Hello! I have to think slowly about which winter tires I get (235/40/18 come to the summer rim). After the tyre tests I found so there are Dunlop Wintersport 3D and Continental 830 P (810 S) quite far ahead. Dunlop I drove last winter on a different car in 205/65/15 and was very satisfied with it. Continental is also very recommendable, I have always driven in summer and was very satisfied. I wanted a I have read in an ADAC test that the Dunlop should have more wear than the Conti (810), Michelin should also be very durable. Here I have read somewhere that the Conti should wear more than Michelin and thus almost the same as Dunlop somehow contradictory…. What experiences have you had? At Conti I would tend to tend to the 810 S, although the older one is (I think….) or what is recommended?

How much air pressure?!!
Hello guys, a few weeks ago I bought a Touareg with the tire size 285/35- 22 inches and have a question. Is there a professional among you or a motor-talk user among us who also drives the same car with the tire dimension? Can you please write me what air pressure I can drive or should?!The friendly one near me had 4.2Bar in the rear and front of the tires and that is defensively too much of my opinion!! In my opinion, the 3bar in the front are too few. Or can you recommend me links where you can ask for the airfruck. That was the case with the kumho tyres of my convertible that I had. Well, I am very much at the right air pressure from which I also control more often, but unfortunately I don’t know the right one and hope for your help. Have a nice weekend for all of you.

DRIVERS under the influence of alcohol and drugs are threatening to lose their driving licence…
Quotation: Court confirms withdrawal of driving licences for passengers Passengers under the influence of alcohol and drugs must expect to lose their driving licences in a police control. However, the prerequisite for this is that both the consumption of alcohol and cannabis can be proven to the controller. As the Administrative Court of Stuttgart reported, the Verwaltungsgerichtshof (VGH) dismissed a man’s complaint against a corresponding judgment of the Verwaltungsgericht vom vergan The 23-year-old had filed a complaint against the immediate withdrawal of his driving licence ordered by the Landratsamt Böblingen in September 2005. The man had been checked by the police as a passenger in February. A blood examination revealed 1.39 promille and the reference to regular cannabis consumption. The administrative court ruled that the Landratsamt had decided to give the 23-year-old a driving licence. The court further argued that the withdrawal of the driving licence was permissible even without a medical-psychological opinion. The court did not allow the objection of the 23-year-old that he had been a passenger in the incident and that he had therefore been able to separate between consumption and driving. In view of the general danger to the general public by the participation of the man, the court did not allow the court to apply. There is a public interest in driving the driver’s license.

Winter tires: Where the better ones?
Meal, the question arises again and again as in the subject…the answers to it usually: a) The workshops and popular opinion: The better forward b) The opinion of the traffic clubs, ADAC etc., the better backward, because they hold the rear axle in the track, or a push over the front axle is easier controllable than a breaking tail. Purely from the driving behavior, variant b is obvious for me, however, how can it be seen when braking, or closing. Is the question in which area you should put the weighting?. Are there any known experiences/examinations? Personal opinions are of course also welcome. Greetings

Are these winter tires?
Hello, I have a stupid question. My dad got a omega a. With (according to the seller) summer tires. However, it is on the tire M&S. (where I mean to have heard that the nothing has to be ironed) But there is no symbol with this snowflake in the triangle or circle (know grad net which of the two symbols is normal) The tires are also direction bound, which is typical for winer tires, but does not necessarily indicate that it is WR with another picture of the profile, so I think that there is no WR there. But I am grateful for every advice. MFG Marcus
