  • Does a sub kickbass bring?

Hi 2 all have a few questions: 1.)What does this look like, but you usually separate the sub around or at 70 heart upwards, or? 2.)Do you have to specify a frequency from which the woofer starts??So to say, the frequencies from 30 heart?? Because so 15 heart or so can not give again anyway!! 3.)Produces then a subwoofer actually a little kickbass or not at all!!! I heard that the sub probably should not produce a kickbass, since the kickbass ortb ar for the ear is !! Is that true? Mfg

  • Heaved over the ear??? Vibrating tires

Moin people! The following situation: I bought used rims & tires for my Toyota Picnic and added them yesterday. In addition I bought and built up centrings. Today I went to the TÜV to register the rims and had no problems. During the ride I noticed however that it was slightly bumping (even from 30 kmh). I then drove to a tyre workshop chain (which I don’t want to name) and wanted to have the rims balanced. But I already after an hour and told myself that a balancing is not possible. The bumping comes from the high blow and for this the tires are responsible. The high blow should even be on all four tires. So he recommended me new tires, which I would of course have got there for a proud price, but I refused thankingly. What do you think, was I hit by the rim purchase or did the tyre dealer want to make a good deal? Gruss, xsenon

  • Tires run down to the steel wire, before 2000km 4mm profile.

Also look at the attached pictures! To the history, the car is a VW Polo. BJ ’98, 219,000km, first owner, accident-free, is driven only by my wife, 50% highway, 50% country road. It drives very restrained, the car consumes not even 7 liters although already so old. Tyre size is 175 / 65R13T. It developed a noise, like a starting wheel bearing damage. The workshop changed the one wheel bearing front to the right. The noise was then partly away. We had to change the wheel bearing at the front left. That didn’t help, and we didn’t have to pay for the other wheel bearing either. The noise wasn’t gone yet. VW Workshop Master: Mmmm… A defective gear bearing sounds different. A differential noise is load dependent, and that’s not so. Yes, well, then we don’t know. Load us the tyres at the front and back times to exchange. That brought about about 60% remedy. His recommendation: soon must And then see if the noise is completely gone. That was now before 2000km. There were all four tires normal, 3..4mm profile. Maybe every time 2000km didn’t check his tires, I think. Today my wife brought the car back from the workshop, with the summer tires in the cargo compartment. That hit me! We are not such gypsies, that we deliberately drive the tires to the steel! That was of course very dangerous. That’s in 2 Like the one good tire (picture 2), all four tires looked like that before 2000km! I saw it myself. Unfortunately, I don’t know for sure whether the tires were in front or in the back, but I think in front, because the noise came from the front. The disc brakes are ok, don’t grind. Now after the tyre change (winter tires) the noise is gone. My question: How can something like this happen?

  • Tires from left to right: Does that make so much noise?

Hello, the following tyre problem: I drove Goodyear Eagle all-year tyres (17″ 245/45) about 15 000 km each in the same position. A summer, then a winter. Then I bought an extra set of summer tyres. In spring 2012 I had the Goodyear Eagle “move” to one set of other rims at the local Audi dealer. I screwed these tires myself on my Audi A3 a few weeks ago, just like they with chalk from the Audi workshop in front of half The result is a very loud driving noise that they certainly didn’t have in the last winter. You’re right (of course) and they seem to be in the same position as usual, but I think the following has happened: In the Audi workshop, although they were properly raised from the running direction in the spring, they switched at least one axle to the left and right! So the tire that ran 15 000 km in front to the right now runs to the front left. The sound is really extreme, especially when braking. Spread over all speeds. If I drive in track grooves, e.g. on the Audobahn, the A3 is no longer so calmly particularly “waxy”, otherwise that was not the case. My question or my assumption: I assume that the loud running noise comes from the exchange left to right. Can that be, or not?? Would then go to the Audi dealer and they should pull it up again “otherwise”. Thanks for a tip!

  • WR in summer: Dangerous economy

Hello, I have a question: Is my impression wrong or has the number of drivers who drive out of misunderstood economy the summer over their winter tires multiplied? The topic of summer tires in winter has been as good as done in my opinion, but somehow I have the feeling that now the winter tire is driven through more often. Apparently people seem to be aware of the danger on snow-smooth roads. But that at high temperatures Wint In addition, winter tyres are more susceptible to aquaplaning and have higher wear. It bangs about 2,000,000 times a year in Germany and in most of these accidents the participants were at least one participant fully on the brake. So it arrived on every meter brake path. If in the latter accidents winter tyres were in play, this tyre would have increased the consequences of the accident respectively. would have led to an accident at all. In contrast to SR in winter you can hear nothing in public about WR in summer. Is my subjective impression wrong? mfG Zero

  • General Pirelli problem?

Hello guys. I’ve had problems with the Pirelli winter tires this year for the first time (SnowSport W210). While there were no problems last winter (OK, winter didn’t really exist here), I now have the problem that two tires run restlessly. Tomorrow when you start rumbling and when you drive faster than 140, you think the car falls apart. Brakes from speed beyond the 150 mark is an adventure because the whole front car is shaking… A test with the summer tires It is interesting to note that I had a similar problem with the Pirelli summer tyres, even though not so pronounced. If you touch the rubber on the flank of the winter bikes and compare it with the newer ones, you notice a clear difference. The tyres are actually not really old (DOT1107), but it may be that the characteristics in half a year Lag the Pirello Zero Nero after two years also have such behavior, makes me stunned. The Wi-Tires are now rather below average even in wet weather (significant understeering), so that I now have two new winter bikes raised (no Pirelli). I think the topic Pirelli is now over for me. So, is there any experience in this regard? Do you think it is really a shame that the Pirelli is the first winter tire on ununprepared winter tires? omega was great running and always had grip (compared to the Dunlop M3 and Fulda Rotego I had before). Since the size 225/55R16 is not really cheap to get, one is happy to have found a brand that offers asymmetrical tires. Greetings

  • OT: Home theater

Hi, so since I find the forum very nice here and I’m sure there are some home cinema friends around, I put my question in here. Since I don’t need a car anymore at the moment, my system has been dissolved (student became) and moved together with my wife, I wanted to put together a home cinema system for “small” (for you maybe small for me already big) for about 500-600€. AV receiver will probably be a Pioneer 516 or depending on a 416, I’m open to suggestions. I might be needed to buy. As far as I’m not sure, the speakers are. For the time being, a 3.1 or 2.1 system would be enough. I’m only going to watch movies and put value on good bass, which you already feel good with low levels (my Xion 15BR spoiled me) What could she recommend? As a sub maybe a Mivoc SW1500A?

  • Problem with output plug (male)

Hello, I bought an all-in-one Maqma device (MQ-582TFT) from E-Bay. The previous owner was so smart and took the cables out of the output plug and somehow used them again. Can anyone help me and tell me how they were stuck in the original condition? Would you be grateful if someone could help me! Mfg Kroschi
