Hello dear motorist community! Actually I see a parking for wrong (is very rare ) also to pay, but now have 2 situations, in which I feel somehow ripped off. I parked in Cologne with 2 wheels on the sidewalk (there were already others and I did not think about it). When I came back I had a little bit of the police at the car, that I stood in the stop ban and should pay for it please 15,- €. So far so good ! I transferred the tuber directly. 3 weeks later I get from the city of Cologne the request to pay please 25,- €. HÄ ???? So I wrote down that I have already paid this tuber (copy transfer and tuber attached). Now I get the answer that this would be correct, but I would also have disabled people (sit aside). I would have paid the penalty for the sign 283, but the parking on the sidewalk has not yet been paid and the penalty for this would be 25,- Teuros again. How much do “5 stars” at Euro-NCAP say in reality? Only three infallible scenarios are being investigated (delayed frontal crash, side crash and pile crash when driving in a mast).What about overrun, tail impact ect… Can I be safer to drive in a 4 star car (a la volvo) than in a 5 star car (a la Renault, Citroen…)?
