise:P earlier was claimed in a discussion that theoretically I could be deprived of the license from the pole if I was clearly too fast, but neither laser nor any other technical whitening agent would have been in use… i.e. by pure appreciation of the officials… would the pole would not be in the obligation of proof and would have to prove to me that I was too fast was?! is even a fine possible, because of speed overrun??? hope for quick answer, thank you

bonnet snaps up on the highway..
Day together! Can’t believe it yet… After my father had to leave his BMW this morning (water pump seems to be broken) he got the Jaguar of a workmate. So he drove to the gas station during the day. (He’s in the field service/customer service) The tanker informed him that his bonnet was not completely closed. My father looked, she wasn’t completely locked in. He pressed her hands so that she snapped in audiblely, and also opti He went off again, on the highway, accelerated to about 130km/h, at the moment, according to his statement, the bonnet ripped up in a set, knuckled back away, the windshield got several cracks. Fortunately, he could drive relatively quietly on the stand strip, was enough space. Then he saw the full extent, the dampers were completely torn out, the hood had spread, bumps and bends in several places, the disc was torn several times, on the roof There are pictures here The whole thing went well, had quite a bit of luck…How can something like this happen? The car is neither old nor badly cared for. The question is above all: Who is now responsible for this damage?! How can it be that it is completely out of print? Normal you have to unlock it from the inside, from the outside also again.

BAB frenzy with NSL – (no) a cavalier offense?
Hi, since I have been travelling a lot on German motorways because of my job, I notice that the majority of the contemporaries, who have turned on the fog lamp despite sufficient visibility, do not adhere to the then permissible maximum speed of 50 km/h, but partially exceed it by up to 120 km/h. At the same time I notice that these speed crossings are apparently rarely punished. T?

The Stralsund Regional Court considered it proven that the 24-year-old on 4 June caused the death of four 18-year-olds with a risky overtaking maneuver.
