I would like to buy winter tires. I decided for the glue Krisalp HP 3 235/50 R18 101V. I currently have Bridgestone summer tires on it (235/50 R18 97V). Now I want to pull the winter tires on the same aluminium rims. But I don’t know if the glue Krisalp fits on it. I couldn’t find any markings on the rims, but I found the model with the marking on the internet: Suitable for the tyre size 235/50 R 18 97V rim size: 7,5J x 18 ET 41 Hole Circle: 5 x 115 How do I find out if the glue tires fit on it?

Sending rims through Hermes?
Hello, I’m afraid that I’m the 1000th who asks such a question, but in all other threads I’ve never found the answers to my questions. It’s about the following: Have 4 alloy wheels in size 16 inches with tyres (195/45) here, which should be sent (actually to the neighbouring EU country but that’s not to be paid. That’s why to an address in Germany). As I have read so far, Hermes is supposed to be at the Cheapest. Does anyone know? Do I still need 4 cartons or can I send the tires like that? Or is a carton better because of possible damage? Would be really super nice if someone could tell me something about it! Thanks already in advance!

Winter tyres – only what size (width)? 205 or 225 / 55 / 16
Hello I am facing a small question where I can’t get any further. For my V70 III D4 (key numbers 9101 / ANT) I need a new set of winter tyres. Should I now take winter bikes in 205 width or 225 width? Model is second-ranking for the first time and should not be discussed, but it will be either the Nokian WR D3, Michelin A5 or Pirelli Sotoz. Living on the mountain (about 350m height), sometimes have a lot and sometimes less snow and drive to the Kitzbühl at the end of December. He Alps. Thank you very much

Accelerate on combined ascent/departure?
Hello Together, I have been asking myself for quite a while about the correct behaviour of motorways with combined ascent and departure. In the attached picture I come from the direction of the black arrow and want to thread myself to the vertical AB. At the same time vehicles from the vertical AB want to turn right into the descent (yellow arrow). Personally I do it so that I then fully accelerate. Why: – for me the road is an acceleration strip, after all, I have to thread myself into the AB traffic flowing at 100km/h – for those who are leaving it is a delay strip, because they want to get off the AB According to this logic, it makes sense that the driving behind me fits in on the acceleration/delay strip, otherwise I have a braking one in front of me and he has an accelerating one behind him, which makes little sense. Nevertheless, this behavior brings me a massive rush every day and many evil handzeic Besides, I’m the first on this strip, so I can’t disintegrate into the air, yet almost all driving vehicles want to pull over immediately at the beginning of the track to the right (at the exact level of my black arrow end), but I am now. How do you behave right now?

Needs company cars to be re-registered
Hello, I hope, here I get possibly a helpful answer, should another forum be able to help, please postpone. Now to my request: (incl. background history) We have a service company with fleet of 10 vehicles. Frima ran from 1999 to 2008 as an individual company on my mother. Company headquarters is in the district court with branch office among others in Stuttgart. 2005 we have 4 additional vehicles for our fleet and registered to the NL in Stuttgart t – the S-number gave in combination our Frimenname “SQS” and 1111, 2222 etc. On 1.1.2006 the registration regulation was amended so that vehicle can only be registered at the headquarters of the company – so we had to allow all vehicles purchased from this date in Hof. In 2008 the individual company changed to a GmbH. However, the NL in Stuttgart was not taken over and still runs today as a business of the private person (my mother). euge with registration in Hof were taken over into the GmbH and re-registered to the GmbH 2008 – the S-vehicles were not taken over and thus not re-registered. So and now to the own question: Last week we received from the Landratsamt Hof the notification that the S-vehicles must be re-registered to the yard, because the private person to which these are registered has their main residence in the district Hof ???? We also do not know why and how the registration office Hof after 4 years We would like to keep the S-numbers. Maybe someone knows good advice…. Thanks in advance DS

Flashed in Spain… ..and now?
Hello, I was flashed last week in Spain (near Barcelona) from behind. I didn’t drive much faster (out of town, about 15 kmh faster than allowed), but as far as I know, the speed cameras there are quite “sensitive”. What now? Do I get mail from Madrid now? Or does it get lost somewhere in the EU-Burocracy chaos? thank you for your help! best greetings, Fabio PD: I haven’t seen a “right-jura forum”, so I’m posting it here in “Transport & Security”.

Penalty 38.5 euros, at 7 kmh too fast!??
Hello, I have a question about driving too fast. in summer 2012 I drove 13 kmh too fast and got a warning and had to pay 25 euro. Today such a nice yellow letter with a fine notice of 38.5 euro ( 15 euro fine, 20 euro fees and 3.5 euro administration) is trickling me. because I was 7 kmh too fast. how can it be that the fees are more expensive than the penalty? why do I get a fine at 7kmh and a warning at 13 kmh? why ha b I don’t pay fees at 13 kmh too fast and at 7 kmh equals so much? Feel a bit pulled over the table from the city… I hope you can help me. Thank you

Roll split on the AB driveway; damage bonnet, windscreen, etc. What to do?
Hello, I have a real neck at the moment. I’m from work on the highway and apparently at noon at the end of the driveway a piece was repaired and there were still tons of roll split on the road. This roll split was swirled up by the cars driving in front of me and banged several times violently on my vehicle. Now the bonnet has several small paintplaces, the windshield has some squares and the roof also doesn’t look much better… Who would you report to for damages? There was no sign, no speed limit, nothing…

Question on the need for “superfuels” (V-Power / Ultimate-Diesel / …)
Hello together, first of all: It is a question of fuel, but since it is not an alternative (bio, ethanol) the corresponding forum would have been the wrong one. However, since my question is at least aimed at safety a bit far, I post it here. If there is still a better area, then just let me know, and I move there. The consideration arose out of an official invoice check. Here I noticed that some vehicles e sometimes be/were refueled with this “super-sprit” (according to advertising). However, it is “traditional everyday vehicles” = service car alá Audi A4/A6, BMW 320d, VW Passat TDI, … Asks me the question: Does that have to be? After all, the fuel costs a lot more. Whether this really brings a saving as propagated according to advertising, interests me rather less and should not actually be the subject of the discussion. Question is: Are there modern (standard) vehicles, which must refuel this fuel? Thank you and greeting Martin
